fantastic place to stay in Roma

this apartment is wonderfull, very nice, very clean, design, modern, confertable, the bed are very good. The owners are sympatic, helpfully. In front u have the museum MAXXI and the tramway to go directly to Piazza dei Popolo! and the restaurants, pub and pizzas a 20 meters from the flat a good also!!

Appartamento confortevole e comodissimo per chi, come me, vuole essere vicino allo stadio olimpico o al foro italico per eventi. Forse, un domani, si potrebbero modificare gli spazi rimpicciolendo un po' le camere (davvero grandi) e creare un secondo bagno. In casa c’ù tutto l’occorrente per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole. La casa si trova in un quartiere molto buono, vicino alla stazione del tram che porta direttamente in centro.. La casa Ăš come in foto, pulita e molto funzionale.. Grazie a Stefania per la disponibilitĂ .. Se torneremo a Roma, sicuramente usufruiremo di questo appartamento.. Siamo stati benissimo!

La connexion avec les transports en commun est exceptionnellement. Le tram 2 qui amĂšne Ă  Flaminio passe devant l’appartement. L’appartement est spacieux, propre et calme. Les lits sont super confortables. La prochaine fois que j’irai Ă  Rome, je louerai le mĂȘme appartement. Stefania est une personne trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs discrĂšte. Merci. Mario.

Appartamento come da foto, si presenta bene, comodo, spaziose le due camere, perfetto per 4 persone. Buon arredamento, letti comodi e cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Posizione eccezionale per eventi allo stadio, ottima anche per gli spostamenti in centro, con fermata di metro e bus sotto casa. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile, ottima la comunicazione. Qualita/prezzo top a Roma.

Very clean and roomy and well supplied except for toilet tissue.

I would recommend this to family and friends. Everything was great except for the grumpy man that came blasting to our door knocking and ringing the doorbell very many times. Very disrespectful to my grandson. We were not loud but a wine glass was broken and maybe that startled him. Non the less he was rude.

Tres bien situé, propre et confortable, hÎte charmante

Tres bonne adresse à Rome! Idéalement située face au MAXXI, zone non touristique et calme, avec des petits restos sympathiques et un accÚs trÚs facile à tous les sites grùce au tram et terminal de bus à proximité. Pas de salon mais l'appartement est spacieux et agréable. la cuisine est tres bien équipée et Stefania nous avait laissé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous reviendrons!

Location conforme aux photos sauf premiĂšre photo qui montre la copropriĂ©tĂ© et non l'immeuble oĂč se situe l'appartement. PropriĂ©taire charmante et prĂ©sente rapidement si problĂšmes. Location proche du centre de Rome ( 15 minutes en tramway). Mais l'appartement donne sur une rue oĂč passe le tramway. Les fenĂȘtres Ă©tant du simple vitrage, la location est bruyante.

The way to go (to Rome)!

We recently spent three and a half weeks in the apartment. It's cute, its clean, well appointed and easy for traveling about the city. First, there's the neighborhood, safe, well-lit at night, ethnically diverse and some great dining! Secondly, the no. 2 tram runs by the apartment house to Piazza del Populo, and the Piazza Mancini two blocks away is a bus hub, including one for Termini (station) and another for the Vatican area.Special cheapo bus passes are available at the Spagna Metro Station.--35 euros for a month, no contract! Third, the local dining was great--prices are much more reasonable in the neighborhood than they would be in a touristy area..and you get to eat like a local! Fourth, the apartment building has great security. There are two locking gates to be navigated, the building's front door and then the apartment with a triple deadbolt lock. People are always friendly! There is a nice old style elevator, so you don't have to schlep things up the stairs. Fifth, groceries are available at a nice market on Via Flaminia and from some local shops! Or there is a supermarket inside the Termini station.Sixth, if you are Catholic or curious there is the Constantinian Basilica of Santa Croce, one street to the west. Inside the apartment: There is a cute washing machine in the bathroom to wash clothes. If you are American, get directions as to how to use it, as it is a little complicated. The drying rack for the clothes is pretty effective, by the way! Also, you will need to remember that the stove has no pilot light and has to have the burner lit by hand each time you use it. There is no microwave, but we survived, consummate world travelers that we are! Stefania, we loved the kitchen, it's very functional and very, very cute. The water heater works well and we had hot showers every time. Individual TV's in both bedrooms-loved it! By the way,the TV's allow you to switch to English on a few channels, especially the "Crime" reruns from the US.Sorry, no BBC or CNN. Claudio,, Stefania's other half, speaks wonderful English and helped us out with a couple of issues! Thank you, Claudio. THE BOTTOM LINE: Would I take this apartment again, yes, yes, yes, and again yes! JS from Nevada

Bel appartement trÚs bien situé

Nous sommes restĂ©s 15 jours avec mes trois enfants . Appartement confortable refait Ă  neuf , dans une rĂ©sidence datant des annĂ©es 1920 trĂšs calme .Facile d'accĂšs en voiture et possibilitĂ© de se garer sans problĂšme dans la rue Ă  des tarifs plus que raisonnables . Point fort : bien que lĂ©gĂšrement excentrĂ© dans Rome ,un arrĂȘt de tramway conduisant au mĂ©tro Flaminio est Ă  100m de l'entrĂ©e ce qui permet d'Ă©viter le stress de rechercher le bon endroit d'oĂč partir , de plus il y a un important terminal de Bus Ă  300m , on peut donc se dispenser d'utiliser la voiture pour tout ce qui concerne Rome proprement dit . Et au coin de la rue il y a un petit restaurant qui fait aussi cafĂ©tĂ©ria ou l'on mange trĂšs bien et Ă  des prix trĂšs doux . En bref , trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans un appartement Ă  conseiller avec des propriĂ©taires trĂšs aimables.

SĂ©jour impeccable

Couple français découvrant Rome pour la premiÚre fois, nous avons été agréablement accueilli par la propriétaire à la station de tramway. Proprietaite trÚs à l écoute. Dans une belle résidence sécurisée et atypique, avec son ascenseur de l époque et ses couleurs d été, l appartement est trÚs bien situé. Les chambres sont grandes et belles avec de nombreux rangements. Le lit est trÚs confortable, la cuisine est neuve et bien équipée ainsi que la salle de bain. C est un appartement que je recommande.
