Splendid 58sqm apartment with terrace facing the sea and 1 north-facing balcony, with magnificent 180° view of the sea, super-equipped.
It is located in a small condominium, recently built, located in a unique context 1705 Promenade du Soleil, in the heart of Menton, close to the pedestrian center, all the services and attractions of the "ville": Cocteau Museum, Provençal Market, Pedestrian area, Shopping, Botanical Garden, Casino, etc. etc.
Accommodation like new and equipped with all comforts *****, furnished with great care, equipped with adjustable air conditioning, located on the 4th floor out of 5
The apartment is large, functional, well furnished and recently enriched with new quality equipment.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or hire them from the property at the following additional costs: Bed linen and towels € 40 (for 2 people) per stay. Please contact the property prior to arrival for rental.

We offer the possibility of free use of the single garage (see photo), located on the -3 floor with access via car lift. The garage measures Width 228 (internal 240), Height 210, Length 480; the walls are covered in foam rubber to protect the bodywork from scratches. The house is accessed from the basement via lift (or stairs) I advise you to check the dimensions of your car. Alternatively there are underground car parks, which can be booked online, at low cost and very close to the apartment

It has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea that ranges from Bordighera (Italy) to all of Roquebrune-Cap Martin: from the large living room facing south and full of windows you can enjoy the fullness of light and the sea with an undisturbed view of the horizon; the large terrace allows you to have lunch or simply have an aperitif as the sun goes down. Unique experience!
For those who love walking, the "Le Corbusier Walk" is a must! in less than an hour, in a continuous ups and downs you will meet villas and botanical gardens on the right, the coves of pointed rocks on the left, the small beaches with white stones, with the Mediterranean scrub and its perfumes. Once it was called the "Sentiero dei Doganieri": already in the eighteenth century the smugglers hid their goods in these little beaches which have many hidden corners, all reachable thanks to concrete ladders, well integrated into the landscape.

Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Zum ersten Mal für eine Woche im September in Menton. Das Wetter etwas unbeständiger als im Frühling. Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah und man hat einen Superblick vom Balkon auf das Meer. Wir waren zu zweit und die Wohnung hatte für uns die richtige Größe. Check-in hat hervorragend geklappt und auch bei der Abreise gab es keinerlei Probleme. Wir konnten unser Auto im Hof parken. Dank an den Vermieter für die Bereitstellung einer Filter-Kaffeemaschine. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Schöne kleine Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt an der Altstadt mit herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Die Vermieter und die Betreuerin vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Hauptstraße haben wir in der Wonung nicht großartig gehört. Die Garage ist zwar klein aber ich konnte meinen VW Tiguan ohne Probleme parken. Wir kommen gerne wieder:-)

Hat alles gepasst! Obwohl wir durch mehrere Staus 2 Stunden zu spät ankamen, war die Schlüsselübergabe dennoch problemlos möglich - Dankeschön!!! Die Beschreibung der Wohnung und Lage war absolut mit der FeWo Anzeige identisch. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist hervorragend und wir haben den Balkon viel und gerne genutzt. Die Lage direkt am Meer bringt Straßenlärm mit sich, was aber unvermeidbar ist und auch kein Problem, denn bei geschlossenen Fenster war davon nichts mehr zu hören. Die Garage ist für Kleinwagen geeignet - bei Mittelklasse scheitert es am engen Winkel zum Fahrzeugaufzug. Bin ein versierter Rangierer, aber mit unserem Renault Arkana war mir die Gefahr eines Remplers zu hoch und wir haben uns einfach ein paar Meter weiter über Interparking einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz für diese Woche gebucht. Allemal wesentlich billiger, als eine Kotflügellackierung ;-D Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, haben die kurzen Wege in die Altstadt und zum Bahnhof gerne genutzt und in dieser Woche unsere Ausflüge meist zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn (Monaco) durchgeführt. Diese Wohnung ziehen wir auf alle Fälle wieder in Betracht, wir haben uns sehr! wohlgefühlt. Die End-Übergabe war ebenso einfach und freundlich. Danke dafür!!!

Wir hatten tollen Urlaub in dem Apartment. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Betreuung durch Vermieter Pino und Madame Gisele. Die Lage der Wohnung traumhaft, sehr gute Ausstattung. Menton bietet tolle Events.

