Penthouse, panoramautsikt och på två nivåer består av två sovrum med dubbelsängar, ett vardagsrum med bäddsoffa, två badrum med dusch, kök med disk och utrustning, terrass med bord och stolar, tvättstuga med tvättmaskin torktumlare, torkställ, strykjärn och strykbräda och luftkonditionering. Lägenheten har nyligen varit föremål för restyling på ett projekt av arkitekten Fabiana Fortunato, som tänkte ett väsentligt modernt utseende men med hänvisningar till historia och kultur på platsen även genom konstverk av lokala mästare. Ingången till lägenheten leder direkt in i vardagsrummet inrett med ett bord, utrustad vägg, tv och soffa som kan bli en bekväm femte säng om det behövs. På samma våning finns köket, terrassen, ett badrum med hydromassagedusch och ett dubbelrum med en stor garderob. En trappa leder till den övre nivån, där det andra sovrummet ligger (vindhöjd minimum 160 cm, max höjd 300 cm) komplett med stor garderob, det andra badrummet med dusch och tvättstuga. Från denna våning kan du se hamnen, Vesuvius och Castel Sant'Elmo / Certosa di San Martino, bortom de pittoreska taken och kuperna i det historiska centrumet. Nedre våningen har utsikt över innergården och byggnadens karakteristiska gränder. Tyvärr är vinden inte lämplig för personer med funktionshinder, eftersom den ligger på fjärde våningen i en historisk byggnad utan hiss. För tillfället, med ånger, är husdjur inte tillåtna, eftersom lägenheten just har blivit renoverad och möblerad med lyxiga möbler.

Comfortable, well-appointed apartment in the heart of the action.)

We (two adults, two teenagers) stayed for three nights. Ennia was an excellent host and the apartment is fantastic. She was flexible and accommodating with the check-in time and happy to give restaurant and other recommendations. (Excellent English, by the way.) She met us at the taxi stand and walked us 2 minutes to the apartment. The apartment was clean, well-stocked with towels and other necessaries, including some basic foods and beverages. It's a five-floor walk-up. (Not a problem if you're relatively mobile; plus, work off that pizza! But if you have significant mobility limitations, this is probably not your place.) If you want to be in the heart of the action, this is perfect. It's steps from a major pedestrian artery that fills with people most nights, yet the apartment itself is very quiet, probably because it looks out onto an interior courtyard rather than the street. The neighborhood is a mix of very high-quality restaurants and grocers and touristy stuff.

The best host in a fun modern apartment in the middle of it all

We were lucky to spend five nights here and were sad to leave. Our flight was delayed many hours and Ennia and her husband were extremely accommodating when we arrived around midnight. The communication was easy and she was so welcoming. The apartment is charming. It has unique and stylish art work that add to the character and make for a great vacation. The beds were very comfortable. If you are able to navigate the five flight of stairs to the top, the apartment had everything you need. The air conditioning works perfect. Ennia went above and beyond not only to provide tons of snacks and food and coffee, but also so many other nice amenities. Our bags got lost so we didn’t have much luggage. This was the best apartment, because it has robes, shampoo, and even a spare toothbrush! Great towels - soft and generous. We took advantage of it all because we had nothing and it saved our vacation! That, and the shopping literally across the street or writhing a five minute walk. Google maps doesn’t give a fair picture of this place, because it shows a lot of nice businesses when they are closed. There are so many wonderful restaurants and shops all very close. The apartment is right on the edge of the historic center and a residential area on the other side (also with shops and restaurants, museums and churches). The best pizza of our trip (we tried many) was a one minute walk up the street! We also loved the balcony to enjoy coffee or takeout. The best host! Grazie!

Naples

The location is good and the apartment is beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. It is in an authentic Naples neighborhood and Ennia was an excellent hostess- she stocked the refrigerator and cabinets with food for us! we had everything we needed! I definitely recommend renting this property if you're staying in Naples, but you need to be able to walk the 4 flights of stairs to get to it. It's worth the effort.

Exceptional stay in Napoli Historic Center

Ennia and Bruno are the most wonderful host. They went extra miles to make sure our stay was something to remember. From greeting us in person on our arrival to the very end to say goodby. Not even mention all the goodies they put in the fridge for us to eat, even a bottle of Prosecco to make a toast! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and very well located. We stayed one whole week and from there was easy to reach many other beautiful places in one day trip. Thanks so much for your hospitality Ennia we really had a good time.

Pictures don’t do it justice!!!

Superb property- every amenity imaginable, perfect location, well appointed, owner went above and beyond to accommodate and help us. From check-in to check-out the process was flawless…way easier than most VRBOs in the USA. The owner was so thoughtful and stocked the refrigerator with essentials for us, made a departure taxi cab reservation and even gave us recommendations of things to see since our trip was unexpectedly cut short. We cannot say enough about our stay except that we will be returning to this location on our next visit- and you should too!

