Vår lägenhet på första våningen ligger bara en kort promenad till poolen eller stranden. Vi har nyligen installerat alla nya golv i hela lägenheten, uppdaterade nya takfläktar .....
Sovrummet har en uppgraderad queen size madrass och är mycket bekvämt. Det finns också en liten smink i fångst i sovrummet med en stol.
Vi har en platt 50 "TV i vardagsrum / kök, tillsammans med ett matbord med 4 stolar. Denna lägenhet har en diskmaskin. Vi har alla nödvändigheter i köket som brödrost, mixer, kaffebryggare (gör både vanliga och k-koppar), etc.
Vid ankomsten finns en start-up uppsättning handdukar (6 uppsättningar) också kommer det att finnas lakan för alla sängar. För dig är det smartkortskorttvätt ett par dörrar ner i korridoren (vi tillhandahåller kortet. För att lägga till pengar på kortet måste du gå till huvudbyggnaden till vänster när du går in i orten.
Vi har tillhandahållit solstolar för din bekvämlighet, du behöver bara ta med strandhanddukar!
Det finns en privat balkong där vi har ett par Adirondack stolar ...... det är ett bra ställe att sitta och njuta av en drink .... Från balkongen över parkeringsplatsen finns ett picknickområde med bord och grillar ...

Cykeluthyrning finns på fastigheten. De ligger på egendom strax utanför säkerhetsgrinden.

Några av våra favoritplatser att äta ..... Mixx på Main, Pomodoro, Catch 22, Reilleys (där alla känner till vårt namn), Bella Italia, Crazy Crab (North End), Old Oyster Factory, Wise Guys. .Det finns oändliga restauranger möjligheter på ön med över 220 att välja mellan.

Under sommarmånaderna på tisdagar finns en fyrverkeri på Shelter Cove som ligger i närheten av ....

Island Explorers har olika båtturer som du kan välja mellan, tisdag fyrverkerier är en av dem! Turen går från Old Oyster Factory docka på Marshland Road.
De har fyrverkeri kryssning på tisdagar så att du kan kämpa för trafiken och titta på vattnet!

Great Place to stay

My family and I had a great trip here. The location is Prime. You're right next to the beach just quick walk over the bridge to the beach and you're there. A couple of restaurants onsite. You can see the ocean from the condo and you get great light on the balcony.

Great little condo, perfect location.

We came down as former locals with a bunch of local family and found the location to be perfect; the beach is a 2 minute walk from the front door. Even on a packed memorial day weekend the condo was quiet, well stocked with basics and perfect for a couple with a baby. Dee was extremely responsive and helpful.

The property is a little old, but very well maintained. It’s close to many beaches and has a nice pool. Check in was a breeze. Our villa was clean and well stocked. Our only issue was that the couch desperately needs to be replaced.

Rented for month of January 2023. Great location. Accommodations were fine. Management was easy to work with, very attentive. Bring your bike there’s many trails. Southern exposure so beautiful warm sunshine. Would do it again.

Dee was lovely to work with and unit was clean but the peeling wallpaper needs to be fixed. Also, provide written instructions for the Roku TV. We had to reset it multiple times to get the local channels.

Great Host!

We really enjoyed our stay! 3rd Time at the beach & tennis resort. Dee is on top of it, she responded very quickly & was super accommodating. The unit does not have a direct ocean view But is really close to the ocean. The price was Really good & we had a great time. The only drawback is the food at the restaurants On resort is average at best! Great family vacation spot. We would stay with Dee again Thank you for all your help Pete & Krista

Cozy and Lovely

The owner took care in the details. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. A goodie basket of snacks welcomed us when we walked in and even had gluten-free items! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the owner provided Dawn Dishwashing Liquid and a cute fish sponge too. It's close to the beach and next to a rank to the sand. Lovely experience and we will come back again!

Great Customer Service

Dee gave us great pre arrival information. The condo had a one cup Keurig coffee maker, but I brought bulk coffee and filters. Dee brought us a brand new coffee maker within hours. She was very easy to reach by text, and answered quickly.

Nice but small..

Dee was nice and handled my concerns (additional parking pass needed and flipped breaker) quickly. The condo was clean and stocked. I will admit that it was smaller than expected. My only negative thoughts are the furniture. The furniture was horribly uncomfortable. The bunk beds and couch (pull out bed) was completely difficult to sleep on the the extent that my son tried sleeping in a beach chair instead.

As Described, but the description is lacking

The description in the listing is accurate, but does not tell the entire story This place is small, relatively clean, and close to the beach. What's missing from the listing is the lack of updated fixture throughout, the warped flooring in the bathroom, the pealing wallpaper in all parts of the house, and a mishmash of furniture that exist throughout the rental. This property has not aged well!!! It looks and feels old!! After experiencing it for myself, I see these pictures from a different perspective and the warning signs are visible. This place was not comfortable, and we did not contact the manager because they weren't going to replace the rusted door knobs, fix the blinds, or provide a sofa which didn't sag. The place is not a house of horrors, but it's not a clean and comfy beach retreat. Thankfully the weather was nice so this place was more of a rest area and not a hang out. I would not stay again, nor would I recommend this to a friend. Overall it's a 2.5 star mainly for the proximity to the beach and pool.

Great time!

Location is great, great communication with owner/manager, only complaint I have is with the resort process of getting your parking pass, which has nothing to do with condo really. Used to pick up at guard house, now you have to go inside. Location is ideal for families, close to beach and laundry. Nice welcome basket was such a pleasant touch too! Highly recommend this unit.

THE WORST STAY EVER

I put only 2 stars because there were only 2 positive moments during our stay - a good placement of the apartment (close to the ocean) and Dee who tried to fix our problems. Apartment looks not only old but dirty. Black mold on the shower curtain and outdoor cushions, coach covered by old stains all around so we put a cover on it. But to sit on it is a problem too as you fall in the hole just in the middle. Bed in the bedroom creeks and horribly moving when you try to turn on it. When we arrived we found that pillowcases were covered by someone's hair and decided to change them as there was another set of bed linen. But what we found inside just shocked us...an old pillow covered by rusty stains. We called Dee and she came to change everything but anyway... Cleaning was done badly - all kitchen cabinets and microwave were covered in old fingerprints. Left window in the living room is not transparent anymore...the list is big! The owner should think about renovation and deep cleaning of the apartment. Or change at least shower curtain and pillows...it's disgusting.

Close proximity to beach, pool, stairway, laundry. Perfect for our younger kids! Quieter area away from the busy hhi areas, but within 5-20 minutes of absolutely anything you would want to get to on the island.

Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is located north central on the island where the beach is fine.....
The resort has one large swimming pool with an additional small kiddie pool next to it and next to Admirals Row there is a smaller pool that anyone at resort can use! Located near the large pool is a tiki bar that serves drinks, burgers.....
Selected times there is entertainment for you to enjoy as well.
Right outside security gate are bike rentals, very convenient when staying at resort!
