Välkommen till Nantucket Art House - In Town Läge & Pool - Ny Konstruktion

När en mötesplats för ön artister, har The Art House & Cottage utformats med moderna ytskikt och möbler som en hyllning till sin forna användning som Artists Association of Nantucket. Varje rum är fylld med ljus, naturligt solljus skimrande genom en central, original kupol. Ljus och luftig möbler, sängkläder, färg och golv är den perfekta bakgrunden till eklektisk konstverk.

Huvudbyggnaden har 5 sovrum, inklusive en första våningen master bäddsrum och 4. 5 bad med en katedral tak i vardags - kök - matsal områden. I vardagsrummet spill ut till en stor blå sten uteplats som ansluter till poolområdet.

Stugan ligger inom poolområdet och vetter mot huvudbyggnaden. Den har ett sovrum, fullt utrustat kök, vardagsrum, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och 1. 5 bad.

Den utomhus boyta är omgivet av frodiga landskapsarkitektur, privata trädgårdar och en i-marken pool avsedd för timmar av sommaren njutning.

Varje tum av detta nybyggda hem har utformats för maximal sommar njutning och inkluderar central luftkonditionering, trådlöst internet och kabel. Konsthuset ligger i det perfekta läget för besökande och underhållande vänner och familj.

Fabulous House!

The Art House was beautiful and full of all the amenities you could ever want. Everything in the Art House was quality. The layout was perfect and we had ample room for each of us. The pool was perfectly heated and we did yoga by the pool every day., The location was a short walk to town and we hiked to all the beaches. This was a perfect place for our annual girls trip! Amazing, beautiful and relaxing!

Great property

Property was great and comfortably slept our party of 8 people. The house is located a short walk away from the center of town. Wonderful pool as well. Property is very well managed too and the owner is very responsive.

Great property for 2 families and nanny!

Everything was perfect. Walking distance from town, plenty of bedrooms to spread out in, great guest cottage for nanny, and brand new-feeling appliances, bedding, furniture etc! Thanks so much! Would highly recommend, and we’ll be back next year!

2nd time here

Was here for a hockey tournament. Location is fantastic for 10 minute walk into town or 1 mile to rink. Property is spacious and very well designed. It is a fresh and modern feel but reflective of Nantucket style. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house, great location, great visit !

We brought our family of seven for a week in Nantucket. We were looking for something that was modern, close to downtown, and offered a compound like atmosphere for the family to enjoy themselves. This house delivered on all items. The house is immaculate. The layout was fantastic for family get together’s. The pool area turned out to be far more used that I had thought. If you’re looking for a great place to take the family, it would be hard to beat this location house.

A Great Family Space

The Arthouse made our Thanksgiving a magical one. A wonderful space for our family gathering. We loved the ping pong and air hockey tables. Can't wait to come back.

Exceptional

We stayed here for Stroll with two other couples. It was so tastefully designed, super clean, and comfortable with a fantastic kitchen / living room common area on the first floor. It's a great option for anyone traveling with extended family or groups friends that don't want to deal with hassle of multiple hotel rooms. We will be back!

Amazing in town location, yet private.

We had a wonderful time staying in this amazing house. The weather was great for swimming in the pool. The pictures shown on the site mirror the actual beauty, cleanliness and new construction of the house. The separate cottage was a bonus space for our guests. We loved to walk to town every day, it was so convenient, yet it was its own private paradise. A quick drive and we were at the beach. We can not wait to come back to the Nantucket Art House next summer!

The Art House was his first project on Nantucket. It was the starting point for multiple projects on the island under the now well established Art House brand.

The property has great energy. Over the last 16 years it was used as studio space of the Artists Association of Nantucket. It was the home of adult art classes and children's summer programs. Since then, the property has undergone an extensive transformation to an idyllic Nantucket home with in-ground pool and guest cottage.

Still, the space encourages the artistic side of all with the support of years of creativity, imagination and accomplishment.
