The views of the ocean were amazing!! Check-in process was so easy and smooth! We loved that there were luggage carts & grocery carts to bring things up. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of silverware, plates, pots/pans, etc but no pantry items so make sure to bring/buy anything you need! The space was also huge, we had 3 families and it was nice to each have our own rooms/bathrooms and then plenty of room in the shared spaces.

The ladies with check-in are very friendly. I would have to say the most friendly VRBO host that we've ever had. They called, text and emailed to make sure we had everything we needed before and during the trip. We really enjoyed the rental. It's right on the beach and the 3 elevators are super quick. There is a ton of space in the rental so everybody had plenty of room for themselves. If I had to complain about anything it would be the limited number of wash cloths provided. I guess this is standard practice but I wish more VRBOs would provide more a couple days worth. I wish we could have stayed more days but this was a quick trip for our girls fall break. There was plenty of items to cook with and serve meals. Everything was very clean. We would for sure stay here again when in the area.

Family vacay

This was by far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in PCB. Or anywhere else as far as that goes. Management is the best and made everything so easy. I will most definitely be renting from them again.

2 family spring break

Check in process was communicated thoroughly. The pictures represent the unit accurately with plenty of room for the 4 adults and 6 children. The beach is ideal and perfect for families with a wide age of children. The beach chairs are nice and located in a comfortable and quiet location on the beach, generally away from college spring breakers.

Great property. Spacious, immaculate, wonderful views. Everything you could think off to make your stay enjoyable was provided. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine. Property was well maintained. Easy access and luggage carts and shopping carts to help bring up groceries. Best condo I’ve stayed in yet and I’ve been going to PCB for 10 years.

Our yearly 4 couples getaway

Jen & Donna made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The Princess Condo was more than we anticipated. We had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the large balcony. We had 2 complimentary parking spaces, complimentary beach chairs, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and it had all the dishes we needed for a large group. We already know where we will be staying next year on our trip, The Princess, if it is available.

September 2026 Princess 903

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were fortunate to have beautiful weather. Only rain was at night. Ocean was crystal clear all 10 days. Most all the mornings, the ocean was like a lake. This condominium is close to everything we needed. I did have to drive to downtown Panama City to Dan-D-Donuts (Because they are worth it)!! But for everything else, we did not have to drive far to get what we wanted. Grocery Stores, restaurants, miniature golf (Coupon in the welcome package was nice), and anything else was within 5-10 minute drive. As for the facilities, we really value the closeness of the beach to the condo. Not a long walk across the sand and the beach services are excellent. The unit we stayed in is well kept and when we have had problem in the past, it was handled promptly. We have been staying at the Princess for close to 10 years because it fulfills what we value in a vacation!