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ennia und Bruno begrüßten uns persönlich und zeigten uns das wunderschöne Apartment. Die Ausstattung ist spitze- es gibt alles was der Gast braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die hochwertige Einrichtung zeigt das die Gastgeber sich viele Gedanken machen was Gäste möchten und brauchen. Die Lage ist mitten im Geschehen, jedoch ruhig! Mit der Klimaanlage lassen sich die Temperaturen gut aushalten. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank 🙏 für die Gastfreundschaft

We had a great stay here!!! The place is spacious and has all of the amenities…..including fully stocked refrigerator. You have quick access to everything and walking distance from the ferry ports. Excellent location and the property managers are super nice!

Absolutely perfect

The owner of this rental is extremely nice. We needed a place to put our bags before check in and asked where we could store it. She immediately offered to let us leave our bags in the apartment until it was ready. There was everything we needed there and Ennia even made sure we had things like milk and bread to get us started. The apartment is really clean and recently renovated. It is on the top floor so be prepared to climb steps as there is no elevator. However, that was not a deal breaker for us. It’s close to a lot of things in Naples and only a 20 minute walk from the train station. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt mitten in Napoli

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung , in der es an nichts gefehlt hat. Sogar im Kühlschrank befand sich mehr als das Nötigste, was man sonst bei Anreisen kennt.Im oberen Bereich ein wunderschöner Blick auf die Stadt, die Terasse war zum Glück überdacht, da es bei uns geregnet hatte. Trotz der Lage ist es sehr ruhig und man kann sich gut vom Getümmel entspannen.

Séjour Parfait

Nous avons séjourné chez Ennia à l’occasion du week-end de Pâques. L’appartement est situé au coeur de la vieille ville. À proximité des principaux sites touristiques, il se trouve dans une cour intérieure typique de la cité, à l’abri du bruit et des regards. L’intérieur est cosy, décoré de couleurs vives, spacieux et confortable. Idéal pour quatre personnes. À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par notre hôte XXX. Chaleureuse et attentionnée, elle avait pris soin de garnir le frigo et les placards de provisions pour le petit déjeuner, pain de mie, lait, céréales, confiture, café... ! Elle avait même prévu des bouteilles d’eau minérale plate et gazeuse… Des petites marques d’attention très appréciables lors d’un séjour de courte durée. La literie est neuve et confortable. Les salles de bain équipées de tout le nécessaire, serviette de toilette, shampoing, savon… Plusieurs guides touristiques sont aussi à disposition. Un grand merci à Ennia pour cet accueil qui a contribué à rendre notre escapade dans cette ville encore plus agréable.

Appartamento pulito,curato e in posizione centrale....host gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito di tutto il necessario x fare colazione, confezioni di acqua,snack vari,macchina del caffè con capsule...asciugamani...kit completo per toilette...non mancava proprio niente...ci siamo sentiti a casa!!! Simply the BEST

Fantastic apartment, perfect location and the nicest hosts. We travel a lot with our family of 2+2 and this was honestly one of the best places we stayed at. The apartment is new, clean, lovely with an artistic touch, and equipped in everything you need, and more. Perfectly located to visit and taste Naples. You turn right - you reach the best pizza in town in 1 minute. You turn left - one minute to the famous coffee place. And the hosts are just amazing, helpful and always available. If we come back to Naples, we will for sure book this place again.

Gorgeous apartment in the middle of historic Naples

We were met at the property by the owners, who helped us with our bags and showed the apartment, which is on the top floor. It’s beautifully decorated with a well-stocked and well-equipped kitchen. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment nice and quiet. We loved the artistic touch and Ennio was a very attentive host

Everything was perfect about this place. It was very tastefully decorated, the beds were comfy and the house was fully stocked, there was nothing we were lacking. Our host met us at the property and walked us through everything, as well as providing us with some food and drinks to get us started. The location is amazing as everything you need is right around the corner, including the best pizza in Naples. We would definitely stay here again.

Un appartement magnifique, parfaitement équipé et superbement décoré (les photos du site sont à l'identique de la réalité). Idéalement situé dans le quartier historique de Naples, vous sortez de l'immeuble et vous êtes à 30 m des meilleures pizzas de Naples. Ennia et Bruno sont des hôtes incroyables. Ils sont très disponibles, parlent couramment Italien, Français, Anglais. Nous avons adoré Naples et certainement grâce à l'appartement et eux.

Perfect

From start to finish Ennia was the perfect host!!! She was so thoughtful and accommodating, and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. I really feel like I should have paid more for all that she did for us. Aside from the host being wonderful, this property had everything we needed to enjoy our days in Naples. The location was awesome - restaurants, shopping and historical sights were within a short walking distance, if not a few steps from the property. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing!

After not seeing my wife for 5 months I finally got to see her and staying at this property just made everything that much more special. Everything inside is beautiful and literally identical to the pictures. It’s located perfectly in the middle of Naples. Anything is within a 20 minute walk or less. Anytime I needed anything or had questions Ennia got back with me as soon as possible. If I ever find myself back in Naples I will 100% be staying here again. I loved my time spent here.
