Love the place!

Very nice place and close to everything within walking distance. Loved seeing bears outside too. Great cold pool after hot day of walking.

Family getaway

Cute condo. Plenty of space for a family. Very close to trolley line and downtown Gatlinburg. Pool and hot tub were great! We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing spot close to it all.

I stayed here while on a road trip with my dad. This spot is such a perfect location. It’s really close to all the main attractions in town, but also boarders the wood to give you that sense of where you are. The apartment was clean and directions were super clear from our host. We even lucked out and got to see a black bear with her cubs from the balcony by the front door. I would absolutely stay here again!

Smoky Mountain Stay

The condo was conveniently located to the entrance of the Smoky Mountains National Park. It was clean and safe. We did see bear in the back woods on two occasions from the safety of the 4th floor balcony. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well stocked if we wanted to cook. We had a very nice stay in the condo.

The property is 100% exactly as described and pictured. Our condo was very clean, there were plenty of dishes and towels, the neighborhood is safe and we totally enjoyed our stay We will call again for reservations the next time we're in the area.

Great place-convenient location

My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights while visiting the Smokys. Super cute unit with more than enough space for 2 (*the exterior of the building is older but this unit has been updated). Short walk to the main drag of Gatlinburg, easy access driving into park or surrounding areas. We even had a bear visit on the hillside behind the building one late afternoon! Would definitely recommend.

Galavanting in Gatlinburg

The condo is clean and very well maintained. It is walking distance (and a lovely walk) to downtown, a huge positive because parking downtown is a madhouse. My 2 daughters really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Another great bonus was that it is close to very cool hiking trails, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The drive to Pigeon Forge for Dollywood and Splash Country was very easy and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved this location! Just a walk away from all of downtown gatlinburg! Clean! Clean! Clean! And the host is very responsive if we were ever in need of anything! It was perfect for our family of five!

Needs to be deep cleaned!

Upon arrival after we opened up the door we got hit with a very strong stale mildew smell. After turning on the three air conditioners in the unit and opening up the door to the balcony and running a fan we brought it was evident that the smell was not leaving. I went around to the ac units to see mold on all of them especially the one in the living, it was clear that it had not been cleaned in awhile. I cleaned in the slates the best I could but it needed cleaning supplies that we unfortunately didn’t have. This unit was very dirty from the baseboards to the white stains on the couch to the hair left in one of the showers and the bathroom vents covered in dust. But after leaving and returning and the smell not dissipating it came concerning for the health of my family that we would not be able to stay there. After reaching out to the owner she would not refund us any money for these deplorable conditions she wanted us to stay in. I would never recommend this unit!

Great condo to stay in!

Condo was very clean & nice! It was awesome how it had oil, ketchup, salt & pepper, things we didn’t think to pack but ended up needing! Only down fall was there was no washer & dryer inside of the condo! There is a laundry room to do your laundry, but it only took quarters & didn’t have a change machine to get quarters. So bring a roll of quarters if you may need to do some wash! Condo overall though highly recommend!!!

Weekend getaway

Condo was perfect for what we needed it for. Clean, great location and very quiet. Only draw back was parking. Spaces were small for for a full size truck.

Clean and welcoming

Location is few blocks away from downtown, walkable but not so much for little ones. The property had all amenities needed, including few pantry supplies such as sugar, tea, oil etc. The entrance is kinda dirty and not welcoming, but the unit is clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of parking and easy to find.

Clean and convenient

This property is a little farther off the strip than we expected but the walk was fine. Clean and close to downtown Gatlinburg and Anakeesta made it a great spot for my family.
