Nymålade hem, inom och utanför vid sjön Keowee i ett litet gated community. Det är 13 km till Clemson! Två master sviter med king size-sängar och privata badrum (ett är ett öppet loft och mycket rymligt) våningssäng nedervåningen utanför spelrum med två våningssängar. En våningssäng är en enda upp och ner och den andra en enda upp och ner. Bottenvåningen spelrum med platt-TV, ljudbar, biljardbord och pentry med vinkyl. Spelrummet går ut på däck och eldstaden och bara steg till sjön. Njut av två täckta däck som löper längden på huset. Gasgrill för familjegrill som ligger på toppdäcket med enkel åtkomst till köket. Familjerum med platt skärm och gas spis. På övervåningen öppet loft mästare har också dag säng med rulla. Tre och ett halvt bad, ett komplett bad på varje våning och bottenvåningen har det extra halva badet. Köket öppnar till vardagsrummet och utanför täckt däck. Du kan titta på barnens vattenskidor eller rör direkt från din diskbänk. Ytterligare sovplats för 2 nedervåningar i spelrummet på bäddsoffa. Tvättstuga med LG tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Båtbrygga och tillgång till djupt vatten. Andra kylskåpet i källaren. Utomhusdusch för att skölja bort efter att du har simnat i sjön på kvällen. Utomhus eldstaden redo för marshmallows!
Två kajaker väntar på dig vid vattnet! Bekväm shopping inom en mil. Forsränning och vinsmakning på vattnet inom köravstånd Clemson University 15 minuters bilresa. Allt för att göra din vistelse lätt.

What a great house and lakefront property. This is our second multifamily stay at Nancy's and we so enjoyed the kayaks and swimming. Looking forward to returning!

Great house on Lake Keowee!!

We had so much fun at Sweet Carolina! The back porch was our favorite spot every morning and evening to drink coffee and just admire the beauty of Lake Keowee. The house was super clean and had plenty of room for all of us. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to the lake!!!

Great 3 generation family experience!

I only gave 2 stars for cleanliness because the cleaners had not come when we arrived. The owner was very apologetic and comped us a night’s stay and sent a gorgeous Cala lily

Family vacation

Beautiful home, great comfortable beds! Lovely dishes and plenty of cookware. Lovely landscaped property. Great firepit for having s’mores. We had other family members who rented a home just about 5 doors down from us, Sweet Carolina was the best! Thank you for allowing us to rent your home would love to possibly come back again!

Wonderful family vacation

Just spent a wonderful week staying at Sweet Carolina lake house on beautiful Lake Keowee. Great location, perfect layout for our 6 adults and 2 young children. Very well equipped and owner extremely helpful. Close to shopping and had delicious dinner at Vangeli’s in Seneca. Plan to stay again.

Fantastic

Home is in a great location on a nice cove right off the main lake. Five minutes to CVS, 10 to 15 minutes to grocery stores. Great communication and check-in process. The home was very clean and as expected upon check-in. Interior of the home is well equipped, kitchen has everything needed for typical food preparation and cooking. Exterior amenities are fantastic, plenty of patio seating, kayaks, great shaded dock space. We had a fantastic day and I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Nice property with very nice location on lake. Clean and well-equipped. Because of cold weather, didn’t take advantage of swimming or using fire pit area. Only nit is that there are a lot of house rules that you need to read through, but nothing crazy or unreasonable.

Super Spot on Keowee

Great house, ideal location, nice cove. Gets a little rocky on the weekends but during the week it's quiet and calm and beautiful. House is very well equipped and comfortable. Beds were very nice and the decks give you lots of space to enjoy the views from anywhere.

Annual Lake Keowee family trip!

