Great Location

If you like to walk, then the comfortable Craftsmith Cottage will be ideal for you. My partner & I walked all over the historic part of Savannah. It was nice to park the car & not have to move it, unless we needed some groceries. The cottage was super clean. The beds

Great option for exploring historic Savannah

I never visited Savannah before and chose this spot as an alternative to a hotel by the river. It worked out great. Easy walk to Forsyth Park (visit the farmers market on Saturday. Easy walk to several main attractions. And very easy to catch either the free DOT or the paid hop on and off trolley. Close to Urban Deli for coffee, lunch, or ramen and Screaming Mimis for pizza. The house was very comfortable. Just as described. Screened porch was wonderful to enjoy morning coffee or reading in the evening. I always appreciate a professional management service for rentals. Having dedicated parking (3 spaces!) also meant I didn't have to worry about coming and going.

Comfortable stay in Savannah

The rental worked out great. We had plenty of room. It was very quiet. We enjoyed having a table to eat on which it first rental did not. Very nice stay.

Quaint Cottage

This cute cottage is clean and the perfect location. The off-street parking is a bonus because we put A LOT of miles on foot! Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Our only complaint is that this rental unit is not stocked very well compared to others. They definitely only have the bare minimum on hand, so be prepared to bring or buy everything you need to cook (except pots/pans), store leftovers, laundry detergent, and beach towels. Plus bathroom linens are the bare minimum per person.

Exactly what we needed

Check-in and check-out perfect! Prior to carrival we received multiple emails explaining everything that we needed we had no questions. Communication was awesome! House is VERY clean. Met our expectations. We would stay again if we were back in Savanah.

Great location but a few small problems

Stayed with my husband and two brothers. Loved the proximity to the historic district. Very comfortable beds. But the wall cut out in the master bedroom made it hard to sleep when others were staying up late. Noise and light from the kitchen were frustrating. Great parking. Kitchen needs a better toaster and better pots. Adding a small table in the master bathroom would be nice.

Once we figured out where to park , the place was pretty much as described. Had an issue with hot water which was taken care of. Beds were comfortable. Location convenient. outlets didnt work in bathrooms. Sort of a mixed bag. But being a girls trip, we made do.

Cute cottage in Savannah

We are very happy with our whole experience here, the house was out of the hustle & bustle of downtown but were able to walk most places even with two small children. House was clean and comfortable for our family of 4.

Friend reunion

House was super clean with old charm and modern amenities. Having 3 parking spaces was a great perk too since parking in Savannah can be a challenging. All major streets with food and entertainment is easily walkable and then you can retreat to a nice quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Savannah

Fantastic home in historic downtown.

We came to Savannah to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We found this home and it was perfect. Great location - in walking distance to everything downtown. Street and area fairly quiet - only noise was the boys/girls club across the street which was only for short periods of time a day. Having the off street parking was a definite plus as parking is very limited in this area. House was extremely clean and was very well equipped. Everything worked and we noticed no issues with the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Girls Weekend

My cousins and I booked this property for a girls weekend in Savannah. It was perfect for the four of us. It was clean upon arrival. The extra screened in back porch got a lot of use for morning coffee and evening unwinding. The beds were comfortable as well. Great location - you can walk to just about everything or it's easy to grab a ride share if you don't feel like walking. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. You are in walking distance of a grocery store, although you may want to get a ride if you plan on shopping for more than a few things. We were there in late April/Early May so it was not too hot yet but the house was comfortable between the A/C and the ceiling fans. The kitchen is just the basics just as they state in the listing but we did find salt, pepper, and some pan spray. The property manager was great and really easy to communicate with via text. We did go out to Tybee and use the pool one day. It was nice because it was off season and on a work/school day so just a few others besides us were there - I imagine that gets packed though during regular tourist season. I would stay here again!

The property was clean and in a great area. We could walk to all the parks and downtown and beautiful old trees lined all the avenues which kept us nice and cool. aside from a bit of a hard time opening the front door (which I received help immediately) everything was great! fully recommended.
