NYTT KUNDEN MASTER BAD!
Lollypop ligger strax öster om Seaside, och bara åtta hus till stranden, en vacker och rymlig 4-sovrumsstuga med 10 sovplatser och erbjuder gäster 3 sovrum med kungar, ett våningssäng med fyra bäddar, samt möjlighet till ytterligare sova i två loftar !

Lollypop är lämpligt uppkallad efter namnen som våra stora barn kallar oss. Som sådan är vår stuga underbart designad med familjen i åtanke! Vår stora veranda inbjuder dig in i vår stuga och fungerar som en fantastisk plats att njuta av ditt morgonkaffe. Vår siktade veranda är en annan familj favorit eftersom det finns ett stort bord med åtta stolar perfekt för att njuta av en måltid Al fresco! Inuti kan du njuta av ett gourmetkök med rostfria apparater, kylskåp under noll, bänkskivor i granit, nya apparater inklusive en underbar spis, matplats för vuxna och ett separat bord och stol för barnen. Vi har också ett barnstolstol tillgängligt! Strax utanför köket är en liten läsningskrog med kärlek och ett halvt badrum. Precis utanför köket ligger vårt två våningar vardagsrum med 60 "plattskärms Smart TV med BluRay och ljudsystem, två soffor och extra sittplatser för hela familjen! Också på huvudnivån är kungens master svit med platt-TV, privat bad / dusch combo, och separat loft utrymme med spiraltrappa och en queen size-säng. Ett sovrum mer fullbordar denna nivå och erbjuder ytterligare en king size-säng för gästerna att njuta av den har också sitt eget privata bad / dusch! På övervåningen har vi vårt tredje kungrum med privat balkong och spjälsäng för de små. Ett barns våningssäng och underhållningsutrymme med platt-TV och TV-loungen ligger precis nere i korridoren och ger gott om plats att sova ytterligare 4 i våningssängar bekvämt. Ett annat badrum slutför den andra nivån. Lollypop toppas med ett vackert torn högst upp med utsikt över havet och staden! Fyra barnstolar låter dig luta dig tillbaka, koppla av och njuta av en cocktail medan du tittar på solnedgången. Lollypop ligger bara en gata över från Seaside och är bara åtta hus till stranden. Vi hoppas att du och din familj kommer att göra underbara minnen som vi har på vårt strandhus! ”

Great house for family and friends

Family vacation

This property is perfect! The house accommodated 11 people comfortably. We had a very short walk to the beach and close to seaside. Definitely will rent this property again!!

Wonderful Stay!!!

This is a wonderful property and we cannot recommend it more highly! The property was immaculately clean upon arrival, superbly outfitted/appointed, and wonderfully comfortable in every aspect! It's not on-the-beach, but it's a very easy one block walk to a very nice stretch of sand/water. There's been very few places we've rented where we'd stay again...but this is one of them. Could not be more pleased and thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

Easy access to a close to perfect beach

The house was beautiful and really well equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and even with beach toys. We rented a golf cart and everything was an easy ride. The beach was a block and a half away, there are pretty steep stairs to consider, but beautiful, clean fine sand. Bicycles that were provided took you everywhere else including some pretty awesome walking/bike trails. We would definitely stay again.

Extended family excursion

Great house for families!

My family, 5 adults and 3 children, spent a delightful week in Lollipop. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and all that Seaside has to offer. The house was well equipped, spacious and with comfortable beds. We appreciated the use of the 2 bikes that the house provided. We hope to be back next year! Martha

Absolute Perfect Location!

Lollypop House has everything! The house, just gorgeous and with all the amenities anyone would need. Just a short walk to the beach and ample room for everyone. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break

We found the Lollypop house to fully meet our needs this trip. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of linens. The bunk room was just right for the younger teen girls. The house also was the perfect distance to bike or walk to Seaside. Loved the porch!!!! Would definitely stay again!

Great house. Great location. This house has it all!

The Lollypop House was perfect for our family. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped and in a great location. We stayed in the house with our adult children, family and friends. The house was spotless when we arrived and had several hangout spots for us to enjoy. We enjoyed morning coffee on the large front porch, happy hour in the perch among the trees, lazy afternoon time on the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked and we felt right at home cooking large family dinners after a long day at the beach. The public beach access is just a short 2-3 minute walk down the road. Seaside is also just a few blocks away and easily accessible by either walking or riding the two bikes provided with the home. The home has 4 bedrooms and plenty of comfortable of beds to accommodate a large group. The management company was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. When the propane tank on the grill ran out, a quick email was all it took to have it almost immediately replaced. We love the Lollypop House and hope to go back soon!

June 2017 Stay

We LOVE the Lollypop House! The location is perfect.... close to Seaside but you have the "quiet" benefits of Seagrove. Perfect walk to the beach, even with a 2 & 4 year old! We spent so much time on both the front and side porch. We had another family staying with us and there was still plenty of room for everyone to have their own space to hang out or have quiet time. This is by far our favorite family vacation and we will be back next year! Many wonderful memories made at the Lollypop House!

July 2017 Stay

The Lollypop house is extraordinary! It is legitimately seen as a home away from home. Creature comforts and amenities are present, and yet it is spacious, allowing for personal quiet time and reflection. We are a family of 10, including my father and one daughter-in-love and grandson who is one. It is very apparent that every age group was considered when planning for guests. The short walk to the beach is so nice, and "doable" for everyone. The two bikes that come with the property are just right for quick trips into Seaside. We would highly recommend investing in a stay at this beautiful offering. Sandpiper has been so genuine and kind as well. A definite must on the travel horizon! The set ups by the cleaning service were also very pretty and appreciated. Many thanks and much appreciation to the Grant family for generously sharing the Lollypop house! 💗

THE PERFECT HOUSE

We have been going to this area of 30A for 15 years. We go about 5 times a year. This last trip was our 1st time staying in Lollypop. This would be my go to house every time!!!! The layout is perfect and its very kid friendly. It has a large screened porch that was nice for the kids. Super close to the beach. Also, the staff at Sandpiper was very helpful and responded immediately to my last minute booking (we arrived the next day). I would highly recommend Lollypop!!!!

Perfect Getaway-Highly Recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at the Lollypop house! We stayed there with another family and had plenty of room for all. Everything was so comfortable, quiet, and accomodating. With just a short walk to the beach, we were in awe of the crystal clear water and pure white sugar sand. Our familes had a blast! Cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful and spacious beach home. Ideal in every way.

Incredible house 150 yards from the beach and a few blocks from downtown Seaside

Our group consisted of 3 couples and 2 individuals. The layout of the house is great. 2 bedrooms with kings and private baths are on the first floor along with a 1/2 bath. The second floor is a great place to put kids if you have them in the bunk room. If you have lots of kids you can stockpile them away in the lofted queen in the master, the bunk room, and the bed in the nook on the way up to the "Crows Nest". The Crows Nest or watch tower up top is a great place to relax and watch the sunset. You get a great view of Seaside and the ocean. The side porch is a great place to hang out at any time of the day. It stays very cool and has plenty of furniture. We hope to stay here again soon!
