NymÄlade hem, inom och utanför vid sjön Keowee i ett litet gated community. Det Àr 13 km till Clemson! TvÄ master sviter med king size-sÀngar och privata badrum (ett Àr ett öppet loft och mycket rymligt) vÄningssÀng nedervÄningen utanför spelrum med tvÄ vÄningssÀngar. En vÄningssÀng Àr en enda upp och ner och den andra en enda upp och ner. BottenvÄningen spelrum med platt-TV, ljudbar, biljardbord och pentry med vinkyl. Spelrummet gÄr ut pÄ dÀck och eldstaden och bara steg till sjön. Njut av tvÄ tÀckta dÀck som löper lÀngden pÄ huset. Gasgrill för familjegrill som ligger pÄ toppdÀcket med enkel Ätkomst till köket. Familjerum med platt skÀrm och gas spis. PÄ övervÄningen öppet loft mÀstare har ocksÄ dag sÀng med rulla. Tre och ett halvt bad, ett komplett bad pÄ varje vÄning och bottenvÄningen har det extra halva badet. Köket öppnar till vardagsrummet och utanför tÀckt dÀck. Du kan titta pÄ barnens vattenskidor eller rör direkt frÄn din diskbÀnk. Ytterligare sovplats för 2 nedervÄningar i spelrummet pÄ bÀddsoffa. TvÀttstuga med LG tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. BÄtbrygga och tillgÄng till djupt vatten. Andra kylskÄpet i kÀllaren. Utomhusdusch för att skölja bort efter att du har simnat i sjön pÄ kvÀllen. Utomhus eldstaden redo för marshmallows!
TvÄ kajaker vÀntar pÄ dig vid vattnet! BekvÀm shopping inom en mil. ForsrÀnning och vinsmakning pÄ vattnet inom köravstÄnd Clemson University 15 minuters bilresa. Allt för att göra din vistelse lÀtt.

We had an excellent time at Sweet Carolina for the 3rd summer in a row. It is a great place to have fun in the water, visit Clemson, go hiking, eat out and grill on the deck. Our family loves it there because it brings us altogether to play games and chill too. We were closer to being unplugged than we have been for months.

This home is great! There was more than enough room for our family, the deck and furniture is great and so is the proximity of the water. We will see about staring at this property again next summer. Our family loved it and had a great time! Thank you!!

Amazing property on Lake Keowee!! We enjoyed every second of it. The house was wonderful, the views were spectacular and the Lake was perfect! We fished, swam, grilled, and rented a Tritoon for a fantastic day on the water. We will definitely be back to this wonderful property.

Clemson Graduation

We stayed for a week to celebrate our daughter’s graduation, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was clean, well-maintained, and right on the lake—which made for a truly spectacular setting. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and everything was just as described.If you’re looking for peace and quiet with a beautiful view, this is the place. As a bonus, we rented a pontoon boat and were able to pick everyone up right from the house, which was incredibly convenient.Thank you for hosting us—it was a wonderful experience!

Wonderful family vacation

Just spent a wonderful week staying at Sweet Carolina lake house on beautiful Lake Keowee. Great location, perfect layout for our 6 adults and 2 young children. Very well equipped and owner extremely helpful. Close to shopping and had delicious dinner at Vangeli’s in Seneca. Plan to stay again.

Great house on Lake Keowee!!

We had so much fun at Sweet Carolina! The back porch was our favorite spot every morning and evening to drink coffee and just admire the beauty of Lake Keowee. The house was super clean and had plenty of room for all of us. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to the lake!!!

Great getaway on Lake Keowee

Our stay was excellent and the location was a short drive to Seneca for any grocery needs and South Cove was just around the corner for ramp access. We will definitely book this house again when we return to Lake Keowee

Owners Nancy and Roxanne are professional and customer focused. Nancy grew up on Long Island and Roxanne Naples Florida . Both are avid outdoors n people and enjoy time on the lake water skiing and tubing. Once a year they have a family and friends vacation at the lake that includes water skiing, tubing, white water rafting , wine tasting , cycling, and of course shopping ! Both ladies currently reside in Naples Florida. We love sharing Lake Keowee memories with family and friends and look forward to creating the same memories for you.
Roxanne and Nancy are both Realtors with Premier Sotheby's in Naples Florida .

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

After experiencing and falling in love with Lake Keowees clean fresh water and beautiful lake and mountain views, the search was on for a home that would provide an easy getaway from the Florida heat, as well as an opportunity to enjoy a college town and college games . We rented for 4 years to finally learn the real musts of a Lake Keowee home. It was important to us to have a home that was close to the lake and you could sit in the living room, stand at the kitchen sink and enjoy your family and little ones boating by. I wanted to be able to watch my nephews 4 & 5 learn how to water ski and not miss the magical moment even if I was in the house. Our location and view is wide and beautiful. You can enjoy watching your family boat right in front of our home and they never have to leave the cove to spin the kids around on the tube. Easy access to lake from the yard or off our boat dock complete with ladder for entry back onto the dock!!!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

STEPS from the water, quiet low traffic cove, close to shopping, gated and quiet , can sleep up to 10. Unbeatable views of the lake! Relax on the lower level, sit around the fire pit at night and toast marsh-mellows, enjoy a family movie night on the lower level flat screen on the large sectional sofa. Take an early morning sunrise or evening sunset kayak trip around the lake! This house has it ALL! Close to Keowee Marina as well as Publix and Walmart. NO PETS please.
