The pool area was clean and the walk to the beach was very easy. There's not anything that I can complain about. Our balcony was closed during one day due to construction above us. The workers were very discrete and we hardly knew they were there. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great Place with Lots to Do

The pool and hot tub are awesome and then you're just a short walk to the beach. Excellent place to call home for a week or two!

Wonderful rental!!

Condo was exactly as described. Slight delay checking in, but it was after hours. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone at the off site check in. Although the view isn’t as great as a higher floor, it made using the stairs much easier than waiting on the slow elevator(building issue, not a condo issue!!!) would definitely rent again. Comfy beds & furniture. & my group of teens loved being so close to shopping & restaurants.

The king size bed in the master room feels hard at first when you sit on it but BEST sleep we have ever had with the firm mattress. If you have a fire stick I'd recommend bringing it. Plenty of counter space for meal prep and nice big kitchen table for everyone to sit at. No complaints at all easy check in and out!

Emerald Isle is a wonderful place. From check in to check out everything is perfect. Our condo has an ocean view. The condo is beautiful and has everything u need. There r two pools, exercise room and a hot tub. It is in a great location, u can walk everywhere! I highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back next summer.

Great location! Beautiful view!

We were in town for a college graduation and were able to make it even more enjoyable by staying in this beautiful beachfront condo. The beach and pools were great! The condo is very spacious- plenty of room for a family. The king beds were especially comfortable. The one negative about the building is that there are only 2 elevators. This was okay in the middle of the week, but made it very difficult Friday-Sunday. We had to take our luggage down the stairs as we literally could not get onto the elevator due to high traffic. Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo. Just budget extra time for delays with the elevators.

The stay was great accommodations was wonderful I felt right at home I know technology changes but if you kept the WiFi and got 4ksmart tv everyone has there tv on there phones now so they could project on the tv what they would like to watch

Overall we were satisfied with the property and would recommend. Gates and codes are a hassle and pool was dirty. Location is perfect as we like staying in this area. Room was clean would recommend having more towels and some beach towels.

Great location/views - property management disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was great...we had amazing views of the ocean and it was close enough to walk to several restaurants. However, the property management team was unorganized and inefficient. They changed the access codes several times during our 1 week stay for no apparent reason. They didn't every call/notify us of the changes (just posted the new code on the door which doesn't seem very secure given that anyone could use it). The place was relatively clean when we arrived although the master bath shower was slow to drain. The unit was adequately stocked with dishes/cooking utensils and it was nice being so close to the pool/ocean.

Stunning property in the perfect location!

We can’t say enough about this beautiful property. The inside is decorated perfectly and the views of the beach and ocean are over the top! Restaurants and shopping are so close and within walking distance. And the property management staff was so accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful condo

Condo 101 in Emeril Isle was beautiful. It was well equipped with kitchen items and towels for the bathroom. The only problem that we incurred was at the front door seal. (NO Seal) it sounded like a freight train with the wind coming in under and around the door.. The bedroom with two twins needs some window coverings,,, with the outside hallway light right outside the bedroom it lights up the bedroom all night. We hung a dark beach towel over the blinds to try and darken the room some. But overall we were very pleased with our stay.