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé . Très lumineux avec vue sur mer, vous pouvez déjeuner sur le balcon le matin, ensuite l'appartement donne sur la route mais très bien insonorisé . Stay Postponed Until Later - Excellent Communication with Host

We were due to stay at Ettore's property in April but due to the Covid-19 situation we've had to postpone our stay until borders open up again and we can travel. I have based this interview on the ongoing communication I've had with the owner who has been amazing and easy to deal with. Ettore has told us numerous times that we would be able to stay at his apartment at any time in the future but prior to that he was also very helpful in any questions we had regarding our arrival. He responds very quickly to email and has been a joy to deal with. We were worried that because of the non-refundable policy we would be out of luck but we know 100% that at some point in the future we will be able to stay at this lovely gentleman's apartment. His open and friendly character has made this difficult time much less so and we appreciate that that probably picked the best owner and apartment in Menton!

SEJOUR SEPTEMBRE 2019

L'appartement est très bien situé avec une magnifique vue sur mer. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. L'équipement est bien si c'est le manque de confort du divan. Les instructions relatives aux équipements sont vraiment trop sommaire. La wifi n'est pas des plus performante. Quant au parking, cela n'est pas du tout aisé de descendre un véhicule de taille moyenne par l'ascenseur à voiture. Heureusement, nous avons pu garé le véhicule dans la cour intérieure. Le propriétaire ne parle pas français. La communication se faisait par courriel. Heureusement la personne de contact est vraiment charmante et à l'écoute des locataires

Der angenehmste Vermieter den wir bisher hatten. TOP !!

Zu dieser schönen Wohnung können wir leider wegen Nicht-Teilnahme aufgrund Krankheit keinen Beitrag leisten. Aber den Vermieter dieser Wohnung, Ettore Gazzano, haben wir als ausgesprochen netten, verständnisvollen und hilfsbereiten Herrn kennen und schätzen gelernt. Obwohl er weiter weg wohnt (in Genua), liegt ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste stets am Herzen und er hilft wenn er kann, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Zweifellos der beste und freundlichste Vermieter den wir bisher hatten - und wir sind schon viel herum gekommen.

Stunning seaview

I wouldn't call this appartment "De Luxe", but it is quite comfortable to spend a couple of weeks in lovely Menton. The seaview is gorgeous, and in the evening you can listen to musicians playing in the nearby cafes - right from your balcony :) As the apartment overlooks the busy road along the embankment, be prepared for noisy traffic - in case you decide to keep windows open. But we somehow got used to it, and it didn't spoil our stay. There is a pedestrian area with shops, cafes and even a caroussel just behind the corner, which is very convenient. Across the road we found a well-equipped children's playground near the beach. Menton in general is a lovely destination for a holiday, with all its Belle Epoque architecture, parks and history. You can easily get to Monaco, Nice and all little villages in between by train. Ettore is a very attentive and friendly host, I'm grateful for his assistance. Mme Gisele, the local manager, even gave us a lift in her car from the railway station - merci beaucoup!

Lovely apartment, great location.

The apartment is on fourth floor of an immaculate block . It is very well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday . The air conditioning was essential in July ! We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the bustling sea front, sun all day if you can cope . We received a very warm welcome and would definitely return to Menton.

Perfect!

We loved our stay in this apartment, it is comfortable with a great view and location and the beach is beautiful. Mr Gazzano thinks about every detail and sends the information in advance and Mme Clerc is very kind and helpful when helping guests to settle in. We look forward to returning!

Appartement clair, propre, joliment décoré, vue magnifique, situation dans Menton idéale, proche du marché, de la rue piétonne. des restaurants. Mme Clerck nous a reçu très gentiment. Ascenseur pour la voiture surprenant, mais idéal, évite le soucis de stationnement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette magnifique région.

Five star apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat is very central with all the amenities including numerous restaurants and shops in easy reach. It has wonderful sea views being right on the sea front. The flat is as described 'DeLuxe' and has everything you could possibly want. Although there is an underground car park you don't need a car with cheap and easy access to Nice, Monte Carlo and the Italian Riviera. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We will certainly be visiting again.

Fabulous as always!

Ettore, it was so nice to see you again, and thanks again for a wonderful stay at Villa Azzurra! The apartment is so close to everything it makes getting around so easy. Having the bus stop right outside the front door lets you get to and from the train and/or bus station with great ease. I love being close to such great restuarants and of course, what can compare to the lovely view from your own balcony. Have become good friends with many of the locals, especially at the restaurant next door. Menton is definitely starting to feel like home, and staying at your wonderful apartment with all of the conveniences, made my stay even more special! NOUS REVIENDRONS

Appartement conforme à la description . Très bien équipé et surtout très bien situé au centre de Menton et proche des commerces et du marché. Arrets de bus à 100m . Très bons rapport avec le propriétaire, très satisfait de ce séjour. Restaurant la Cantinella juste à côté dont nous avons apprécié la cuisine et l'accueil.
