Utsikten från d��ck på denna lägenhet på översta våningen är otrolig. Du kan se strandlinjen fortsätta för alltid. Om du älskar att titta på människor är stranden precis där framför dig. Gångvägen från din lägenhet till stranden ligger bredvid byggnaden och du är bokstavligen bara några steg bort. Föreställ dig att du njuter av ditt morgonkaffe medan du ser solen gå upp över Atlanten. Eller kanske f��redrar du drycker på eftermiddagen på däck. Hursomhelst kommer du snabbt att bosätta dig i ö-tiden och älska den.

Denna lägenhet har tre sovrum, två badrum och sover åtta. Befälhavaren svit har skjutreglage som öppnar ut mot däck och en bekväm king size-säng. Vardagsrummet är tillräckligt stort för er alla och har en platt-TV och Wifi. Köket har allt du behöver utom din mat. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och det finns en bäddsoffa i queen-size i vardagsrummet. Du kommer att ha två täckta parkeringsplatser ur solen och ett extra utrymme under din vistelse. Du har också fullständig tillgång till tre utomhuspooler på sommaren och ett fullt utrustat Rec Center året runt tvärs över gatan. Den har en uppvärmd inomhuspool, bubbelpool, träningsrum, tennisbanor, en basketplan, shuffleboardplan och en lekplats för barnen. Vi tillhandahåller också en god mängd hushållsmaterial för din vistelse och en förvaringsfack för alla dina badredskap.

Aktiviteter i närheten inkluderar: Kure Beach Pier, strandpromenaden i Carolina Beach, NC Aquarium, museet Fort Fisher Civil War, eller hoppa till färjan och promenera runt Southport. Felt like the ocean was at our feet as it literally was with maybe fifty steps to reach the beach. Condo was very clean, updated and nice decor except for the showers. Perfect views!!

Booked this condo for a quick vacation to kick off the summer and it was so beautiful!! It was well maintained and very clean. Everything was there for us. All we needed were our personal clothing items and food. The view from the balcony was like you were sitting on the beach. 10/10.

Spring Break

We came down for a quick getaway and loved our stay. The view off the deck cannot be beat. All beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well outfitted. Dave & his team at A1 property management were very easy to work with regarding questions prior to our trip as well as during our trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location, OK property

The location of the condo is great, you can't get any closer to the beach. We loved the deck. While the unit is well stocked, it is showing it's age, especially the sofa - it was very uncomfortable to sit on.

Annual Beach Trip

It is a totally renovated living space. You feel like you are on the ocean's doorstep. The condo was clean and the property manager was quick to follow up on any questions we had. We have a family of five and there was plenty of space for one grown adult son and his two teenage brothers.

The condo was clean and comfortable, except for all the steps ;-) Especially enjoyed the deck with good high top table and chairs. Nice ocean view but wasn't expecting the tide to come so close.

Kitchen was very well stocked- the only suggestion would be to have a few open cabinets to put food, but we just rearranged and then put it back on our departure. It was well stocked with supplies so def check it out before you goTo the store. The view was the living room and bedroom was gorgeous.

Beautiful Views and Convenient Location

My family really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Dunes. I traveled with my husband, 3 year old daughter, and mother-in-law. The home was an amazing location, convenient to so many restaurants, the Aquarium, ferry to Southport, the boardwalk.. I could go on. The week we chose was awesome because school isn’t out yet and the beach was still not too crowded. The home was equipped with everything we needed. Although, we were a bit disappointed with a few things. First, the rec center was under renovations. The gym was completely closed all week and they had piles of trash and crap all over and around the indoor pool. This was disappointing because my husband and I had plans on working out. We would have liked to just be informed this was the case and could have planned accordingly. We were not happy with this surprise. Second, the outdoor pool closest to our condo closed the middle of the day on Tuesday with a sign on the gate that the electrician was on the way and it would be fixed quickly. It was still out of order when we checked out on Saturday. Walking the extra distance to the further pools was difficult and a struggle with my toddler and older mother-in-law. We chose this unit for it’s convenience to the beach access and close location to the pool. With a toddler who is just potty training being so far from our condo at the furtherst pool was annoying. Lastly, the DVD player in the unit was not functioning and the back deck had 2 boards pop up that made it a bit scary to have our kid walking around out there. I don’t want it to seem like we didn’t enjoy our stay or the condo, but there were a few things to be desired.
