Guest satisfaction is our number one priority so we were obviously concerned to read your comments! The information you provided has been passed along and we wanted to take a moment to make note of the repairs and updates that have been/are being done in the interim. The main villa living area as well as the bathrooms and twin bedroom have been repainted to give the villa a fresh feel. The kitchen cookware, glassware, plates and utensils have been upgraded, and a new dishwasher was installed in December 2021. All the furniture has been steam cleaned, and updates are being made to the bathrooms as well! If you have any other comments or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!
