Ideal getaway location!

We spent an extended weekend here. Great water views, excellent location for exploring the barrier islands in/around Beaufort. Condo was very neat, clean, and just what we wanted. Kim, the host, was quick to respond to any inquires. We truly enjoyed the laid-back vibe.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay

This second-floor, end unit is in a safe and convenient location with a parking space near the condo. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, and although we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed to have what you'd need. The view of the water, the boats, and the bridge is lovely. The only drawback for me is that it is a rather dark space (except for the bedroom with the lamps on) which is accurately reflected in the photos. This may not be important to some, but I thought I'd mention it in case it is for others. It is a 5-minute drive to the Sands in Port Royal.

Parris Island

The lighting could use some improvement dark in kitchen and living area. A toaster would be nice to have. Great view and the property was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Something came up before our stay and needed an extra day added to our reservation. Without hesitation the host responded to my message immediately and updated our stay with the extra day we needed. Highly recommend!

Anniversary short get away

It was a perfect small place for us to stay for a few nights. The only down fall was the two beds but we made it work and knew there was two beds when we booked. We love the quietness of the location and the view on the balcony is amazing.

Wonderful visit to Beaufort and such a beautiful place to stay. Close to everything, but tucked away in a private setting overlooking the water. We plan on returning soon!

Winter Vacation

We enjoyed our 5 night stay here in the Beaufort/Port Royal Community! We had lots to explore and when we returned back to the VRBO, the accommodations where perfect for us to relax, make a quick meal plus the view was a bonus! We where so happy it was dog friendly since we had our elder pup with us on our traveling vacation.

Very nice getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. We were in town for the Beaufort Oyster Festival!!! It was wonderful. We love Beaufort and the low country!! We were also celebrating our anniversary. The condo was perfect. Close to many yummy restaurants and Beaufort. Great water views!

Quality time

My husband and I try to get away once a month and Beaufort is one of our faves. Place was perfect. Everything was clean and we liked being tucked away in the back. Only thing I’d recommend is a full length mirror.

Needs TLC

The positive was the balcony and the view! The rest of the condo needs some TLC. The fridge moans 24/7 like it's ready to die. One small TV in the living room that you can barely see from the coach. Two full size beds in the bedroom. Unrealistic for a couple especially when one of you is 6' tall. The bathroom has had work done to it, but the tub faucet leaks constantly and the floor bends and squeaks when you stand on it like you're going to fall through below (even in the shower). Toilet had a hard time flushing and we had to find a plunger. Throw blankets would have been a nice touch to sit on the balcony with, in the early morning. The icing on the cake was the old couch in the living room. Someone or something did a number on it because every time you sat on it it smelled like old pee. Kind of like an old diaper. It also moaned and groaned when you sat on it. The condo just needs some updates to it..

This condo is situated just outside the village of Port Royal, just across the street from Parris Island, 10 minutes from Historic Beaufort, and 30 minutes from Hunting Island State Park. It is located right next door to a public boat landing.
