När du kommer in i enheten hittar du det nyrenoverade och välutrustade köket med frukostbar sittplatser, rostfria vitvaror och bänkskivor i granit. Köket är öppet för mat- och vardagsrummet. Njut av familjens måltider vid matbordet med plats för åtta. Vardagsrummet har stora fönster med fantastisk utsikt över viken. Det finns gott om sittplatser, inklusive en bekväm soffa som drar ut till en bäddsoffa.

Koppla av och njut av utsikten eller njut av uteservering på den privata balkongen, tillgänglig från vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Wonderful beach vacation

We liked being a very short walk to the beach and right by the pool. It was also a 10 minute walk to multiple restaurants and ice cream shops. It was a wonderful place to stay with grandchildren.

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle with our kids and grandkids. It’s within walking distance to fun family friendly restaurants. The furnishings were very comfortable for the 6 of us! The first floor gave us quick access to the beach and the pool, but the view would probably be better a few floors higher.

Great Place with Lots to Do

The stay was great accommodations was wonderful I felt right at home I know technology changes but if you kept the WiFi and got 4ksmart tv everyone has there tv on there phones now so they could project on the tv what they would like to watch

Emerald Isle is a wonderful place. From check in to check out everything is perfect. Our condo has an ocean view. The condo is beautiful and has everything u need. There r two pools, exercise room and a hot tub. It is in a great location, u can walk everywhere! I highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back next summer.

The reclaiming process however was very quick and efficient. This condo does not not have a lot of amenities as I have stayed in Destin in the past which have newer appliances.

Great location! Beautiful view!

We were in town for a college graduation and were able to make it even more enjoyable by staying in this beautiful beachfront condo. The beach and pools were great! The condo is very spacious- plenty of room for a family. The king beds were especially comfortable. The one negative about the building is that there are only 2 elevators. This was okay in the middle of the week, but made it very difficult Friday-Sunday. We had to take our luggage down the stairs as we literally could not get onto the elevator due to high traffic. Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo. Just budget extra time for delays with the elevators.

Condo was exactly as described. Slight delay checking in, but it was after hours. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone at the off site check in. Although the view isn’t as great as a higher floor, it made using the stairs much easier than waiting on the slow elevator(building issue, not a condo issue!!!) would definitely rent again. Comfy beds & furniture. & my group of teens loved being so close to shopping & restaurants.

We also were fortunate in having stairs close so we could go out to parking lot without using elevator(can’t get back in that way) Space was clean and has good appliances. Loved the windows in front and side. Two things that could be improved are: More kitchen utensils , pots etc. would be good and more than one towel per person. Instead of ironing board-who irons these days- a folding drying rack would be great in rentals like this.

Comfortable Beach Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I (7) stayed here for a week and were very comfortable. It is homey and easy to keep. My complaints were it was not as clan as it should have been. The coffee pot was dirty and one of the beds had not been changed. However, those were easy fixes. I always clean when I rent anyway. If you stay here and plan to cook, bring your own knives if you need a sharp one. Also the vacuum cleaner smelled when you used it. We had to open the doors to let air flow through. All minor things. And as I said, it was comfortable.

The pool area was clean and the walk to the beach was very easy. There's not anything that I can complain about. Our balcony was closed during one day due to construction above us. The workers were very discrete and we hardly knew they were there. We will definitely be staying here again.

The king size bed in the master room feels hard at first when you sit on it but BEST sleep we have ever had with the firm mattress. If you have a fire stick I'd recommend bringing it. Plenty of counter space for meal prep and nice big kitchen table for everyone to sit at. No complaints at all easy check in and out!

Overall we were satisfied with the property and would recommend. Gates and codes are a hassle and pool was dirty. Location is perfect as we like staying in this area. Room was clean would recommend having more towels and some beach towels.