We come up every summer and spend a week at Lake Keowee and this was our second time booking Sweet Carolina. It is a great location, Convenient to shopping in Seneca and it’s location on Lake Keowee. It is located in a quiet cove and close to the marina for refueling the boat 😊. The house has recently had the deck extended and the outdoor deck really extends the living space. We spent most mornings and evenings on the deck and really enjoyed it. The house is clean and the beds are comfy. Plenty of pillows! Kitchen has ample supplies. The new bedroom downstairs was perfect and we loved having the additional area. Nancy was easy to work with, attentive and responsive this stay and our first stay in 2020. Upon arrival we noticed that the couch had been broken. We sent pictures and Nancy jumped into action and had a new couch delivered for us. The dock had plenty of room to dock our boat and still allow the children room to play and swim off the dock. We used her kayaks and enjoyed exploring the cove. Thank you Nancy for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home! We hope to book with you again next summer!!

Rude Host with Rules, Rules, Rules

Should have read other reviews closely. There are so many rules with this property it’s basically impossible to not break one. Texted the host several times during our stay and she never responded once. No can opener, no propane, no paper products like toilet paper, no where to park your boat because she has an old dirty boat and jet ski at the dock. That left is with a little slither of the dock to use. When you read all the rules you will regret booking this place. I was so paranoid that I had to take pictures of everything when I arrived and left. I had a bad feeling and my feelings were correct. 3 days after checkout she sends me this message that we broke the frame of her old couch that we literally never even sat on. Not one person is over weight in my family so this is impossible. Then she claimed we checked out late which was also a lie. We lost our keys and was checked out before the actual departure time. Then she said her cleaner didn’t have enough time to clean because she had a guest checking in same day. We were not even in the house so how does that have anything to do with me? Horrible rental property, worst experience of my life. I’ve been renting on VRBO for many many years and never had an experience like this. Now I’m fighting with VRBO on this host. Beware when you get the check in email. This host is setting you up to pay for something.

Long weekend at the lake

The house is as advertised and has a great view. It was clean and well-maintained. Would be nice to provide a few of the basic paper amenities for a rental in this price range, which were there but was stated they would not be. Patio furniture needed cleaned before we could use it. Otherwise it’s a nice place at the lake.

Terminal cleaning from previous booking

Enjoyed the location and we all enjoyed the water and use of kayaks. Easy access for rented pontoon. Down side was initial cleaning to be done wiping shelves to be used for food due to crumbs left. Found coffee grounds in coffee maker. Main master bathroom had items left in drawers and rubber maid shelf liners were not clean. Towels were in different areas, in laundry room, in some drawers, difficult to account for them. Outdoor furniture downstairs w/ webs and stained. Grill dirty so decided not to use. Would advise someone to check out company that cleans the rental prior to new tenants.

Both are avid outdoors n people and enjoy time on the lake water skiing and tubing. Once a year they have a family and friends vacation at the lake that includes water skiing, tubing, white water rafting , wine tasting , cycling, and of course shopping ! Both ladies currently reside in Naples Florida. We love sharing Lake Keowee memories with family and friends and look forward to creating the same memories for you.

After experiencing and falling in love with Lake Keowees clean fresh water and beautiful lake and mountain views, the search was on for a home that would provide an easy getaway from the Florida heat, as well as an opportunity to enjoy a college town and college games . We rented for 4 years to finally learn the real musts of a Lake Keowee home. It was important to us to have a home that was close to the lake and you could sit in the living room, stand at the kitchen sink and enjoy your family and little ones boating by. I wanted to be able to watch my nephews 4 & 5 learn how to water ski and not miss the magical moment even if I was in the house. Our location and view is wide and beautiful. You can enjoy watching your family boat right in front of our home and they never have to leave the cove to spin the kids around on the tube. Easy access to lake from the yard or off our boat dock complete with ladder for entry back onto the dock!!!

STEPS from the water, quiet low traffic cove, close to shopping, gated and quiet , can sleep up to 10. Unbeatable views of the lake! Relax on the lower level, sit around the fire pit at night and toast marsh-mellows, enjoy a family movie night on the lower level flat screen on the large sectional sofa. Take an early morning sunrise or evening sunset kayak trip around the lake! This house has it ALL! Close to Keowee Marina as well as Publix and Walmart. NO PETS please.
