Thank you for your feedback! We do replace the pots and pans every year since some guests use metal utensils on them when cooking. Eeeek! Also, I can confirm that both ovens in the double wall oven work, however the digital control pad can be confusing. We’re going to include directions for that in the welcome book. We’re also adding an air fryer for cooking smaller meals faster. Parking is usually one of the first questions we answer when booking since parking is at a premium everywhere at the beach. The listing specifies the garage, and we also offer an additional parking pass. We appreciate your review and we’re very happy to hear that you all enjoyed your stay overall.

We appreciate the 4 stars, but simply having a piece of glass cut is not only dangerous but illegal. Shower glass must be tempered (breaks into dull pieces for safety). There are 27 units with the same custom shower, the system isn’t faulty. Two separate professional glass companies came out to assess and said the same thing. The glass must be cut and drilled for hardware, then tempered at the factory, after which it’s sent out as a kit. The estimates came in at $1560.50 and $1797.46 for that section of the enclosure. We’ll be left with unmatched hardware and a very large bill, certainly not what we want. We never once asked to pay for a whole new shower. The “maximum charges” was our minimal security deposit of only $300 and this review was posted the day after. Nicole neglected to mention how someone forced open the elevator door before it came to a stop, triggering safety mode. Service calls due to misuse are the renter’s responsibility, but Chris dropped everything on a Sunday to reset the elevator himself to avoid the hefty weekend rate (last year was $600 for reference). When the glass shattered, our first concern was to make sure everyone was okay, and Nicole reassured us that her son was fine. Chris ran over with the shop vac to remove the glass then drove to Wilmington to get a shower rod, curtain, and liner as a temporary, but fast solution. At the time, Nicole was apologetic and appreciative. That all changed after she finished her vacation and left our condo. We feel this review was retaliatory due to the false accusations and misinformation. We love hosting and we do everything we can to ensure that our guests have the best vacation possible.

Thank you for your review. I apologize for the complaint. The stairwells are loud and echo due to high ceilings. You should not have received a complaint and we're very sorry about that. We hope you were all able to enjoy the rest of your stay.

Thank you for your review. We had the dryer ducts professionally cleaned. They are about 30 feet long and several stories up so a crane is needed to clear any buildup from the moisture in the air. I sincerely apologize for the incident at the pool. In the state of NC, HOAs cannot restrict children from playing in common areas. Also, the majority of the condos are a mix of second homes and/or investment properties for the very purpose of vacations. Many homeowners have chidlren and grandchildren that visit. I wish I knew at the time. This is being addressed. I'm glad to hear that you were able to have a good week overall.
