Maybe my 4th time booking this rental and it just gets better. The host was amazing with any issues or questions. The home itself has everything you need and has a charm of its own. The sunsets are breathtaking Surf City!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and once again it did not disappoint. The house is very clean and well stocked. The view of the bay is stunning. Beautiful sunsets! We had a great time. We hope to return.

We have rented this house for 9 years. It has always been clean and spotless when we arrive. There have been many updates over the years that have enhanced the property. It’s bright, beachy and homey. The owner is very easy to work with and is quick to respond. The deck and hot tub right on the bay are awesome, there is no better place to watch the sunset!!! It’s a perfect place to spend a week!

This is our second stay at Don’s Bayfront property in Surf City. The location is really the best feature of this property. We enjoyed having front row seats to the sunset almost every evening. We were able to access the bay with our kayak and paddle board via a small cove next to the property. Getting to the beach is a short walk, about 7-9 minutes to get to a spot where the lifeguard stands are. And extremely convenient to walk to the local shops and restaurants. My family had plenty of room at the house (5 adults and 2 kids). We plan on returning next summer.

Another great vacation at this property. The location is perfect - on the bay and close to the beach and to shopping. The well-equipped kitchen and large gas grill made it easy to cook delicious dinners. The large dining room was perfect for meals or to play one of the many games they made available to us. The living room was large enough for all 7 of us but it was also nice to have a second living area upstairs. The downstairs bedroom and full bathroom was ideal for my Mom. We enjoyed several beautiful sunsets from the back deck and from the hot tub. This has been our destination for a great multi-generational vacation for several years, and we look forward to returning next year.

We have been staying at this Bayfront home for 4 years. It’s like our cozy home away from home. It’s clean, comfortable, well kept and welcoming. Owner Don cares about the space.

Bayfront Fun

The location is beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sunset in the evening. Great for crabbing and fishing and close to the beach too.

Second time....Even better than the first!

Absolutely the best place to spend the Holiday week... Our family enjoyed it all...the short walk up to the ocean, the kids loved the easy access with our kayak and paddle boards. The Bayview sunsets from the hot tub and the house had everything we needed.. perfection!

Hot tub sunsets!

Charming house on the bay at the quiet end of Surf City. Everything you need ..large deck with a well maintained hot tub, hammock, and ramp access to the bay. Short walk or bike ride up to the beach... Best of times!!

House is just as pictured/described. It's very clean, comfortable and has a warmer feel than a lot of shore rentals. Owner was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Quaint, fun, bayfront home

Great home, directly on the Barnegate bay and surrounded by water on two sides. We loved the sunsets and quiet rhythm of the day and night as well a cute hot tub beneath old pine trees. We loved every minute.

We have rented this location for 9 years. Each year we have found the house spotless upon arrival! The deck on the bay is wonderful….peaceful, calm and perfect for sunsets. The house is spacious and offers everything one needs for a perfect LBI week. Owner is friendly and very easy to work with. We highly recommend this home…just don’t take OUR week!!!

Bayfront Surf City LBI

We loved the location of the property. First time in Surf City. Well stocked kitchen and outside deck was lovely. Dining area great and comfortable. Master bed needs replacement as well as dryer.

If you look through all our years of reviews, First, we have NEVER had a single complaint about the Master Bedroom mattress. That is pretty amazing considering there are such different preferences amongst the general population between hard and soft mattresses. Second, our dryer konked out during this guest but for 2022 we have a NEW Dryer, NEW Range and NEW, Amazing Hot Tub! Last, this is a delicate subject, so I say this respectfully...our outdoor furniture is standard outdoor furniture and standard outdoor furniture from all the different manufacturers is only rated for 300lb max., even the heavy-duty Polywood Adirondack chairs. This guest was not a good fit for our house.

Wonderful week at a bayfront Jersy shore ho.e

We had a great family vacation at this beautful & comfortable house on Barnegat Bay. The house truly had every amenity we wanted- bay front, spacious, sunny, great kitchen, hot tub( very popular!)and a short walk to both the beach and many atores and restaurants. Our host, Don, was great-and went the extra mile to ensure we had an excellent vacation. Highly recommend!

This place has charm and a great location. We have rented this home for many years and have lots of wonderful memories. The layout, with the bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and another living room on the second floor, is perfect for multiple families or a family with several generations, like ours. The outdoor space is fantastic. It offers both sun and shade, with unobstructed views of the bay. We launched kayaks and paddle boards from the beach adjacent to the property. It’s an easy walk to the beach, the grocery store or restaurants. We will definitely rent here again.

We have been renting this house for several years now.We found it perfect for our vacation.On the bay, 2 blocks to ocean. Close to great food(check out Wally’s ) and Rita’s.The house is spacious and sunsets can be magnificent.Will be back next year!LOVE IT

Amazing views

Spent such a lovely week in LBI! The house was clean and cozy. The view of the bay from the backyard was beautiful. I absolutely loved watching the sunsets from the hot tub. Don was an excellent host and communicated all necessary information clearly, he was also readily available as needed. Overall a great experience!
