Bokstavligen steg till stranden, erbjuder Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort den största poolen vid havet, tennis- och picklebollbanor, fånga och släppa lagun, lekplats, spelrum, grillplatser utomhus och cykeluthyrning. Vår villa har allt du behöver för en fantastisk resa. Nyligen renoverat med en stuga appel, rymlig layout och översta våningen Ocean View bara en villa utanför havet.

Ljusa, bekväma och avkopplande. Vår villa har ett privat sovrum med dubbelsäng, två skeppskamriga kojer i hallen och en bäddsoffa. Det ena badrummet har tillgång från sovrummet och hallen. Sekretessdörr mellan hallen och vardagsrummet. Vår villa är utrustad för att sova, plats och servera upp till sex personer.

Mitt-ö läge med enkel åtkomst till hela ön har att erbjuda. Privat tillgång till stranden direkt från vår byggnad. Boka bara och slappna av!

En semesterort vid havet för både natur- och strandälskare. Se vilda djur från vår veranda och utforska havets liv på stranden. Kör cyklar på stranden och stigar över hela ön.

Bo hos oss när som helst på året. Vårt läge erbjuder solsken hela dagen på vintern och skugga hela dagen på sommaren.

We had a great stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and close to the boardwalk. The beach view was a great place to watch the summer storms roll in. Highly recommend. Our family of 6 (ages 2-40) had a great time!

Great place to stay!

Location was great! Close enough to everything we needed but also out of the busy areas. Perfect size for our small family with two young children. If looking to stay with older kids, could be a little small. The top bunk bed did not have the wooden railing like in the photos but there was a toddler bed rail to attach if needed. Michele was great and very easy to communicate with. The cookies when we arrived were a great touch!! Would highly recommend this property for families looking to stay in the area!

Beautiful condo

Like last year, we had a very nice time at Michele's place.It is clean, cute and cozy. We enjoyed the beach, pool and BBQ area and loved being able to walk to those amenities. The Tiki bar was open and we had fun there too. The grandkids loved the bunk beds and the amenities as well. It's a nice little getaway spot.

Relaxing beach getaway

Everything was clean and perfect for our stay. The room had a very nice balcony with a great view of the ocean. The location is also great as it is a short drive to all of the restaurants and activities on the island. My wife and I had a great time and would highly recommend staying here.

Great location, comfortable beds

Small, but cozy condo, and a great location close to the stairs taking you to the pool or beach. Location only a short drive to lots of restaurants and mini golf. Beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed time in the smaller pool as the larger pool is a bit busier with loud music. Plenty of beach gear just outside, so no need to bring your own.

Amazing view! Cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in.

We would definitely stay here again! This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Accommodations were great. Mattress was good if you prefer firm, good quality, however, too firm for my preference.

Beautiful Villa, Updated and Clean, Very Pleasant Owners

We had a perfect stay at the Beach and Tennis Resort! Hardwood floors throughout, updated kitchen and bath. We've stayed at the Beach and Tennis resort for 11+ years, this is our favorite for the A, B, or C buildings. We will look for the Beach Sisters again for another stay at HHI B&T.

This property was everything it stated and more. It had everything you would need for a beach visit: chairs, an umbrella, flip-flops, and beach towels. The property was clean, and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were on the table. The check-in process was easy. All the essentials were stocked. Thank you so much for letting us come for a visit!

Great family stay

This was a very nice experience for our family and suited our needs. The villa was very cute, clean and well- appointed. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We couldn’t ask for easier access to the pool or beach. I would definitely return.

Quick Beach Getaway!

Absolutely perfect long weekend. The weather was gorgeous, sunsets amazing, and the condo was perfect. Wonderful location. Beautiful touches. Filled with everything you need. The place felt like home. Would return in a heartbeat.

Clean and peaceful

The owners were great and responded quickly. The condo wed beautiful and very clean. No complaints. Convenient to everything, grocery stores shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect location

My friend and I had such a great time here & this unit specifically is right by the boardwalk to the beach. The pool & poolside bar were great, food at the on-site restaurants was as well. Very nice to just walk everywhere. Michele is very responsive & kind. The unit is clean, cozy and I have no complaints. I already want to come back!

Beautiful view, comfortable condo

We loved our stay in this cozy beach condo. The furniture was all comfortable, and the ocean view was gorgeous! The condo was in a great location and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking right out to the beach. We had dinner at one of the on-site bar/restaurants. The host was most helpful and even had a plate of cookies waiting for us. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay!

I want to start with how accommodating our stay our was! From beach chairs and umbrellas, to beach toys, to extra beach towels and flip flops. To even having a stocked bathroom cabinet of shampoos/conditioner, body wash, hair care, feminine items, etc. I was SO impressed with the accommodations. Michele was so easy to get in touch with, check in and out process was a breeze, our room was exactly the way it was pictured, and the resort is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. We will be back, and we will certainly book this same room!

Amazing!

This was our second stay with the Beach Sisters. Their place is just amazing. HHIB&T resort has great amities. The ease of check-in and accessing the property after an 11 hour drive was a breeze. The place was very clean well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals in to avoid crowded restaurants. The welcome plate of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies made a perfect vacation cheat snack with a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the balcony enjoying the view. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.

Good for families.

The space was the right size for us. We have kids age 11, 9 and 6. The bunk beds could not accommodate anyone larger then young teen. Only negative was wifi was very inconstant. The location was family friendly, minute walk to the ocean and quiet. We would stay again.

Just lovely!

Beach sisters, thank you for a wonderful beach vacation! We found the condo to be exactly as advertised and the ocean view was lovely and relaxing at the end of a day at the beach. The unit was extremely clean and the decor very tasteful and beachy. The short walk to the beach was great for trips back to the room during the day if needed. We found the poolside bar entertaining and enjoyed the music in the afternoons. Again thank you for a wonderful week!

Great for families!

Condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable! It had everything we could need and was well stocked with all the essentials. Location was great, Kroger, Whole Foods and other grocery stores were less than two miles away. The resort is wonderful for families with a vast assortment of activities such as a movie night, karaoke at the pool and trivia. On site restaurants were delicious and convenient. Check in process was a breeze and the host had delicious warm chocolate chip cookies waiting for us inside the condo when we arrived. Such a wonderful welcoming touch. Thanks so much and we will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Great location

My husband and 1.5 year old daughter stayed here. We really enjoyed it! The property has a great view, is exactly as shown in pictures, and conveniently located close to restaurants and attractions along with a 3 min walk to the beach via the resort's private beach access boardwalk. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking supplies you could need like pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, etc. The fridge is very large to hold all your food supplies. The bedroom is super dark at night; the black out curtains made for a perfect night of sleep. The balcony is roomy and perfect for morning coffee. The owner was very easy to chat with quickly to answer our questions. We hope to come back and stay here again in the future.

Michele resides on Hilton Head Island and will be your on site contact. No worries about communications and response as she is always just a text message away. Kim resides in Pennsylvania and will be your reservation and pre-arrival contact. Communications by email, phone and text will make preparations for your visit an ocean breeze.

We wanted a location that would be suitable for family vacations, as well as a winter haven for snowbirds. As children, our parents always took us to the beach for a week, and the memories we made were priceless. We hope to help families make a beach vacation an affordable reality and provide snowbirds with a winter getaway.

Our location is just one unit off oceanfront and affords great views all year long. The southern exposure allows the sun to shine in all winter and shades us from the heat of the summer. With onsite resort amenities and mid-island location, access to all that Hilton Head has to offer is an easy walk, bike or drive from the villa.
