Historic District stuga på East Jones Street!

Detta renoverade historiska stuga har en kung sovrum (med egen TV), en drottning sovrum och ett litet vardagsrum och matsal och kök med vackra granit bänkskivan.

Jones Street som är centralt för de många turistattraktionerna i Landmark Historic District och promenera till allt ligger på "den vackraste gatan i staden",. Den norra gränsen av det historiska distriktet (River Street) är en halv mil bort på väg norrut. Den södra änden av den historiska distrikt (Forsyth Park) är en halv mil bort på väg söderut.

En kung sovrum och en drottning sovrum är sida vid sida. Franska dörrar med tunga mörkläggningsgardiner på båda sidor av glaset separera sovrummen. Familjer kan öppna gardinerna och dörrar till gränsar rum om så önskas.

Det nyrenoverade badrummet ligger utanför köket för lika tillgång till båda sovrummen. En utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet. Full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Detta äkta historiska järnvägsarbetare Stugan är vackert uppdateras och bevaras för bekvämligheten av moderna gäster.

Nyligen lanserades 2015, är denna enhet på samma block av Jones Street som våra mycket populära VRBO 345323, med samma på gatan gratis parkering.

Parkering finns på gatan och inte kräver tillstånd eller dekal (allmän parkering är gratis här) eftersom denna gata inte mäts. Bakre gården delas med 2 små studio stugor.

Property is fantastic! Had everything we needed, cutest street, easy parking. Home included all basics and additional information on local stuff to do. Would absolutely recommend. Hosts were responsive to messages with questions and issues. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Savannah at your door

Lovely historical property located close to heart of historic district. Quiet easy to park. And for older people easy access. We did Uber alot because walking is not something we can do for long but not expensive due to the location. For those who have limited walking the trolley on and off tours are the best

We enjoyed staying in the historic district. The house was small but just right for me, my husband and daughter. We walked to the River district and other Savannah attractions.

Quaint and Cozy

We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable and the back courtyard for morning coffee was perfect. The location is a beautiful street, walkable to the supermarket. It’s a no frills rental but super cozy and lovely. We will be back.

Cute and Quiet

This little cottage is located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The place is clean and fit our needs. Will be booking again when we return to Savannah.

Enjoying St Patrick’s Day

Even though it was a holiday weekend, we could park on the street and walk to places we wanted to go to. A beautiful city and a very comfortable cottage were a perfect match.

Great Location and Comfortable Cottage

This property is located in a good location within walking distance of most sites. The beds were very comfortable and living area was accommodating. The only thing we had issue with was that the front door did not lock and we had to use side entrance. However, we did not reach out to owner so this was our choice. Would recommend as we had a great experience.

Lovely Cottage

This cottage is just so cute. It is nicely appointed, very clean, and located on a wonderful street. Everything you need is easily accesible in foot. Parking is on street and free. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice cottage on beautiful street

The cottage was nice. It would have been better if it had at least one more half bathroom. The living room setup was not conducive to more than one person but we made it work especially since we were gone most of the time.

Splendid house on Jones Street

This is a great house on what some call the most beautiful street in America. The house had charm, character and it was a great size for us and our 3 young children. My only suggestion would be to get blinds that fit in the windows around the house. Some of them did not cover the window fully or they were installed in a way that left a decent sized gap. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning. We would happily stay there again. Thank you!

Cozy Cottage in the Perfect Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this adorable cottage. We were conveniently located in the historic area within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. We got out and walked to dinner then we went shopping, and met so many neighbors during the evening. It was the best location. The cottage was super cute and clean, and the beds were comfy. It adequately provided everything we needed to make a quick trip to Savannah enjoyable. We would, definitely rent again!

Savannah Trip

Had a great time in a good location. We were able to walk into town or take a ride share. We also hit the local grocery store with no issue as we had a rental car. Street parking was great. Loved the patio out back for morning reading.

The property was easy to find, furniture was old, the kitchen table was wobbly, the shower head was awful, there was no internet connection & no instructions for TV, and there was a coffee pot had no coffee. Great location if you can walk a lot.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I chose Savannah because of the big city feel of the events and tourist traffic combined with a small town sense of knowing people everywhere I go and the relatively tiny one-square mile walkable downtown Historic District area. I love the familiarity of everything combined with the constant influx of new energy from the college and the visitors from all over the world.

This historic railroad worker cottage compound is located on a block of Jones Street where I lived for several years. Tourists and residents alike are drawn to the adorable cottages of downtown Savannah, many of which were built to house the working men who constructed this amazing city.
