Uppgraderad bottenvåning Maui Vista Resort ett sovrum lägenhet # 3104 ligger i "den tysta byggnaden". . . den tredje byggnaden tillbaka från Kihei Road-buller. Det solida lönnskåpet är skräddarsytt av Decora. Det nya, helkaklade badrummet har samma Hansgrohe väggstångsdusch som finns i många 5-stjärniga hotell; badkaret är halkbeständigt och har en greppskena för din säkerhet. Det är viktigt att detta är en av de mycket få Maui Vista-enheterna med luftkonditionering i Båda sovrummet och vardagsrum / matsal / kök, och båda enheterna byttes ut 2016. Ingen annan enhet har så mycket kylkraft som du kommer att uppskatta när traditionerna försvinner. Alla möbler har uppdaterats under 2015/2016. Varmvattenbehållaren ersattes också av en tankfri enhet on-demand våren 2019 för kontinuerligt varmvatten. Köket har ett kylskåp och ugn i full storlek, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin ~ samt alla redskap, matlagning och rätter du någonsin vill ha. Den staplade tvättmaskinen / torktumlaren är garderob snyggt bort. Det finns också en kaffebryggare ~ till och med en hårtork. Nymålad november 2017. Nya mattor i hela (2016) har denna lägenhet också ett keramiskt kaklat kök, badkar och Lanai. Tillgång till höghastighetsinternet med kabel utan kostnad. Och naturligtvis en stor TV-kabel och en Blueray-enhet. Berömda Kamaole Beach 1 ligger tvärs över Kihei Rd. mittemot byggnad nr 1. Det går en liten promenad efter att ha korsat vägen (kanske 100 meter till en trappa ner till stranden.) Går ut på middag? Det finns restauranger inom gångavstånd från snabbmat till god mat. Den gaseldade BBQ, som rengörs noggrant varje morgon, ligger inom 100 fot från din entré. En av tre pooler på fastigheten ligger inom 75 fot från Lanai. För tennis är sex individuellt slutna mästerskapsbanor i Plexipave (två per byggnad) bara några steg bort. En uthyrning av racket och bollar finns i receptionen. För golfare är de tre banorna i världsklass på Wailea bara några minuter bort. Parkering? Det är på plats och det är gratis.

Stay was overall good! Nice location walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Condo was perfect for our little girls trip but was hoping there was a full length mirror in the living room and we ran out of paper towels and toilet paper relatively quickly and the trash was too small. Would stay again!

Fun stay in Kihei

Great unit close to everything!

We loved this condo in Maui! It had absolutely everything we needed to be comfortable inside and at the beaches near by. Check in was a breeze and the property is in a great location on Maui. Would stay again!

This place was just amazing, we had access to BBQ, tennis court and pool. A beautiful beach was on the other side of the street, where we saw turtles. The location is perfect, can go the beach, to restaurant and even the grocery can be walkable, but we used the car. We had access to washing machine direct in the property, kitchen fully equipped, even had a dishwasher.

Lovely condo with everything you need provided. Easy parking and a short walk to the beach. Only issue was with the screen door which kept on jamming. We spent many mornings on the patio with our coffee and breakfast watching the varieties of birds that would come and say hello. Definitely recommend this condo

BYO body soap and shampoo

Was pretty shocked that showering supplies were not included, because never ran into that before, so had to go back out at night to buy some. (Of course had a lot leftover, so hopefully the next guest got to use them.) Otherwise the condo was well stocked with towels etc and the kitchen with cooking and baking supplies. Having coolers and ice bags in the freezer and a Brita filtered pitcher was very nice! Condo was clean, except a couple areas that you need to clean not after every guest but every month, like the window shade in the bedroom. I wanted to lower it to keep the bedroom cool when the sun was shining through, but it was so dusty that I didn't want the movement to throw it onto my pillow. The unit felt very spacious for the two of us and was comfortable for relaxing.

Awesome stay!

Location is 2 minute walk from the beach and is in good proximity to restaurants, grocery stores etc. The unit has excellent a/c and all the amenities you’d need. Patti was very easy to reach and responds very quickly. The unit appears just like the photos and even though it’s a ground floor unit we did not have any issues with bugs! Thanks again Patti

Convenient to Beaches and “Downtown” South Kihei

Excellent location directly across from Charley Young and Kam I beaches. Quiet 3rd building in Maui Vista, away from traffic noise. Nice small pool a few steps from unit. Owner was very prompt and responsive. Could use some updating as follows: electric key pad door lock, replace main AC (old one is very noisy and runs nonstop, and is not energy efficient); replace old TV with a smart TV; replace umbrella on patio table with one that tilts to block the sun; new bedroom pillows; larger dresser. Also could use more bedroom closet storage given that owner’s storage containers take up 3/4 of the closet (including the locked side).

Great location but property not clean

Great location, walking distance to beach and about 1/2 mile walking distance to restaurants and awesome food trucks. Unfortunately, the property was not throughly cleaned. The bedroom sheets and sofa pull-out had dirty sheets. We found towels, linens, and mop rags in the washing machine and dryer. There were no basics like: aluminum foil, sandwich bags, shampoo, body wash. These are items that I usually find when I rent properties for family vacations.

Great View But Somewhat Minimal

We travel to Maui every February for the past 15 years except during the pandemic. This unit was fine, but could use a bit of extra care. The microwave turned on but did not rotate. The knobs on the stove had no markings so it was difficult to tell which were the low and high settings. There were no paring knives for cutting fruit, as well as no scissors. Nothing major and it was very comfortable--just somewhat minimal.

A short walk away from beautiful Charlie Young beach. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are all within easy walking distance so you can leave the car behind if you want to go out for dining or shopping.

Rare dual air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. Large open Lanai and easy access to one of three swimming pools from the lanai, with the tennis court steps away from the front door. The bbq pit is conveniently located in the common area outside the front door.
