Very clean and comfortable for two. The view is lovely and the morning sunrise is a beautiful way to start the day. Deck chairs are high so you can see the water easily over the bannister. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking items if you don’t want to go out for a meal. Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels.The only recommendation I would have for this property is a larger television. We are 65 and we had to sit very close to see it well. Luckily we were busy doing other things and only watched television a couple of times.

Beautiful unit and location. Very easy to check in and access. Such easy access to Parris Island. Comfortable and modern accommodations. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a pleasant retreat after our hot days on the island.

Ideal getaway location!

We spent an extended weekend here. Great water views, excellent location for exploring the barrier islands in/around Beaufort. Condo was very neat, clean, and just what we wanted. Kim, the host, was quick to respond to any inquires. We truly enjoyed the laid-back vibe.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay

This second-floor, end unit is in a safe and convenient location with a parking space near the condo. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, and although we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed to have what you'd need. The view of the water, the boats, and the bridge is lovely. The only drawback for me is that it is a rather dark space (except for the bedroom with the lamps on) which is accurately reflected in the photos. This may not be important to some, but I thought I'd mention it in case it is for others. It is a 5-minute drive to the Sands in Port Royal.

The lighting could use some improvement dark in kitchen and living area. A toaster would be nice to have. Great view and the property was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Something came up before our stay and needed an extra day added to our reservation. Without hesitation the host responded to my message immediately and updated our stay with the extra day we needed. Highly recommend!

Anniversary short get away

It was a perfect small place for us to stay for a few nights. The only down fall was the two beds but we made it work and knew there was two beds when we booked. We love the quietness of the location and the view on the balcony is amazing.

Wonderful visit to Beaufort and such a beautiful place to stay. Close to everything, but tucked away in a private setting overlooking the water. We plan on returning soon!

This condo is situated just outside the village of Port Royal, just across the street from Parris Island, 10 minutes from Historic Beaufort, and 30 minutes from Hunting Island State Park. It is located right next door to a public boat landing.
