Gorgeous patio home with a modern mountain vibe located in highly desirable North Colorado Springs! Built in in 2018, it includes all new furnishings, linens and high end mattresses for your comfort and relaxation.

Enjoy tons of new restaurants, movie theater and entertainment district just 5 min away, go for a hike in Black Forest 10-15 min away, or head to Garden of the Gods or downtown CS just a quick 20-25 drive! Not to mention only only 10-12 minutes from the Air Force Academy. Plus walking trails right across the street!

This open floorpan patio home offers main floor living with master bedroom on first floor and two bedrooms with a full bath in the lower level for privacy. The light and bright great room concept has large windows that show off views of Pikes Peak.

The full finished basement includes a spacious family room with a large 70" screen TV for enjoying movie nights or sports. A bar table and stools doubles as a work space or place to enjoy a snack downstairs. Two spacious guest rooms each with queen beds, black-out blinds, and large closets and a full bath with tub/shower combination complete the lower level. A queen size luxury blow up mattress is also available for additional sleeping option.

The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, gas stove, spacious pantry and counter seating for four. Enjoy the Colorado sunshine on the private patio off kitchen.

A two car garage and private driveway parking as well as convenient guest parking included. Conveniently located approx. 20 miles from CS airport and 75 miles from DIA.

Great Property!

We had a wonderful family vacation in Colorado staying at this property. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. There are plenty of windows upstairs offering great views of Pike's Peak and the surrounding mountains. The location is great as well, with easy access to I-25 and a wide selection of shops and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were both very easy, and Heidi was very good with communication. I highly recommend this property!

Comfortable and clean house

House was perfect for our needs, with two teenage kids and two adults. Kitchen had all the basics for meals at home, and plenty of comfortable places for everyone to relax. Very clean and well appointed, beds were comfy, and linens good quality. Will stay again!

Home Away From Home

Flew to C Springs to help my son before and after his surgery. Heidi was always quick to respond and even accommodated an extra night when he needed more recovery time. House is spotless and equipped with anything you’ll need. Location truly couldn’t be better! We hope to return with all four kids in the future.

Second stay as great as the first!

This was our second time staying at this property, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered it to be from last year. It is so cozy and comfortable that you feel right at home upon entering. The neighborhood is quiet, yet there are so many shopping and restaurant options only blocks away - several new options as this area is growing quickly. Heidi is great to work with, and I would recommend this property to anyone staying in CO Springs.

Unbelievable!

Heidi was extremely responsive and provides a modern, clean and well-equipped home....even for Thanksgiving... We stayed short of a month as our home was being readied. So grateful for the soft beds, comfy linens and well decorated home. We hope to stay again on the way out. Would not hesitate to recommend this location and Heidi. Thank you!

My wife and I needed a place to live for two weeks because the house we sold closed two weeks earlier than our new home would be ready. The property, location, cleanliness, and communication from the owner was perfect for us. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful!

We recently stayed at this Northgate property for three weeks. Great location, many activities and restaurants nearby. Very quick drive to jump on the highway. Tastefully decorated. Cute little courtyard in the back. We felt very secure and safe in the neighborhood. There were people living in the connecting unit but we never heard any activity or noise. There was plenty of room on the main living area and the lower level provided plenty of privacy for the other adult couple who joined us. Would definitely recommend this property!

Modern mountain home in NE Colorado Springs

Throughly enjoyed our stay in this home while here in CS. The home is so clean, comfortable, and well-stocked - we had everything we needed. The location is great, too - so many restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of PIke's Peak from the kitchen/dining room and the back porch, too! Very peaceful home and quiet neighborhood.

Located in a lovely, friendly and quiet neighborhood, we found a beautiful, very well equipped home that is far beyond our expectations. All appliances functioned perfectly. Fantastic in every way

I would give this 10 stars if I could. So many reasons: 1) Location. North Colorado Springs off of Interquest. Easy access to both I-25 and Powers. We were both exploring Colorado Springs to the south and house hunting in Monument, so very central for us. Direct views of Pikes Peak from the kitchen! Lots of great restaurants near by. 2) Neighborhood. VRBO is a garden home duplex with maybe 60-70 individual residences. We walked our dogs several times daily and everyone we met was super friendly. 3) Property. Very nice house! Maybe 2500 sq feet. Less than 5 years old. Hardwood floors upstairs, carpet downstairs and in master suite. Gas fireplace upstairs was nice. 75 inch (I think) TV downstairs. If you cook you’ll find a very well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed (only used one). 4) Owner. I can’t say enough about Heidi. Super responsive and accommodating. Just one example: were in VRBO for about a month and started running low on paper towels and other consumables. One text to her and we had an Amazon delivery the next day. A couple of special requests granted without blinking an eye. Text responses right away. She was awesome. We were in a different VRBO in Ute Valley for 44 days prior to this one (we sold our house and up and moved to Colorado) and that owner’s response - when we eventually got one - was was invariably no. Wish we had been here the entire time. Thank you Heidi!
