Bluebell Cottage är ett vackert stenkarsstuga som ligger i 6 hektar av fantastiska Dorset-landsbygden några minuter från den livliga stadsorten Bridport. Vår lokala strand på populära West Bay - känd av TV Broadchurch - är 10 minuter med bil och berömda Weymouth & Lyme Regis är en lätt bilresa.

Fullt utrustat med en sluten och stor trädgård idealisk för barn och hundar. Bredvid stugan ligger vårt vackra gemensamma fält och skog med lekplats och hundvandring.

Dedikerad parkering för 2 bilar med grind och stig genom den stora trädgården till stugan. Trädgården har 2 uteplatser för att njuta av solskenet när som helst på dagen med den östläge uteplatsen idealisk för morgonkaffe!

Rymlig solig öppen planlösning med WiFi, smart TV och DVD, DAB-radio och vedeldade med gratis stockar. Fullt utrustat kök (inklusive tvättmaskin / torktumlare) med matbord.

Den nedre badrummet har en elektrisk dusch över badet.

På övervåningen finns 2 dubbelrum båda med fantastisk utsikt. Ett enkelrum finns också tillgängligt.

Inhägnad trädgård har möbler och gasgrill och ligger bredvid vårt stora gemensamma fält med rymliga barn lekplats och härlig hund promenad.

Vid ankomst
Blommor från trädgården och en tefack som inkluderar Lisas hemlagade kakor välkomnar dig. Varken Lisa eller Alistair möter dig, orienterar dig och hjälper dig med eventuella frågor om lokala faciliteter och attraktioner.

Ett omfattande informationspaket med lokala pubar och restauranger (hundvänlig), affärer, stränder och vackra promenader finns och Lisa & Alistair är alltid tillgängliga för att erbjuda hjälp och vägledning.

Vi tillhandahåller kvalitet linne hela med tehanddukar, ugnshandskar, handdukar och badmattor.

Lovely relaxing retreat

A lovely cottage in a great setting - so peaceful and perfect for our little dog. It’s a good base for the coast and lots of other activities. Thanks to Lisa for the local top tips and making us feel so welcome. We will be back!

Lovely cottage in a great location

We had a great week in Bluebell cottage, the house is very comfortable and the garden and surrounding grounds are lovely. My children really enjoyed the play area and our dog was very happy having some friends to play with and being able to run around (particularly when the rabbits were out!). The cottages are set back from the main road so it is lovely and quiet and you can join the River Brit footpath easily which goes in both directions. We will happily stay here again!

Perfect Stay

We had a great four-night stay in Bluebell Cottage which worked perfectly for us with two kids and a dog. Having a good size secure private garden in addition to the large communal garden works so well and the setting is great. Lisa is also very welcoming and friendly…the only shame was we couldn’t stay for longer.

A welcome birthday break

We stayed her for a long weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. The location is great, not far from beaches and some very attractive Dorset countryside, and there are extensive grounds to explore on the property. The cottage is cosy but sleeps 5 and quiet with all you need for a few days away.

Lovely peaceful stay

We had a lovely peaceful stay. Lisa was very welcoming and friendly. Gorgeous outdoor space. Close to several beaches and a short walk along fields to a lovely pub. Would recommend and certainly stay again. Only improvement I would say is thicker curtains for the front bedrooms as my kids were waking ridiculous early. But that is a minor thing Thank you Lisa

Beautiful traditional cottage in Dorset

Enjoyed a wonderful week in Bluebell cottage. It was an excellent base for exploring the Jurassic coast. The accommodation was well equipped and situated in a beautiful rural setting. It was perfect for our stay and it was also dog friendly which was a bonus. There are some nice walks in the surrounding area. Bridport town centre is a short drive away. There is a Lidl, Co-op and Morrisons enroute to get supplies. The owners, Alistair and Lisa were very welcoming and always available if required. All in all an excellent place to stay.

Perfect

This cottage was perfect for us and our dogs. The garden was enclosed which meant our little boy and the hounds could play safely. We loved sitting on the patio for breakfast and dinner in the sunshine. Trampolining was so fun and the walk through the bluebell and wild garlic woods was a magical way to start the day. Lisa was really friendly and relaxed and made some great recommendations for places to visit. Thank you!!

Very pretty cottage in beautiful setting. Very well equipped, there everything needed to feel at hom

This lovely cottage is in beautiful surroundings. Our dog enjoyed the garden and attached field. We all loved nearby West Bay and Bridport.

Spacious and very suitable for dog and toddler

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bluebell Cottage, were quite surprised how well equipped the Cottage was, everything we needed was there. Thank you Lisa and Alister, we are sorry we did not meet you, and thank you for the biscuits a nice welcome. We would like to return maybe for a longer period. There was so much to see around the area and the beaches lovely.

Lovely comfortable cottage, excellent location, wonderful safe garden for dogs

Bluebell cottage is very well situated for exploring the jurassic coast. The cottage itself had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and superb views. The enclosed garden was secure enough for children and our dog, while the paddock offered play equipment and and nice area to walk the dog. The beaches closest to the cottage were West Bay and Burton Bradstock (National Trust). Both were lovely, Burton Bradstock also has a walk across the headland, and the very nice Hive Cafe. We arrived at the cottage quite late, the lights were on and there were homemade cakes waiting for us, both were a lovely touch. We would definitely recommend Bluebell Cottage.

Cute little cottage in beautiful rural location perfect for kids and dogs

Well maintained and equipped little cottage perfect for a family of 4/5 with young kids. Small but has everything you need. Outside space AMAZING with climbing frame and trampoline in a shared area of garden with 3 other cottages and dog walking from the door down to the river was ideal. Great convenient location just out of Bridport.

Our stay at Bluebell Cottage

The cottage was ideally located 10 min drive too West Bay ,and 30 min drive too Weymouth , Lyme Regis ,the cottage is clean and tidy with a enclosed garden for our family dog , Alistair & Lisa made us feel very welcome specially with her home cakes on arrival, we would recommend this cottage to anybody we will definitely be back.

Fantastic cottage, fantastic stay

Lisa and Alistair made us feel so welcome and we all especially liked the homemade cakes on arrival. The cottage facilities were perfect, it felt like we were home from home. The dogs loved the surroundings and the great walks you can do in the area. Had a wonderful break, cannot wait to return soon.

Bluebell cottage is in a great location to explore West Dorset. Set in tranquil stunning countryside but only a few minutes drive to the market town of Bridport and the coast at West Bay (made famous by Broadchurch TV series).
The fully enclosed garden means you can relax whilst your children and dogs are safe. The garden has direct access to our 6 acres of fields, woods and playarea where everyone can let off some steam. There are also 2 patios to take advantage of the sunshine all day and the cottage itself offers cosy and comfortable accommodation.
