Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Townhouse was well appointed with many kitchen items needed plus a blender. Bedrooms were comfortable. Everything was clean. The living area was comfortable.Development is 10 minutes out of town. Not sure if it was because it was jeep week, but there were tons of jeeps and trailers on the side streets. There was some noise in the morning from the jeeps.

Great stay in Moab

This property was just what my family and I needed for our stay in Moab. The property is a few minutes south of town, but not terribly far out of the way.

Solid stay

No issues at all. Easy check in, easy check out. Comfortable beds and couches. Great spot to relax after a long day in the outdoors.

4 nights in Moab

My husband, 2 adult children and I stayed in the condo near Moab. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Beds were comfortable. Community was quiet. Showers were great with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was stocked so we could make breakfast and dinner there. The property was close to the National parks and everything in Moab. We had one question with the air conditioning. It was quick and easy to reach the rental company for help. We would stay again!!

Great stay

This was home base for us as we visited Arches and Canyonlands. The home and pool were a great respite after morning hikes. Clean and cool inside the home. TV reception was dependent upon the internet so it was spotty at times but I think that is a result of the mountains. The garage was a bonus!!

Nice place in Moab

We are a family of 5. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms, dining area and the living room. The large sectional in the living area was nice for us all to be able to hang out. There was plenty of hot water for all of us. One word of caution is the water is very hot and could easily burn someone. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Clean and comfortable!

Very accommodating and comfortable for our family of 4! The only thing lacking was kitchen items. We cooked and ate most of our meals at the condo, but had to constantly do dishes due to the 4 glasses and 7 forks. Otherwise great though!

It was spacious, very clean, had all the utensils I could possibly use, & 5 minutes from downtown. It looked as if all the fixtures were brand new. Very quick response to a question I texted: is there a cutting board? Less than one hour a cutting board was delivered! Wow. So impressive!!

Comfy, well-maintained, near town, nice area, super clean

Comfy townhome / condo in a good location, nice neighborhood, 10min or so to town. Super well maintained, very clean & comfortable. Great communication on check-in / check out. Was great having a garage to store our mountain bikes. Would definitely put on my "go there again" list.
