NYTT REMODELLERAD! Lagerheads är ett 4 sovrum 3 badrum 2 våningar hem som sover 14. Hemmet har nyligen renoverats för att inkludera nya golv på andra våningen, nya fåfängar i badrummet, nya apparater och uppdaterat kök och inredning. Huvudentr��n till hemmet ligger på första våningen där det finns ett unikt barn "umgås" område, utrustad med färgglada bönsäck stolar, platt-TV, Blue Ray / DVD. Precis nere i korridoren finns ett barnrum med 2 våningssängar. Båda uppsättningarna med våningssängar har en fullstor säng som bottenvåning, vilket är den perfekta platsen för 6 barn att samlas på. Det andra sovrummet erbjuder en king size-säng. Sovrummen på första våningen delar ett hallbad med dubbelt handfat och dusch.
Andra våningen erbjuder ett öppet vardagsrum med matplats och kök med gott om sittplatser för alla. Ta en bris på det stora öppna däck och njut av en cocktail medan du grillar och tittar på barnen i poolen nedan. Eller ät i den stora skärmad verandan och tittar på solnedgångar över viken.

Den andra våningen erbjuder även Master King-sviten med privat badrum, ett stort rum med två drottningssängar och fullt badrum i korridoren.

Njut av den rymliga gården för dina barn och husdjur, eller ett festligt spel med volleyboll eller majshål, som båda stannar kvar på fastigheten för din njutning. Det finns en utomhusdusch för din bekvämlighet.

Perfect Location and Amenities

A left turn from the Lagerheads driveway leads you to the new beach access with restrooms, showers and lifeguards. A right turn takes you to the popular Shades restaurant, other dining & shopping the the magnificent Rosemary Beach. Bikes are not necessary, but so much fun. The property had so much outdoor space for kids and pets. Loved the pool and all the little spots to sit and relax. The crow's nest was the chef's kiss! Definitely will be back.

Love Lagerheads

Lagerheads is a perfect location, 5 mins and your toes are in the sand. It is also a great walk to Rosemary Beach. Charming homes and beautiful views. If I had to pick a favorite spot it was the crows nest. The ocean breeze and views are amazing. The yard and pool are also great. The only negative, I did NOT want to leave.

Awesome !

Amazing place with incredible views.....walking distance to everything, a true 9 minutes into Rosemary center and just 3 minutes onto the sand. A good sized lot, fenced for our dogs and the pool had an additional gate so they couldn't go in. The upper, covered deck is awesome with ocean views as far as you can see and lighted too so we could hang out up there after sunset. A definite "come back to" place !

Perfect

This was the perfect vacation home for three families with little kids. The outdoor living and eating spaces provided more than enough space for our group of 12, and kept the mess out of the house as well. We never felt cramped. The location was also the best we have ever had for a rental on the 30-A corridor of the panhandle. The walk to a private access beach point was easy enough to avoid the most crowded areas of the beach, while we were close enough to Rosemary Beach for all of us (including little kids) to be able to walk into town and enjoy the shops and restaurants. It is typically easier to just rent a new property each vacation and keep it fresh, but we will definitely keep Lagerheads front and center in our mind when renting.

Lagerheads is the Place to Stay!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had 3 couples staying with us and our 4 year old daughter. She had a blast with the bunk room and being close to her room was nice too! The private pool was a hit, especially after the beach all day! There’s only a short walk to the beach. Very easy & not bad at all. Yes, there is construction around the property, but never anything annoying. There was a great coffee shop just down the road, Cafe Aroma! Best Tallybombs! We love you 30A! We will definitely be back! The internet is kind of spotty in the area. We did lose internet the last two days of our stay, but thankful we had a hotspot to stream things! Management tried to fix the problem twice, but we were at the beach and I guess couldn’t. Other than that great place to stay and well worth the price!

We had a great experience at Lagerheads and with Paradise Properties. Home was clean, easy walk to beach access, pool was great for everyone, great communication, and no issues. As mentioned in prior reviews, there is construction on the street but nothing that was loud or intrusive. Highly recommend home and rental company. Thanks for a great time! Beautiful

Wow ! Such a great place with so much for the kids right here ! Loved having the pool with the additional fencing so the littles could play in the back but not get into the pool without us. Nice being only steps from the beach too as it is an easy walk for the kids. Think we'll come again -

Great beach house. Clean! Great for large groups/entertaining. Not the newest home but cleanliness, private pool, and location are excellent. Bunk bed mattresses could use updating. All other beds very comfortable. A dehumidifier would also be helpful downstairs. Would definitely consider returning

Excellent, would highly recommend

Lagerheads was a perfect place for our family and our dogs. The fenced in back yard that is connected to the side porch made it easy for the dogs to make themselves feel as at home as we were. And Paradise 30A was very accommodating to our requests. Even though we like to hop around, we will definitely consider returning next time.

AWESOME !

Wow ! What a place....so close to everything that is 30A and only 3 minute walk to the beach with NO stairs AND a bathroom. House was spacious and a terrific yard for the kids and dog; only thing that could have been better is if I had won at Badminton or Volleyball, oh well. Loved the covered upper deck with a full view of the ocean - great place to read and relax while the kids were in the pool. Definitely a return visit for this one -

What an Ah-Maze-Zing Location!

We loved everything about Lagerheads! The location to the beach and downtown Rosemary was perfect. We loved biking and walking into Rosemary in the mornings for breakfast. The pool was a refreshing break when we were finished with the beach each afternoon! There was plenty of room for our multiple families to spread out including the large backyard. Our pup loved running around the yard. Our favorite part was the "Crow's Nest" where we enjoyed sunrise with coffee and sunset with a cocktail! A perfect week! We will be back!

Great vacation house

This is the first time staying this 'far' from Rosemary beach. We were still able to ride our bikes into Rosemary it just took a little more planning for the additional time. The house was super close to the public beach walkover and the chair set up was amazing. Our beach rep was always there and his service was amazing. I liked not having any stairs on the beach walkover and made it really easy to take our beach wagon each day. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and the house was a perfect size. The only 'downside' I will mention is that my brother and his wife slept in the first floor room and said it was really damp and their sheets felt a little damp each night. They had trouble getting their wet suits dry down there, even hanging them over night. Should be a simple fix by adding a dehumidifier but it's wasn't a huge deal.

Great house, responsive management

Enjoyed our stay - short walk to the beach, gated yard with a pool, electric car charger! Everything you'd ever want and more! MANAGEMENT RESPONSE "Lagerheads" for the win! This is one of our favorite vacation rentals in the Inlet Beach area because of all the amenities that come with your stay. Along with being situated next to Rosemary Beach, it also has an off-the-grid feel when you're on the beach. Please make sure to mention you are a repeat guest when rebooking direct so that we can make sure you guys are eligible for members-only pricing! -We enjoyed hosting you and hope to do so again soon! -Paradise Team
