Alla Princess 503 sovrum har ny matta och nya brickor uppdaterar de återstående golven! Köket har totalrenoverats med solida lönnskåp, kvartsbänkskivor, mosaikstänk och rostfria vitvaror. Det mycket rymliga och öppna köket är också värd för en våt bar handfat med en separat ismaskin för att se till att du aldrig slut på is. Befälhavaren badet uppdaterades för att inkludera nya lönn skåp, kvarts bänkskivor, en luftstråle badkar med värmare och en dubbel dusch med 2 duschhuvuden. Denna fyra sovrum, fyra badrum 2384 kvadratmeter lägenhet har en 388 kvadratmeter balkong som ger en 180 graders utsikt över stranden. På en klar dag kan du se från Shell Island till Seaside!

Med den nya mattan i alla fyra sovrummen och alla uppdateringar som har gjorts kommer du säkert att njuta av dig i den här enheten. Och för att göra det bättre finns det stora TV-apparater och DVD-spelare i varje rum för din familjs njutning och surroundljud i vardagsrummet. Perfect!

We stayed at the condo with a family friend and their two children along with our own three kids. We never felt like we were invading each other‘s space because there was so much room and the four bathrooms were such a plus the check-in process was so easy. The beach with the included chairs was such a perk. It was never busy. We always had room for everything we wanted and never felt like we were crowding or being crowded by other families. The pools were nice, but it is a bit windy at the one due to it being between the two buildings. Despite that, our children played endlessly because it was heated to perfection. The indoor pool was a huge bonus because we had one rainy day. we love the location of this condo because it is out of the main drag area and we never dealt with traffic, wild people, or any noise at all. We would definitely stay here again thank you so much for having us!

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful experience staying in this condo. The unit waslarge enough for our family of 11 to enjoy spending time together. The room was in excellent condition and very clean. Plan to return in the near future. Great experience.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a great time making Thanksgivong memories! All the accommodations was great including the kitchen being stocked with nice cookware and bakeware (which is never good in the condos we rent). We will be back!

This was our second time staying in this condo. Once again, it was the perfect accommodation for our group. Everything worked great and the property managers Jennifer and Donna made the rental process very easy. I would highly recommend.

Perfect Vacation Spot

The Princess was absolutely gorgeous and in a great location. Right on the beach but far enough away from the busier part of the city/beach. Management was great to work with! Loved this place!

5 stars, for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely perfect. Location was convenient, but away from the super busy crowds, and traffic. Check in was simple, and when we arrived the place was immaculate. Each of the rooms had its own private bath. Kitchen was fully stocked with any cookware you could possibly need. Jennifer was only a phone call, or text away from any questions we had. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Adult Couple vacay

The condo was spotless when we checked in and the property management was excellent. Check in was easy and so was check out. I would like to recommend they update the furniture in the Unit. At least the living room, and front two bedrooms. The kitchen could be better stocked. Some of the cookware is peeling and some of the stuff in the unit looks like someone’s used and worn out stuff. The stove should be updated. It s flat top surface and all burners don’t work well.

Location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants.

Best condo we have ever rented. Spacious, clean, equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable! The breathtaking beach view was spectacular especially at sunset. We would definitely stay here again.

Princess Condominiums PCB

This was a great condo in an excellent location. We loved the layout with the four bedrooms each having their own personal bathrooms. The kitchen was huge and very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare our own meals in house. The sunset views were beautiful.

Area and Condo A Great Match

Very large condo with outstanding views. Beds good, bathrooms large, kitchen well designed, layout for condo very well done. Management was great to work with, check in easy as can be. Pools nice, beach nicer, area way more quiet than near Pier Park. Complex secured. Well done Princess Properties.

My husband and I own and manage this property. We also live at the Princess full-time. Our management company is VIP Resort Properties, LLC. We purchased this condo in 2010 to live in and completely remodeled it like we would a home. It is furnished as comfortably as any home and has all the amenities you will ever need. The beach views are the best around and the location is private and quiet. The balcony is one of a kind and has a 180 degree view from the jetties to 30A. The complex is gated and only has 74 units on 325' of beaches. It is a quiet oasis in a busy world. All the area attractions are nearby, but when you are at our condo everything seems to be a world away!

The lifestyle here is slow and laid back, everything a Vacation Destination should be. Best of all, the Panama City Beach area is convenient to reach by car or plane from any location. You can travel the world and never find a beach as beautiful as the one at The Princess! And remember, the owner/manager lives on the property and is available 24/7!

If you rent our condo, you will be the able to relax in your 2 sets of FREE BEACH CHAIRS under your own beach umbrella while watching the waves and people on the beach. If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily . The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on your vacation. Panama City Beach has great restaurants and fun attractions for the family to do and see! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. YOU MUST BE 26 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT THIS CONDO. CHECK-IN IS 4 P.M., CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M.
