Perfect property to stay with a pet and explore Black Mountain area. The inside was very comfortable, and the fenced in yard was a huge plus. Outside patio was nice to relax and proximity to town was perfect for a walk. Great hiking in the area. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful property to stay at with your pet. The house has a very large fenced in backyard with plenty of space to hang out. The house has lots of board games, books, dog bowls, dog beds, etc to make for a great stay. Close to downtown Black Mountain or Montreat for hiking. The shower is a little tricky but there are directions to manage it. Also, on a little bit of a busy road. Has a small convenient store right next to it which was helpful.

Wonderful location less than a mile to the town. Black mountain is really nice. Walkable town, great restaurants. Close to the Biltmore and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Spacious , comfortable home and nice property with a large back deck, fire pit, and fenced in yard.It was nice that she had everything needed and essential oil sprays and air purifiers to clear the air. Thank you. Would love to come back. Check out the White Mountain at Black Mountain if you like live music, a wonderful acoustically perfect venue. Each performance benefits a cause. Loved the Jeff Little trio.Belinda was timely in response to questions. Thank you I would come back again.

We loved our stay here, from the wonderful back deck and yard to the adorable front porch. Very convenient to downtown, yet located on a nice residential street. Walked to the farmers mkt on Saturday!The beds were very comfortable and the place was decorated nicely, with comfy sitting areas, very dog friendly and well stocked kitchen. I would absolutely stay here again when in the area!Thank you so much for sharing your lovely cottage with us!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Black Mountain property. The beds were so comfortable and there was an amazing backyard set up for evening fires. We loved having our dog with us also, with a very dog- friendly house that’s only minutes from everything.

My friend and I had a fabulous time! The cottage was adorable and perfect for our trip. We really enjoyed the spacious outdoor area. And the convenience store next door was a plus!

The house is charming, and the Christmas decorations made it feel even more welcoming. The outdoor area is the best - a great fenced yard with a wonderful pit area.

Slow Pace Cottage was very peaceful. We enjoyed the front porch swing. The fenced backyard was enjoyed by our dog. The back patio was a pleasant surprise. The interior was pleasantly decorated and most welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The Keurig coffee was a wonderful surprise. We would enjoy staying again.

Slow Pace Cottage was great - such a charming place and had everything we needed. Super comfortable bed. Beautifully decorated and loved the artwork on walls and all the extras Belinda provided, hair dryer, toiletries, well stocked kitchen. Pet friendly and very clean. Walking distance to town and restaurants. Will book again next time we’re in Black Mountain area.

Fantastic stay

Superb location, and the house had everything we needed. We could tell a lot of energy was put into amenities. Great backyard and walkable to downtown. Our host was super responsive with our one request. Looking forward to staying again soon!
