The remodel post hurricane is clean and well appointed. The beds are a little stiff, but manageable.

Fabulous location!

Our family had a wonderful time here for spring break. The pool was especially nice because the wading area was perfect for our 2 year old to play with water toys. And we had a very short walk to the beach at Bean Point, which was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We rented an electric golf cart, which was easily charged at the outdoor outlet. Also, we appreciated the pack and play, the beach wagon, beach chairs, and pool toys. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

WONDERFUL!!

Amazing time. Wonderful set up, CLEAN, GREAT pool and hot tub. Great host to communicate with as well. 3 min walk to the beach. Sand toys plenty of pool towels and linens. Very accommodating, would recommend anyone to stay here!

Great Vacation Property

Easy checkin. Even an early checkin. Comfy beds. Cold a/c. Stainless appliances. Cool pool. Lots of outdoor space. Everything clean. Perfect location and very clean home

We throughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was probably the cleanest home we have stayed in. The location was just a block away from a gorgeous beach where we enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphins. After spending time at the beach, we were able to relax in the pool, cook on the grill, and relax in one of the two living spaces. We would definitely stay here again.

Location can’t be beat

We are north island lovers, and this place checked all of those boxes. 2 minute walk to bean point, 1 minute walk to rod and reel pier. This isn’t a flashy place, it’s a place to relax and enjoy the old charm of Florida the pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the 2 minor issues we had were met with quick responses.

Perfect walk to the sunset each night

Property was in a perfect location to walk to the rod and reel pier and sunsets every night on bean point. Couple issues with the pool, and I only mention this because the owner took care of the issue while we were at breakfast so it did not affect our time. Overall we would rent again.

A sweet beach house

This is a roomy and comfortable property in a great area walking distance from the beach. Very well stocked kitchen. Great pool with plenty of towels. A few things to note: you are going to have to buy everything-even things that you would expect to be provided like hand soap and toilet paper. It’s not really convenient to go to buy these things either. The listing says that check out is at 10:30 but the manual in the house says 10:00 with no exceptions.

We love the peaceful setting on the north tip of Anna Maria Island. It feels like Key West in the 1960's. Walking distance to everything!

We wanted a place across the street from the beach. We found this house and fell in love with the potential. We remodeled it and put in the heated pool! The pool has a large spa and a water sun deck!
