West Haven House Àr pÄ en privat, 1/2 tunnland mycket. Det Àr lÀtt att koppla av hÀr efter en hel dag av de mÄnga aktiviteter som erbjuds i omrÄdet Portland. Platsen Àr det bÀsta av tvÄ vÀrldar, med massor av privatlivet, men ÀndÄ bara ungefÀr en 10 minuters bilresa till Portland Pearl District.

Varvet Àr full av stora trÀd och det finns grÀs pÄ framsidan och pÄ sidan för barnen att leka. West Haven House ligger i en vacker, lugn omgivning.

Huset sjÀlv Àr mycket bekvÀma och rena. SÀngarna Àr helt nya. Det stora sovrummet har en stor walk in closet och ett stort spa som badrum. Den badkar Àr den perfekta platsen att koppla av. Det andra sovrummet har en high end drottning madrass. Det tredje sovrummet har tvÄ bra kvalitet madrasser. Alla rum Àr pÄ övervÄningen och det kÀnns som om du Àr i en trÀdkoja med utsikt ut till gÄrden! Bonusen Rummet har en drottning sÀng och dagbÀdd med en rulla sÀng. Det finns ocksÄ ett andra badrum i hallen pÄ övervÄningen. BÄda badrummen Àr pÄ övervÄningen. Det finns en hÄrtork. Alla sÀngklÀder Àr nya och god kvalitet. Den stora bonus rum har en TV och massor av utrymme för barnen att sprida ut och har sin egen plats. Huset Àr mycket familjevÀnligt.

Den tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare finns pÄ övervÄningen. Den vÀlfyllda köket Àr nere. Köket Àr öppet till matsalen, som leder in i mycket bekvÀma vardagsrummet, med en 50 tums TV och gas spis. Fönstren i hela huset undersöka privat gÄrd med massor av trÀd. Du kan Àven se rÄdjur vandring genom gÄrden!

Kabel och hög hastighet trÄdlöst internet tillhandahÄlls. Huset har centrala luft, Àven om det förblir mycket svalt pÄ sommaren med alla trÀden. Huset ligger inom en mil frÄn MAX Light Rail, som tar dig till djurparken, downtown, ut till flygplatsen, etc. Market of Choice, en vacker helt ny stormarknad Àr ca 1. 5 miles away. New Season marknad Àr ocksÄ nÀra, liksom Costco, en biograf, mÄnga restauranger och butiker.

West Haven House Àr det perfekta stÀllet att fredligt varva ner efter en rolig dag i staden eller upp pÄ berget.

Home was very welcoming, warm, spacious and very comfortable for our family gathering. Beautiful location...wish the weather would have been more amenable to walking in the neighborhood. If & when the opportunity arises for another Portland gathering, we will most likely try to stay here again.

This house was everything promised. Great location (close to coffee, beer, food, downtown), but private on a quiet cul-de-sac. Our hosts, Margaret and Gino were extremely responsive and we had zero negative issues. Highly recommended.

Family Trip

This property is absolutely beautiful. We had 7 adult family members for a weekend getaway. The home is comfortable, warm and spacious. The surrounding property is blanketed with luscious trees, plants, flowers and ferns. There are windows overlooking the property and we were able to enjoy watching the deer graze on the lawn each morning while enjoying our coffee. While the home is located in a quiet neighborhood, it is only quick drive to the city center for livelier entertainment. We loved this home. home.

Great getaway that’s close to portland

We came together for a family event (9 of us) and the house had plenty of room and was in a great location. The beds offered a range of comfort levels. Some were great. Some were not great. The shower temps were also a little on the cool side.

We visited from Jersey for our yearly trip. There were 5 of us and we each had our own bed as the house is huge and in a nice neighborhood. We didnt do any cooking but its well equipped equipped fo any cooking

Great for family gatherings

The house was located in a quiet, forested area. Local population included a family of deer and 3 fawns. they came to visit every day. There were 5 rooms, including a very spacious master bedroom with a huge bath and walk in closet. All the amenities were available and in working order. there was enough room for my family of 10 to be bedded in their own rooms and with a lot of space for communal cooking and meals. A very big back yard, rimmed with trees, was the perfect setting for games and water play in the hot weather. Family though this was the best of the BNBs we've stayed in over the last few years.

Wedding weekend

Nice big house in a forest setting. Enjoyed sunshine on the sheltered patio, sat by the warm fireplace during the cool mornings. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well equipped. Very useful to have a washer and dryer upstairs. We enjoyed our stay and felt fortunate to have found the place on VRBO. Very cool to have a doe and her two fawns roaming the backyard.

Very clean; well appointed kitchen, lots of towels and linens. Great neighborhood; quiet, nice for walking, minutes from stores and highways. Rooms are spacious with TVs, closets with hangers and comfortable beds. We would certainly stay here again!

Multigenerational Celebration

Lovely home in a beautiful lush setting with wandering deer and plenty of room inside for everyone to spread out a bit. The first floor bedroom and bath allowed our oldest family member to avoid the stairs! The other bedrooms and baths upstairs were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the little things you just need a pinch or splash of for cooking a meal. Keeping this home on our list for future stays in the Portland area!

Wonderful Home

We had a great time staying in this beautiful home. We had a group of 10 adults all family, the five bedrooms worked very well for us. The home is only about 10 to 15 minutes away from almost everything you would want to do in Portland, situated near main highways that made if easy to move around. There were many of the essentials that you need in a home which is always a great thing when you are doing a Vrbo. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Pacific Northwest Retreat is wonderful in every way.

The property is awesome. I love everything about it. The owner is incredibly nice and helpful. I hope to stay there again:) One small note for Margaret is that the info on the VRBO website states Check out before 11AM. It would be helpful to fix that if you want the guests to check out before 10AM. I did see the 10AM time in the book of instructions you have for guests, but decided to go with the time that I contracted for on the VRBO rules & policies.

Daughter’s wedding week

This property was everything the listing stated. Plenty of room for family members . Located in a quite relaxing neighborhood. Easy drive to airport. Well stock kitchen and early morning wildlife for us to watch while enjoying our coffee outside at the patio table. Margaret was an amazing host. Our stay was the beginning of a beautiful wedding week for our daughter. II can’t wait to go back to Portland and stay at this home again. Thank you Margaret.

The West side of Portland provides easy access to the City while still allowing for some space and privacy. This area is also in close proximity to Nike, Intel, Genentech, Solar World, Columbia Sportwear and St. Vincent's Hospital.
