Great location just an easy five minute walk to beautiful beach at the tip of the island. Pool was a welcome relief in afternoon when the beach got to hot as the tree in backyard provided shade while in or around the pool. Home was spacious and kitchen well stocked and the big dining table was nice for breakfast. Beds were fine and bedrooms have plenty of under bed storage. Drive to get coffee short and plenty of dining options within easy reach. Definitely will return.

Beautiful property, amazing location. You cannot beat being 150 yards from the beach. The house appears to be recently remodeled. It has everything you need for a great time at the beach.

My family loved everything about this house! It’s much bigger inside than you would think. Very spacious and clean. I accidentally left my work cell phone there when I checked out so I reached out to the owner. He went above and beyond to help get it shipped back to me. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Great property! Close to the beach and the pool was fantastic! Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very nice as well and had everything you could want including an air fryer. House was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location - Great House

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. The house was in a great, quiet location. The size of the house was much bigger than we had anticipated. The interior was essentially new construction with new appliances. Wonderful pool and hot tub with LOTS of outdoor space including a TV under the patio. One great bonus was having beach chairs, an umbrella, and numerous toys and floats that we didn’t have to worry about traveling with. Will definitely be back

Fabulous location!

Our family had a wonderful time here for spring break. The pool was especially nice because the wading area was perfect for our 2 year old to play with water toys. And we had a very short walk to the beach at Bean Point, which was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We rented an electric golf cart, which was easily charged at the outdoor outlet. Also, we appreciated the pack and play, the beach wagon, beach chairs, and pool toys. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Amazing stay!

Great house. All brand new house. Plenty of room for everyone. Beds super comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Best part was the outside! Fenced in backyard. Pool was warm and hot tub was great! Lots of beach toys and chairs. Great communication with the host. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Family Trip

We needed a one leave home and this place fit the ticket. It accommodate our elderly parents, from the open concept, easy entry and bathroom. The location was really nice to go to the beach, shopping and out to eat. Thank you for the stay.

WONDERFUL!!

Amazing time. Wonderful set up, CLEAN, GREAT pool and hot tub. Great host to communicate with as well. 3 min walk to the beach. Sand toys plenty of pool towels and linens. Very accommodating, would recommend anyone to stay here!

We loved the property, the location was the best, and the property owner was fantastic! If you’re looking for a place to kick back in the pool or hot tub and a short 2 min walk to the beach this is it.

Great location, house just ok

The location of the house is great. We love the north end of the island. The house was just ok. The photos don't really do it justice. The remodeling job was not great to begin with and there is a decent amount of wear and tear. Paint needs to be touched up. Several damaged doors. One bathroom door does not latch or lock, a bedroom door is almost impossible to close. The yard / landscaping is not being well maintained. On a positive note, the AC works great, there is plenty of room for parking, great beach access, and the house does have potential. It just needs some work.

Mehh... is about all i can say

To start my trip the owner called me and told me my name sounded like a single man going to his house with a bunch of single friends to party for the 3 day(what relevance that had with anything). Then proceed to tell me about the ac and how it could only be set around 74-76°. After arriving to the house with my family, we notice multiple issuses with things, floor was fility, bugs stuck to the wall that was caked with grease from the microwave, kitchen over head light cover with dead bugs, the wall by the drink making sation had fility all over it(especially for just being cleaned hrs before we arrived. Toilet in the one bathroom rocked so much, the ladies in the party didnt feel comfortable using it, in the same bathroom the faucet wasnt even secured to the countertop, and the bathmats and handtowel all were stained and disgusting. Both airfilters had more fur on them then bigfoot, After reaching out to the owner with problems, he tried to make it seem the items at hand werent much to worry about, he proceeded to set up a time with property management to have the items addressed, but we didnt want to wait around all day for someone to reclean a house that was supposed to already have been cleaned before arrival. The property management and cleaner's of this unit are well below avaerage for the money spent, as well as the owner Mark who seems to not be able to take any constructive criticism about his property and the state it was in when we arrived.

A sweet beach house

This is a roomy and comfortable property in a great area walking distance from the beach. Very well stocked kitchen. Great pool with plenty of towels. A few things to note: you are going to have to buy everything-even things that you would expect to be provided like hand soap and toilet paper. It’s not really convenient to go to buy these things either. The listing says that check out is at 10:30 but the manual in the house says 10:00 with no exceptions.

Old Florida Charm

Easy checkin. Even an early checkin. Comfy beds. Cold a/c. Stainless appliances. Cool pool. Lots of outdoor space. Everything clean. For those of you wanting a modern fancy beach house, this is an old Floridian style home like the beach houses in Key West. All you need. The comfort scored big! Close to bean point too!

We love the peaceful setting on the north tip of Anna Maria Island. It feels like Key West in the 1960's. Walking distance to everything!

We wanted a place across the street from the beach. We found this house and fell in love with the potential. We remodeled it and put in the heated pool! The pool has a large spa and a water sun deck!
