Location great. Furniture very tired.

Location is excellent and unit very clean, however, the furniture is quite worn and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay again for that reason.

Wonderful!

Location and and the beach rental set up was great! We had such an incredible time! The bikes provided were such a plus! We biked to Rosemary and the Big chill with no issues. We had a little trouble with the bike locks, not unlocking every single time, but eventually got it to work, a little frustrating though! The only negative was the lights peeking through the side of the blinds in the master bedroom, not sure if a better curtain or bigger shade would fix that problem, but overall everything else was great!

Loved it! Would stay here again!

Steps to the beach, which is what we were looking for. Private beach with only condo’s guests- not crowded. It’s location is right near everything- we went to all of the different beach towns for dinner and shopping. Carly communicated throughout the trip, and we had a GREAT trip! We would definitely plan to stay here again for another trip to the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall had an amazing experience at Seamist #8. Finding a rental with everything you’re looking for in 30A is not easy but I am so glad I stumbled upon this one. The condo was actually nicer in person than in the pictures! The decor style was amazing and couldn’t ask for a better location. Perfectly enough away from the chaos of Seaside traffic, but still within a bikes ride away from everything and in the middle between Alys Beach and Rosemary. The property management company was extremely easy, professional, and quick to respond. The only feedback we have is that the master bedroom headboard (rattan material) is a little noisy due to material, and squeaked with any toss or turn in the night. WiFi went down on our last night and the location is a cell phone dead zone so we couldn’t make any calls unless we walked up to the street from the condo.

Only stay here if you have low standards

The furniture is very beat up, floors are stained and do not appear clean. Overall, you can tell the owner doesn’t care about the property. Great view and location, but don’t let the pictures fool you, close up it’s not a fresh and a clean feeling stay.

WONDERFUL LOCATION

We stayed for our 10 year anniversary and I loved being able to walk right onto the beach and to sit on the back porch to see the ocean. Since it's a private beach, it isn't as busy which is nice. Definitely would recommend this location. It was clean, had plenty of towels/everything we needed, and the customer service was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit 4 times I believe, and the condition seem to be deteriorating. I realize it is a rental and that is possibly its sole purpose, so I use that to temper my words. A year ago, the cushions outside were in bad shape. The porch and the view are our main reason to stay here. The cushions were gone. Y'all said that your "team" determined they were in bad shape and more would arrive ASAP. That sounded as an excuse. There are 4 spoons in the unit. I could only find one knife, and it had rust spots. The screen on the door to the porch will not open to be used correctly. It's the little things and all the additional charges just don't seem justified when the little obvious things are not attended to. May not seem like much, but the cushions on the lounge chairs not being there was really just unacceptable and displayed that the "team" had not done their job.

We were disappointed in the construction that we were u aware of that occurred on the patio each day we were there pretty early into the day to most of the day so our patio was off limits to us all day and thankfully the beach was beautiful so we stayed out most of the day. Wifi was an initial issue but someone promptly fixed that.

Perfect place to stay!

The location of this unit is amazing! We loved everything about it! Quiet and perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. So nice to just be able to walk straight onto the beach and have easy access to go back up to the room. We loved the screen door on the front door to have the breeze go through and through! We will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone!!!

Great vacation rental!

We absolutely loved the condo! Clean, well decorated and modern. The view was as advertised and the beach area was perfect. The owners were very attentive and responsive and we will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect beach location and but disappointing accommodation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our time spend on the beach and an easy access from our rental property. The property itself was not what we expected, word luxury should not be in the description. I need to give a credit to the management company for making sure there were good quality and clean linens and towels but that’s about it. Everything else was in a past it’s due state. The master bed was worst we have ever slept in, sorry to be so honest but it’s true. The worse is I red reviews about bad mattress and reached out to management 2 weeks before our check in to ask if anything has been done. I was assured the mattress in an appropriate condition for a comfortable sleep. It was as not, in fact I had to catch up on my sleep on the beach as I could not sleep on that bed.The other beds at this property have the cheapest mattresses as well. For kids it was OK. But adults would not be comfortable.The cookware was in a such a sad state we couldn’t use it to cook our meals, simply not safe to use. Non stick cookware has to be replaced every year at rental property if it’s not of a great quality.The furniture was old and the outside cushions were so moldy I would not sit on them.I could continue but there is no point at this stage. I would not recommend staying at this property until it had a refresh. Btw please remove the hairdryer and the vacuum cleaner from this property, they are not safe to use and in a disgusting state.
