Beläget i Hampton Lakes, 15 minuters bilresa från Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Epcot, Seaworld, Disneyland, Kennedy Space Center, Tampa Bay, Clearwater etc. Också nära alla bekvämligheter som Walmart, Target & Publix stormarknader, restauranger, pubar och apotek. Nyrenoverad mars 2016 innehållande: klimatkontroll luftkonditionering och uppvärmning, nautiska temat master bäddar, två pirat rum, tvilling djur temarum (plats apen! Vårt fullt utrustade spelrum har ett fotbollsbord, darttavla, nätbollshops, ett biljardbord och en anpassningsbar ping pong / bordtennishylla som du kan spela ovanpå biljardbordet. Det finns platt-tv i alla sovrum, full kabelanslutning och gratis wi-fi, sydostläge pool med parasoll, bord, stolar och 2 bekväma solstolar. Vi har nyligen installerat en soluppvärmning som är gratis för alla våra kunder. Om detta emellertid inte är tillräckligt varmt för dig kan vi ordna att den elektriska poolvärmaren slås på mot en avgift på $ 15 per dag. Fullt utrustat kök med nyligen installerat helt ny spis / spis & matplats, tvättstuga, resesäng, hårtork. Villan hålls ständigt uppdaterad för att hålla den i topp toppskick för våra gäster att koppla av och njuta. En andra badrum installerades i oktober '18, vilket gör det till en 3-bäddsfastighet. Allt från en mikrovågsugn till en mugg!

Nice stay

We loved the location, the house was very clean. Quiet neighbors. Beautifully decorated and maintained. Speaking with Denise was easy and she was quick to answer. We would stay here again.

Lovely Hampton Lakes home.

Very much enjoyed our month-long stay in your home. House is comfortable and tastefully decorated. Appreciated the well kept grounds of Hampton Lakes subdivision. Felt very safe in area, enjoyed neighbourhood walks. Would definitely return to this house.

Spring Break getaway

My family & I came down for a Disney/Universal surprise for our children. The location was excellent and the pool was the daily staple for the kids at any time. Denise was wonderful at accommodating us a few extra as we had a later flight out and any issues were handled with quick responses. We would certainly stay here again in the future if we come that way. Thank you!

Great home

House was well maintained and very clean upon arrival. Pool was kept at a warm temperature due to the solar heater. Only complaint during our stay was that the internet was not working and cell phone reception is horrible in that area.

The owner is very nice, but local management is poor. I had to clean a lot upon arrival and buy quite a few things because we booked an extended stay. Mattresses need changing.

Our Christmas stay

Denise was great at communicating with us quickly! Check in and out process was very simple and easy! There was an issue during our stay but it was out of Denise's hands and there was only so much she could do. However, She did make it right with us. House was beautifully decorated and clean! We would stay here again!

Really felt like home

Best trip ever

Wow!!! What a great rental home. We celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday here and at Magic Kingdom. This was the perfect place for us. Very clean and comfortable. We especially loved the pool, game room and large TV in the family room. We would love to come again. Thank you so much Denise for sharing your lovely home with us. We made some wonderful memories 💖

Beautiful home!

we loved staying at this property! home was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my family and I. we loved the themed rooms, and the pool and game room was definitely an added bonus! location was good for us, lots of stores nearby (within 5 mins) for us to get our basic necessities.. every thing else (disney, outlets, i drive) is about a 30 mins drive, but we got used to that and it wasn’t an issue at all. I personally did not like that there was a lot of carpeting around, but it wasn’t a problem, it was clean and maintained and made the home a little more cozy. we would recommend this property! thank you denise for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

November 2021

We had some general maintenance issues which with the assistance of Denise was resolved effectively, we do blame this on the management company and not the owner. But Denise was diligent and attentive to all our questions and concerns, so don't let this put you off booking. The Villa was clean which is a very big positive in these times The Villa has a modern kitchen. Comfortable sofas and a large TV. And a comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the pool and there's plenty of privacy thanks to the plants. In all we did enjoy our stay, and hopefully our next visit is next year and not 2 years :)

Beautiful Disney Escape

Our group of 8 (including 3 children between 5-8) visited this beautiful home for 8 nights in June. The house is wonderful! The kids loved the pirate and safari themed rooms, while the adults enjoyed the comfy beds with amazing AC (: We found the kitchen stocked with most utensils we needed as we enjoy cooking while on vacation and spent a good amount of time in the pool. It was in the 90s most of the time we were in Florida, so the pool was comfortable day and night without supplemental heating. The Disney parks were within 15-25 minutes depending on how you hit traffic, but it was a stress-free drive in using mostly backroads which was a delight. Denise was a great host who was ready to help us with any issues, but we found no concerns to share. We absolutely loved our stay at the home and would be happily visit again when we return next year. Thank you!!

