Ta en ö reträtt i denna verkligt spektakulära Bayfront, 50 fot skott, steg till Bay Beach, fyra korta kvarter till havet. Panoramautsikt över Barnegat Bay från tre däck och alla rum. Gourmet kök, granit, marmor bad, trägolv, takhöjden, och vackert inredda hela. Två (2) TV-apparater och state-of-the-art stereo (med individuellt kontrollerad volym högtalare i hela huset och däck).

Första våningen har dramatisk öppen livsrum, inklusive vardagsrum med gas spis, plattskärms-TV, matplats och gourmet utrustat kök med bänkskivor i granit. Island ingår ismaskin och vinkyl. Vardagsrummet vetter mot däck med åtta mil norr och väster utsikt över bukten.

Andra våningen har den (med utdragbar drottning soffa) med TV, ett sovrum med queen size-säng, ett sovrum med två våningssängar och badrum (med jacuzzi). Däck utanför Den fångar en annan bay utsikt mot söder och väster (och vackra solnedgångar). Två (2) sovrum sviter (en kung och en drottning) är på den översta våningen - alla med sin egen marmore bad (ett med jacuzzi). Njut av däck av befälhavaren sviter för en tidig morgon frukost, lyssna på din favoritmusik ön musik på utomhushögtalare.

På svala kvällar, njuta av eldstaden inför bukten!

October friends reunion

The home is lovely, spacious, and comfortable. Beautiful views of the bay. Firepit is nice. Nice kitchen/dining area but microwave is small. Comfortable beds.

Great Family Space and Amazing Property on the Water

This property was amazing! We had two "family couples", and Mom and Daughter needs. They layout was perfect to provide two private rooms with bath/en suite with balcony views of the water, and a separate bedroom and sleeper sofa with shared bathroom access for Mom and Daughter with another balcony access with beach and bridge views. Great outdoor and indoor gathering space. Felt like (an amazing) home away from home.

Fishing weekend with Friends in LBI

Had a great weekend with a group of friends for a weekend of fishing. House is clean and very spacious. with a great outdoor patio overlooking the water. Overall great house and great working with the owner Anthony who is very accomodating.

Girls Weekend

We had a girls weekend here and it was absolutely perfect! The view & the house were stunning. We did alot of cooking and everything was there to use! Cant wait to book for next year.

LBI

We enjoyed our stay. House is in a convenient location with beautiful view of the bay. Pictures are accurate of the house itself. We had a problem with the heat not working and host handled situation quickly and efficiently. Fireplace kept us warm without heat the first night. I have 2 complaints. 1. Dining room table not big enough to seat the amount of people the house holds. In my opinion if a house sleeps 12, it should have a table that seats 12. (The table only sat 6). 2. House could have been cleaner. Kitchen drawers and cabinets had were dirty with crumbs inside and pots/pans etc were not great. Other than those complaints the house was clean. Also not a fan that we were responsible for washing sheets before leaving. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wedding Weekend

The location was excellent. Easy to get to and down the street from the LBI hotel where we had to go. The house was very cozy and Tony was very accommodating.

Great spot!

Spent a weekend with a large group here. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of amenities, multiple TVs, huge living/kitchen/dining area, GREAT view of the bay, and walking distance from many Surf City restaurants and eateries. Would stay again!

Wonderful beach house!

Such a beautiful house! Even though we were there in the bitter cold of the latest polar vortex the house performed very well! We were warm and cozy as ice covered the bay outside! Very nice bedrooms and the kitchen was well equipped for our stay. Thanks Tony!

Great property in Surf City

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a beautiful house with great accommodations. The location is excellent with a gorgeous view of the bay on all three floors. Everything is super comfortable and the kitchen was a pleasure to use. The owner was very easy to communicate with and prompt in getting back to us with any questions (of which there were few!) Highly recommended.

Wonderful home

Tony was so accommodating and helpful when we were booking his home. He was always quick to respond to any questions. We have family in the area that we visit every year. Always enjoy seeing family photos in the homes we rent as family is what it’s all about. Staying at Tony’s home off season was so relaxing and enjoyable . The view are spectacular! The photos on VRBO do not do the home justice. You cannot go wrong with renting this property !

Long weekend stay

Great location - good family spot

We enjoyed our time at Anthony’s home - the location was hard to beat and the back yard area was great! We did have some issues with the air conditioning, but we were not spending much time indoors. Would recommend!

A relaxing spring break

We are long-time LBI renters, and decided to come down for a relaxing Spring Break week with our young kids. Despite the sometimes cold and windy weather, we felt like we had "outside" time due to the fabulous bay views of the home - luckily we had some warm weather too. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise on the horizon was a lovely way to greet the day. We're giving the house 5 stars - the host was responsive and left clear house instructions. I agree with another reviewer who mentioned that some of the furniture and interior details have seen better days, but we appreciated the amount of linens provided (this is unusual on LBI!). The kitchen was as stocked with tools as you might expect - we never assume the pantry will be stocked, but there were a decent number of essentials in there as well. If you have kids - the bay beach is super fun and literally a stone's throw - however if you have kids, it should go without saying that you need to supervise them while in the backyard, as there is no fencing or guardrail at the bay (it would ruin the view!).
