Välkommen till den vackert inredda Cape Harbour Retreat. Cape Harbour Retreat ligger i det mycket önskvärda Cape Harbour-området i SW Cape Coral. Bara några minuter till Cape Harbour-restauranger som Rum Runner och Fathoms, området är extremt tyst och perfekt för avkoppling. Det finns även en Publix Supermarket och Walgreens inom gångavstånd. Huset själv var dekorerat av en känd konstnär och hans fru och det här kommer definitivt ut i hemmet. Väggarna är fyllda med vackra originalmålningar och atmosfären i huset är inbjudande och varmt. Poolområdet har ett överflöd av utrymme till loungen, massor av solexponering och solstolar för att koppla av eller elda grillen för en romantisk kvällsmiddag. Villan är verkligen en exemplification av Florida livsstil och inte att missa av någon. Denna fastighet ligger bara 1 kilometer från båtuthyrning som kan levereras till din bakgård docka. Njut lätt till viken i några minuter och njut av något av det bästa fisket i SW Florida, eller ta en tur till Sanibel, North Captiva, Pine Island eller Ft. Myers Beach på mindre än en timmes resa med båt. Bäst av allt se delfiner och manater på din resa. We had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral! The house was fantastic, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Grocery stores, shops, and restaurants are just a short drive away, which made things very convenient.A special thank you to our host: communication was excellent from start to finish. She was super responsive, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Relaxing retreat for my family.

Spent a week relaxing, swimming and spending time with family. The house was beautifully maintained and had everything we could need. The owner was great to work with, the check in and out process were seem less. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing family vacation! Housr was beautiful and very well kept. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. Being on the canal gave us the opportunity to watch the fish swimming around. The neighborhood was quiet and everything we needed was near by. Owner was responsive wiyj any questions we had. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Great vacation!

We had a great stay at this property. We use vacation rentals a number of times/ year and this was one of the better ones. We had plenty of room indoors and the outside area was wonderful. Patti was very responsive to our questions when asked. We would absolutely stay here again if back in the Cape Coral area.

Great days in Cape Coral

Great place for the two of us who were there this time. Everything works great, with great service following us up before the trip, and available while there if needed - appreciated. This is a perfect place with excellent bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice kitchen and a fantastic pool area. We enjoyed our stay, and it is now on our list for the next trip.

Exceptional stay!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Pelicans in Cape Coral. The home was immaculate and smelled fresh & clean. The kitchen appliances were brand new and it was a pleasure to cook. Plenty of linens and space for our family. Close to restaurants and Cape Harbor shopping. Beautifully decorated with an ocean/beach theme.

Beautiful house

The property is in excellent condition. The house has everything you need and has a great layout. My boys spent most of their time while at the house either in the pool swimming or on the dock fishing.

Beautiful and relaxing home

Very beautiful home & comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Grocery store, gas station close by. Very nice neighborhood. Couldnt ask for a better place to stay. Our property manager was great to work with! If you're looking for a great home to rent I would suggest renting here.

Wonderful stay

My kids and I had a wonderful stay. Overall the space was fantastic. The pool and lanai area were a great place to hang out. Inside, the living room was very comfortable, nice big kitchen with everything you need, and the bedrooms and bathrooms had clean sheets and plenty of towels. It was nice to have some extras included like fishing rods and coolers. The neighborhood is quiet and close to Publix and many restaurants. I travel a lot and this was one of the nicer places I have stayed in.

Home away from Home

The accommodation is very nicely furnished, very clean and well maintained. The equipment is complete, so that everything you need is available. The contact with the owner was very friendly and uncomplicated. The location is very good, the nearest Publix supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Cape Christmas

We rented this property for our adult children and their spouses for the Christmas holiday. After an initial miscommunication, Patti was communicative and organized. The home is very clean and welcoming. Our kids enjoyed it very much!

Perfect spot for our family

We hat really nice vacation at „Pelican“! Everything you need was there! Grill, towels, stuff for the pool, very good showers…garage…everthing! We were there with three kids (8,6 and 1) and had a great time. If the way to fly was not so far, we would come more often! Thank you Katti!

Great Week

The house is an ideal vacation rental. There were no bad surprises and some very nice surprises. This property has been very well maintained and upgraded. It was clean beyond clean. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. Communication with Patti was easy and prompt. Ideal for a family of five. We will be back

Blown away!

Weve rented quite a few times in florida now, first time in cape coral. We was blown away by this house! It lived up to all our expectations and more. Location was perfect was near everytjing you needed. It seemed nothing was more than 15mins away. Never stayed in a house that was so well equipped! Will 100% be back

Amazing house!

Let me start first by saying, the pictures don’t do the house justice. The place is beautiful and very clean. Plenty of space for my family of 5. ‘Communication is excellent. Anytime we had a question about the property, we got a response within minutes. Our boys enjoyed the clean and refreshing pool. We were able to dock a 24ft pontoon boat right at the dock all week. You could also catch plenty of fish right from the dock. If your lucky, you can watch the dolphins swim by also. We will be staying here again!

No Local or cable TV at all. TERRIBLE,

We checked in and had no local TV stations. The TV was set up that you can use your own Netflix, HULU, Disney, etc However if you do not subscribe to these channels you will have no television stations all week!! It was awful! We asked how to heat the pool and got no response. Very Disappointed!

I'm very sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. I did reach out to you once you were checked in to be sure that everything was good. Due to Florida summer rain storms, sometimes TV's have to be reprogrammed. I offered this suggestion, along with instructions to turn on the Pool Heater. I also offered for my property manaement to come there to take care of it, but I did not get a response back from you. I do have a copy of our correspondence, offering assistance. The TV has High Def reception with all of the local channels. I can only assume that everything is ok if I do not hear back from you. After departure, I also offered reduction in fees to accomodate for this issue that could have been rectified. I had my property management reprogram the TV after you left, and everything is working fine, with several high def stations on the TV. I'm very sorry for that you are disappointed, but do feel that had you communicated with me further it would have been rectified.

Location, Location, location. Property is located in prime location in Cape Coral. Direct access to gulf, 10 minutes to gulf. Walking distance to Publix grocery, awesome restaurants, and attractions. Very large lanai with large pool to relax, along with 4 comfortable chaise loung chairs. Comfortable house with very large lanai and lots of sun shining on the pool area. Greenery provides private pool area, and canal provides a aqua adventure. Fully stocked for fun in the sun, and a relaxing vacation. Very quiet neighborhood with lots of fun activity within walking distance. Master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with a private master bath with marble countertops and stylish vessel sinks. Also a newly remodled walk in shower. Guest bedroom serves as a second master bedroom with a private bathroom attached to bedroom, and a queen size bed, decorated with a coastal flare. Cute 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. Kitchen is remodeled with granite countertops and fully stocked with everything you will need, including blenders, mixers, everything need for preparing meals and drinks. Lanai has all new patio furniture, including pub style dining set, a conversation patio set, and chairs at the master bedroom sliding doors. Pool is very large, and electric heated for your comfort. Dining area has a dining set that enlarges to seat 6 people comfortably. Living room has leather couches, and a 55" flatscreen TV. A roku is provided so you can stream your favorite shows. Master bedroom and guest bedrooms both have large flatscreen TVs.

Take a bike ride or walk. Very clean and maintained house with very comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. This property has a ring doorbell and security camera overseeing the driveway of the home.
