Property was clean, well-laid out. Nice basement area for children to play. The deck has a few spots that seem squishy, so there are some boards that need to be replaced but overall really nice place to stay. They had soaps in the showers, a few hangers in the closet, and spices, which is a nice touch especially when you forget yours.

The home is clean and well appointed. Decor dated if one cares about that. We think clean is more important. Towels a little worn.

Place was as advertised. Check in went very smoothly and house was clean upon arrival. Host was very responsive both before and during out stay. We had a large group of 12 adults staying and there was plenty of beds and rooms for everyone. Property was a great value.

This was the perfect place for our bridal party to stay the weekend we got married at Hoyt Arboretum! We really enjoyed the amenities like ping pong and the beautiful back porch deck. So stunning! We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Room enough for everyone, including some crashers ;) Would stay here and work with them again!

Spacious house, great location

We had a great time staying at this property! Kitchen was very spacious, with lots of counter space. Plenty of room for our family of ten. Deck was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee and enjoy the scenery of the woods. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend!

Had lots of fun at the house with Foosball and the table tennis. We cooked most of our meals there. We spent one day at the coast and 2 in Portland. The MAX station is close to the house and made travel so easy.

Great house for a big group

We rented this house so we'd have a nice big kitchen and dining area to host Thanksgiving for a crowd this year. The rooms were all nice and comfortable, and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked and easy for many of us to cook in together. There were a few things that were broken/not clean when we arrived, but overall it was a great house for us!

Relaxing time

We had a great time during our stay the only downfall was as we were walking out just before our check out time of 11am we were greeted by the cleaners walking in. My advice would be to have the cleaners wait to enter until after the people who are staying at your property leave and at least knock before coming in.

Lovely house that suited our needs perfectly

The house is great and exactly as it is listed. Good space to hang out, but also offers enough bedrooms for privacy for many guests. A very nice neighborhood as well. Great view out the back windows. The owner was very responsive and quickly responded, which is great since we had an issue getting into the house initially. All of us who stayed there were very pleased with this house and if we had a group again we'd look to see if it was available.

Cozy

This house worked out for us. We went for a baseball tournament minutes away from the house. The house had enough space for everyone. And enough bathrooms. Lol no one was waiting. Super clean.

I am sorry you had bad experience, Michael. I actually checked the house for sugar ants yesterday, could not find any, but I will contact Terminix who does regular treatment of the house. The master bathroom was lacking one of the mirrors, which I already replaced, but, sorry, could not do it before your visit. I understand, you had a problem with the sink, I will ask my plumber to check it.

Perfect space and location

This home was the perfect space for our 2 families to share while visiting relatives in the Beaverton area. It's close to everything - no more than 10 to 15 minutes to get to anywhere. The bedrooms fit two couples, 5 kids and one baby. The back yard is spectacular, we didn't get to enjoy the big deck due to rain, but it's the perfect deck to sit on and watch the kids play in the creek and green space directly behind. Kitchen had everything we needed and the huge dining room table was perfect for our family to sit around, eat, chat and play some games. Beds were comfy and house was clean. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
