Du kommer verkligen njuta av denna bekväma 3 sovrum 3 Bath 1 912 kvadratmeter hem i Warm Sands-området i centrala Palm Springs. Med 2 sovrum, plus ett gästrum och 3 badrum, ingen måste dela ett badrum. Men den bästa delen är den stora utomhuspoolen vid poolen. Med en lagunliknande swimmingpool och ett dramatiskt vattenfallsspabad och gott om loungerutrymme har detta hus allt du behöver för en avkopplande och rolig stund med dina vänner och familj.
Det stora vardagsrummet och matsalen öppnar ut mot en rymlig täckt uteplats vid poolen, så att alla kan hänga ihop, inomhus eller ute. Sätt spelet på HDTV i vardagsrummet och lägg dig tillbaka på den överdimensionerade sektionssoffan och du är helt klar. Det finns ett generöst matsalbord inuti plus två mer matbord ut vid poolen och barstolar vid disken runt utomhusköket, som har alla apparater och utrymme du behöver för att skapa en överdådig måltid för hela gänget . Det finns också en kolgrill för den kräsna utomhuskocken. Och det inbyggda köket är fullt laddat också.
Separationen av sovrummen är idealisk, i motsatta hörn av huset. Sovrummet vid västra änden av huset har en king size-säng, HDTV och privat badrum med badkar / dusch. Gäst sovrummet har en HDTV och två enkelsängar, plus en utdragbar Trundle säng för en tredje gäst vid behov. Gästbadet, med duschkabin och original midcentury-tappning, separerar gäst- och sovrummet. Utanför baksidan, vid poolen hittar du Casita sovrummet, med queen size-säng, HDTV och privat badrum med duschkabin. Det finns också ett intilliggande tvättstuga med ett extra kylskåp.

Great place to relax.

So close to stores and restaurants in downtown Palm Springs. We had extended family stopped by 2 visit and we were all so happy to just stay at the house. Enjoy the pool, fire pit, outdoor space. The house was extremely well maintained and had everything we needed. The management company was fabulous with all communication.

Great family house

We had a very nice stay at Casa Warm Sands! The backyard and pool was a true oasis, enjoyed by the entire family. House is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. The casita was cute. The pictures are pretty accurate. Check in was quick and easy and the management company easy to deal with. I would book again. Thanks for the great vacation.

Great getaway

The house had a very homey feel to it. It was very comfortable. We loved the big patio glass doors to see the pool at all times. It was super convenient with 3 kids to keep an eye on. We enjoyed the pool very much and the fire pit at night. The kids had the best time swimming all day long in the nice desert heat.

Perfect house for our girls weekend getaway!

The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. We had trouble getting the TV to work properly but they sent someone out to fix it very quickly. The ice machine in the freezer was also on the fritz but we were able to fix it ourselves. Minor electronic issues aside, we would definitely come back.

Such a sweet pad!

This house was lovely for our girls weekend. It had everything we needed and was so comfortable in every way. We loved how much seating was available via the couch, table, and outdoor furniture. Saline pool was a nice surprise too! We can’t wait to rent this place again! Highly recommended:)

Great Home for a Girls Trip

This was a great home for our girls trip to Palm Springs for the weekend. The home had plenty of room; provided everything we needed during our stay; and was conveniently located to all of our planned activities. The only problem we had was the pool lights wouldn't turn on.

Absolutely fantastic weekend with the boys!

This house made our weekend guys trip one to remember! We spent 90% of our time in the pool which was clean and perfect temp and utilized the large outdoor kitchen for a BBQ one afternoon. The house itself was clean and stocked with all the necessary items and nothing was different than what was advertised. I will definitely look to see if this house is available the next time we vacation in Palm Springs!

I will never rent from this property management company again

I wish I could give more stars, because the house is nice and the pool is lovely, but the property management company is horrid. First, when we arrived the sheets on the bed were not clean and the mattress pad had HUGE urine stains on it, so we washed the bedding. I didn't report it right away because I just wanted to get on with my nice weekend. On our last day there, my wife and I were sunbathing by the pool when one of the employees walked into the house and proceeded to walk through, even though our things were everywhere still. I had to stand up in front of him, without clothes, to get my towel and confront him (in a towel!), which was beyond humiliating. He said he thought we had left and must have had bad information - he apologized and left. He should have left as soon as he knew there were still tenants. We immediately called the property management company and reported the incident and all the manager had to say was "oh, it's just 'so-n-so' - he's harmless". What. We reported the dirty bedding and a few other things the home was missing and he said he didn't know what to do for us. So, we asked for a discount on our stay and he laughed at us. Seriously. And implied that we're just looking for a discount. When a strange man walks in on two two women (without clothes), in a private home, it is absolutely traumatizing and making excuses and laughing about it is unacceptable. When we checked out, they offered a 10% discount on our next stay with them. They didn't take any of this seriously - including the filthy bedding that we had to wash at 11pm. Believe me, I'm not just looking for handouts in the way of discounts. I can afford my VRBO stays (which have been dozens) and I have never been treated so poorly. There are other beautiful places to stay than with this management company. Shame on you Oranj Palm.

Fun House in the Heart of Warm Sands

Casa Warm Sands has a nice open interior layout. We utilized the kitchen inside everyday and barbecued twice in the spacious open outdoor bbq/kitchen area. The backyard pool and jacuzzi area is quite spacious and relaxing. This house in general has a nice layout. The property management company is extremely professional. The even helped to find and to return some personal items that we had inadvertently left in the house after departing. Our entire group of eight enjoyed our stay, and we hope to return soon. (Plus, the house is located in the heart of Warm Sands!)

Beautiful, Functional and Comfortable Home

We rented the house as a group of friends looking to escape the bustle of LA and relax poolside in the desert. This house was the perfect place for that. The yard was stunning - gorgeous pool, spa and landscaping - and we used the outdoor kitchen and grill to cook almost every meal. The small grass area was perfect for my dog who accompanied us on the trip, and the awning and fans over the porch allowed for some cooler outdoor seating options. The house itself was comfortable, cute and very functional. We were also happy to discover that we were just a few minutes from a Ralphs so trips to the grocery store were easy and quick.

Perfect Palm Springs Vacation Home!!

Our family of 6 stayed at this beautiful family friendly home while on Spring Break. The accommodations are great and we all felt like it was our home away within hours. Everything is clean and new feeling. We walked to Starbucks every morning and then sat in the pool area, (which smells fantastic) and enjoyed our mornings!! Way better than a hotel!!!
