We love it.

Nice and clean. We enjoyed breakfast in the balcony. Friendly checkin and delicious and entertaining Fado dinner recommendation.

Good location

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment which is within walking distance of many places to visit. Roberto who checked us in was very helpful and furnished us with a map pointing out places to see. We were in Porto for a week and had 2 visits from the cleaners and change of sheets and towel. Plenty of places to eat close by and a supermarket.

Great hospitality

Apartment as described with comfortable beds and powerful showers. The stand-out was the welcome from the neighbouring host hotel who organised shuttles, personally showed us to the apartment and had a great buffet breakfast on offer. The location is good, a short walk to Old Porto with a good range of restaurants nearby. Recommended.

Good base to explore Porto

Location was convenient to get to and use as base for either walking into the core or using public transit to go elsewhere. Property was ready on time, clean and well equipped; good briefing from host. 2nd bedroom and its beds were a bit small, but adequate for a 2 - couple stay. Best feature is the outdoor terrace although rain prevented use of it during our stay.

Great apartment with nice outdoor space

We had a great time at this apartment. The shower worked wonderful and the outdoor space was beautiful. It’s just too bad it was raining, but I can see it being a definite plus on non-rainy days. They did have a washer dryer combo, which we were very excited about it worked well it did take longer than our washer dryer in America, but it still worked. Great stay close to everything you can catch the 30 one bus to downtown

Last stop of our tour

The location was not good. The area seemed somewhat depressed with several vacant buildings. The lack of at least a few napkins or paper towels was not appreciated. It was nice to leave a few oranges with some grapes but when we arrived, there were fruit flies all over the fruit. Not sure if they were put there fresh on the day of our arrival. They also provided a few tea bags. The couch in the living room needs replacement and the throw rugs are somewhat of a hazard as we tripped on them a couple of times. The girls that checked us in were nice enough. We should have paid more attention to the size of the apartment as it was quite small for 4 women and this is our own fault. I would recommend for 2 people but not 4 as there is little if any space for luggage.

From the States to Porto!

We loved the location, cleanliness and communication. The check-in process at the hotel around the corner was great! They also ordered a taxi/shuttle, to and from train station which was perfect! We were also given the name of a great restaurant called Brasao. Our food was great! We would highly recommend!

By far, our best stay in all of Europe!

Not a normal review, but the best stay in Europe by far!!! I recently stayed at CDC Apartments in Porto and had an exceptional experience. The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly welcoming and attentive. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Porto!

Great stay!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Porto as a family of 4. The location was great and walking distance to sights and restaurants. The people at the hotel were very friendly and had great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The only issue we had was that there was an electrical charge running through the kitchen counter so we had to avoid touching it which was a challenge, but we let them know and hopefully they were able to get that fixed.

Terrific Staff at CdC

This is a very interesting property just steps from everything you wish to see in Porto! Just down the street are excellent (and not pricey) restaurants and there is even a wine store next door. The staff were extremely helpful and considerate. I would stay here again and recommend it!

The apartment was spacious and clean. It even comes with a parking spot. The location is central and several sites are within a 10-15 minute walk. The staff is exceptional. Checkin was a breeze. A must stay.

Perfect Location-Perfect Host

Choose this location for your stay in Porto! The host Catia could not have been more helpful or gracious. Everything was just perfect, from the location to the amenities in the apartment. There was even a small swimming pool with access to a bar. Perfect!!!

Great location

We did not spend much time in the actual apartment as we were out exploring Porto. This apartment is so well located that much off what we wanted to see and do was within easy walking. We also appreciated the recommendations from the person who checked us in - local knowledge is such an advantage. Check-in was easy and we were helped with our luggage which was unexpected and helpful. We didn’t use the amenities at the sister hotel but had we been there longer I’m sure we would have. I would stay here again if I was in Porto.

Private paradise in Porto

Great apartment hideaway in quiet street. Friendly staff at the adjoining hotel made the checkin easy and efficient. Balcony is a great addition to the apartment, overlooking hotel pool and courtyard that can be used by apartment guests. Highly recommend.

It was so nice to come “home” to a clean and comfortable apartment after exploring Porto and the Douro River Valley. Great location, quiet yet close enough to walk to many sights. Highly recommend for a couple or family.

Perfect. Felt like home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-located, well- equipped and comfortable apartment. Everything we needed was available. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a great location - a real neighbourhood feel with a pedestrian street a block away with shops and great restaurants (We enjoyed dinners at Rua Tapas & Music, Alto, and the Brazilian restaurant Capim Dourado- all recommended and just a few minutes walk from the apartment). If you’re looking for a home away from home feel and prefer (like we do) not to be right in the middle of all the tourist hubbub, this is your place. It was easy to get to all the major sites on foot within 10-20 minutes and for those who don’t like walking, there’s great public transit nearby. We even went to the beach at Foz do Douro (go!) and there was a direct bus back to the apartment. The apartment is associated with a boutique hotel around the corner (where you check in) and the staff was extremely helpful, attentive to our needs (we had a problem which they were extremely kind and generous in helping us manage). Guests at the apartment can use the garden and pool oasis at the hotel and there is a lovely bar and lounge there as well. And the apartment itself has a lovely patio. We felt secure and highly recommended staying here. It was perfect.

Great 2 bedroom flat with tons of amenities and space

We loved our stay at the CdC Apartments in Porto, Portugal. Spent 4 nights here with my wife and adult daughter. The apartment is great and while not in the middle of Porto it is well located. 2 good sized rooms with comfortable beds, both with full bathrooms. Large living room area and outside patio. Kitchen was great with fridge, microwave and full array of utensils/plates/cups etc. Also includes a Washer/dryer which was appreciated after several days of traveling - although we never felt the dryer worked very well. (One of those combo units where you wash and dry your clothes in the same tub?) We ended up using the clothes rack outside to dry most of our stuff. Small complaint, we really liked the place.

Nice appt, very helpful staff from the hotel, nice location and a beautiful city. Many beautiful sites within walking distance and others a short Uber ride away. Douro valley was amazing as well.
