Clean and Comfortable

We loved this property, it was everything as promised and had a wonderful location. The beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean. We were close to all of the best parts of Sunriver. 5 stars!

Back yard feels like you’re out in the middle of nowhere

I rented this property because of the picture of the backyard. I was skeptical that it really was going to be how the photo looked, but it actually does give you the cabin in the woods feel when you’re on the back deck. The bike pathes are also accessible from the back yard which make it very convenient.

Great house for a family holiday

We really enjoyed our stay at 8 Quartz Mountain. The house is just the right size for a group of 6 (though we only had 4). Furniture is comfortable, the kitchen is really well-stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances. It even has a salad spinner, juicer, blender, and coffee grinder. Bennington Properties, which manages the home, was incredibly prompt and responsive whenever we had a question or need. They were very intent on making our stay pleasant. Two minor negative points: very dusty under the sofa, and blankets in the master were old and thin. There is a very heavy comforter, so it is possible to be warm enough, but we personally found it uncomfortable. So we needed better blankets.

The location was close to everything, the home was clean, the large wooded space behind the house was beautiful to look at and fun to explore. The kitchen was well stocked, and we had no issues with anything in the home. Check in and check out was a breeZe. Would totally recommend this spot to friends visiting Sun River and would rent it again!!
