Detta 3 sovrum / 2 badrum hemma ligger tvärs över gatan från stranden! Du kan se soluppgången från den främre gräsmattan eller gå över gatan och titta på den på den vackra sandstranden. Huset har totalrenoverats. Allt är ljust och nytt med en mycket "beachy" känsla. Alla 3 sovrummen har king size-sängar, platt-tv och takfläkt. Florida-rummet har en skinnsoffa som är en drottningssäng med en övermadrass och en 55-tums platt-tv med en blue ray-spelare för att använda din netflix eller annan online streamingtjänst. Detta rum har också privatlivsgardiner som gör det till ett fjärde sovrum, med tillgång till poolen för att starta! Hemmet har också gratis wifi, en tvättmaskin och torktumlare och alla rätter, sängkläder, badhanddukar och några extra tillbehör du kan behöva för din vistelse, inklusive ett Pack N Play för familjer som reser med spädbarn. Huset ligger på en enorm massa ovanpå en dyn, solnedgångarna är spektakulära direkt från huset! Det finns gott om utrymme för en cykeltrailer och / eller flera fordon, det finns till och med en cykelramp för att ladda din cykel! I det bifogade garaget hittar du en Wonder Wheel strandvagn med 4 solstolar, en svalare, paraply, etc som du kan rulla tvärs över gatan till stranden! (Tillgången till stranden är cirka 500 meter från huset). Poolen ligger i den enorma, privata, inhägnad bakgård tillsammans med en grill, utemöbler och solstolar för de avkopplande dagarna / kvällarna vid poolen. Strandbrisen har allt!

Family vacation/Bike week

This was an amazing place to stay. Minutes from the beach. Walking or driving. My kids loved the in ground pool. We couldnt swim at night because there was no pool lights or an outside light bright enough to see.love the open floor concept. There is a publix close by within walking distance. My only problem was the back yard had no lights to see and no working fire alarms. Other than that we loved the place and cant wait to come back.

Perfect!

This property was clean, cozy and efficient! Everything we could possibly need for our stay was available, beach towels, nice outside patio with seating. The bedrooms were spacious, and all had comfortable king beds. This listing will definitely be added to our favorites!

Perfect beach get away

This is our second time staying at this property. The house is clean and quite comfortable for our family group. There are plenty of towels for the pool and an ample supply of chairs and pool floats. The beach is just a short walk away. We stocked up at the nearby grocery store and prepared almost every meal at the house using the kitchen stove or gas BBQ grill.

Lovely villa. Couldn’t be closer to the beach if you tried !!! Everything you could think of in the house. Very comfortable spacious and a lovely pool !! The owner couldn’t be more helpful and responded to any query very quickly, even with the time difference in England ! Would highly recommend a visit !!!

Piece of Paradise

The property is a well maintained home at the end of a dead end right next to a path to Atlantic Avenue. The house was secure and extremely comfortable. We loved the pool and the ease of access to shops and the beach. Everything was in place and available for your use. You used what was there and replaced what you used. It was your own piece of Daytona Beach Shores. The host was very knowledgeable and responsive to every concern I posed! It was a terrific experience for me and the family!

Excellent Place to Stay

This is definitely a 4 1/2: Property is clean and well maintained. We felt at home as soon as we entered the house as everything is furnished to you. The owner responds to your requests in a timely manner We would recommend this property to others as it's beautiful, practical and close to the beach. However, the pool was cold and we recommended to the owner that the pool should be heated.

Daytona Beach Shores

The house was nice and newly renovated. Some minor work still needs to be done but didn’t change experience. Only able to use pool twice because weather was cooler and the heater was only on for a timed 8 hours with no solar cover to help prevent heat loss so it took most of the day to get to 80+. Everyone said they had a good time and would stay there again.

Amazing!

The house was beautiful and so well equipped. We actually brought more than needed. The pool and yard was so nice. The neighborhood was so quiet and the neighbors were very nice. Be careful of the lower back yard we had a few prickly weeds get stuck in our feet but no big deal. Would definitely recommend 100%.

House was updated and in great condition.

House was nice inside, everything was updated! Kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain. Pool was very nice with plenty of lounge chairs and room to enjoy the outdoors. Only little negative was looking out the front door into the back of several restaurants/businesses. But we would definitely recommend. Owners were very attentive and helpful.

Felt like Home the minute I waked in

Loved this House and description was perfect. Extras like beach towels and supplies appreciated. Only issue, which we were told in advance about, was Hurricane destroyed beach access. If there are mobility issues cannot make it up and down the sand dune. We did drive onto a beach which was better for one member of our party. Will rent again.

Great single story house in a great location!

What a perfect home in a great location! Owner was very responsive and helpful during booking along with checking in. Home was extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the single story layout with use of the garage for our motorcycles and perfect parking for our truck and trailer on a dead end street. The backyard and pool area are huge! Loved being able to walk across the street to the beach. The house had everything we needed as far as amenities. Plenty of towels, linens, outdoor seating, beach toys/wagon, beach towels,etc. Six adults (3 couples) stayed very comfortably in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. We will definitely consider staying here again! Thank you Lisa, you have a very lovely home and we enjoyed our week there!

Daytona holiday stay.

Mother Nature decided she was gonna throw the coldest temps that Daytona has seen in over 30 years during our stay. Got down into the 20’s a couple nights. Other then that, our stay was very enjoyable. The pool was heated which helped. The kitchen had every pan and utensil you could need. We cooked several meals. To get to the beach, you had to walk up to the Van St public beach access. Every other path was destroyed by the hurricane. There’s a ton of work to be done to restore all the oceanfront properties. Publix is just a block or two away. No major complaints about the house. It’s very clean and spacious. Last house on a dead end road so very quiet and no traffic to worry about.

After several trips to Daytona Beach over the past 5 years and falling in love with the area, we decided to buy a home here to renovate and visit during the long, cold Maine winters. We are happy to share it with others while we wait to retire and become 'snowbirds'. We hope you love the house and area as much as we do!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

One step out of the car and a look at the beach across the street and we were sold! The house couldn't be more private on a dead end street (the church is our neighbor on one side), yet it is walking distance to everything. The house is on a very big in town lot. Plenty of room for several cars to park and kids to play safely, the back yard around the pool is huge!