Great Space, Layout and Pool

Our trip for a group of 7 started off a bit choppy due a late check out from previous renters that pushed our check in back approx. 2 hrs. Once in the property our time there was relaxed. The home is well laid out with plenty of comfortable space to spread out. Updated furniture and decor were very nice. The game room was a great space with lots of options for the kids (and adults). The pool was also very nice and a decent size. We have stayed in other homes in surrounding areas and those pools were much smaller. Some of the misses were: no pantry for groceries, some mattresses were not comfortable, outside trash receptacle had no wheels which created a mess after pick-up, and time to travel to the convention center was longer than expected due to lights and traffic. All in all a very good place to stay that kept a family of 7 busy.

Bad Property Management but not the Owners Fault

There were many things in the property that weren't working, and the game room wasn't functional as the ad stated, but the owner was extremely kind and tried her best to remedy the issues. The problem is the property management company. They haven't given this villa the attention it needs. It was very clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable, but we rented primarily for the game room which almost everything was either broken or missing. I was disappointed.

House was lovely

The house was amazing. Nice clean and up to date. Host was very helpful and got back to you quickly. However didn’t like the fact that five days later after my stay they tried to add a charge for smoking in the house, as myself and my husband do not smoke. I could see if the charges came the day we checked out as there were people checking in that same day. How do I know this was not them that were smoking and now you wanted me to pay for it. That’s not ok. Property owners get a report after each visit as I have one as well. You just don’t wait five days to charge someone after another guest was already at the residence. Other than that this was an amazing stay with great host.

Wonderful Villa

We had a great week renting the villa. We spent alot of our time at the pool. It is amazing. The kids loved the colored lights at night. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the pirate and jungle bedrooms. They also loved having a TV in their rooms. The neighborhood is close to lots of food and grocery options. It took us about a half hour to get to Disney. Denise is the sweetest lady! She is very responsive to any questions or maintance needs. We had a fantastic week and would not think twice about renting this villa again.

Hello, our names are Rob & Denise Perry. We purchased this beautiful house in March 2016 and totally refurbished it.. We stripped 90% of the furniture out and started from scratch! The pool has been resurfaced with a cute chasing dolphins design and we have installed a solar pool heating which is now COMPLETELY FREE to all our guests. Yeehar!! We purchased new furniture for all four bedrooms, new bedroom linen, bathroom towels, a new oven/stove, new microwave. We laid new flooring in the kitchen/diner and en-suite master bathroom. Installed a new toilet in the master en-suite. Re-painted the entire house in light, airy colours, giving it a coastal/nautical theme. The two adult bedrooms are beautifully furnished with super comfortable beds and a coastal feel. The two twin rooms are a Pirate Room with hanging fish nets and a spooky pirate's galleon ship under a huge moonlit sky and the Animal Room is full of jungle animals and hanging monkeys. Our son, who is 31, was adamant that he wanted to stay in the Pirate Room this year!! The Games Room has been fully refurbished with air conditioning, a sofa bed for comfort, a Tiki bar, an 8ft pool table, dartboard, foosball table, ping pong table and hoops. Great fun after a day in the sun. We are staying at the villa in January 2018 to install new air conditioning throughout the villa (excluding the Games Room as this is brand new). This will help bring it into the 21st century and will provide a more energy efficient climate control. Please note this is a smoke free home. We are also installing new patio doors, and installing a new dryer in the utility room. If we get time, we are going to try and get to Miami this trip and maybe explore some other places we haven't been to. So many stunning places to visit and never enough time!!

When we first drove into Hampton Lakes, we were bowled over by its serenity and beautiful, tree lined streets. All the property owners take a pride in and maintain their homes and gardens to a very high standard. It took us two weeks of hard slog to bring this property back into the 21st century and have turned it from a dark, old fashioned home into a coastal/nautical, light and airy property designed for relaxation and comfort. Although we worked extremely hard, we enjoyed every minute of it and while we were stripping the house and filling it with brand new furniture, we got talking to the local people and neighbours who were very friendly and supportive of our venture.

Davenport Lake is only a few minutes away and is free to our guests. If you fancy a change of scenery and a game of volleyball or tennis, there are floodlit tennis courts and a sandy volleyball court for you to play. This is free of charge to our guests.
