HVAC ran the non stop. It seemed to be a setting issue. I didn’t deal with it as I was on vacation. The elevators had issues. They did always open. Sometimes they took us back to the original floor. Kind of scary

Could not have had a better place to stay than at HSRC. The view of the beach for every unit was the icing on top. Would definitely stay here again and hopefully the same unit.

The location of the holiday Surf & Racquet Club is absolutely stunning the view from our room was unbeatable! Are unit was beautiful and comfortable again having a absolutely gorgeous view of the Gulf. Would have enjoyed having more restaurants and shops/entertainment within walking distance. We look forward to returning soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at the Holiday Surf and racquet club! Our unit was beautiful and comfortable and had a view that was unbeatable! The staff at the resort were very courteous and helpful and made our stay very pleasant and easy. Would have enjoyed having more restaurants and shops within walking distance.Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in this unit once before. Overall, it worked out well for our family of 4. Two adults and two kids. The bedroom was big enough to add the inflatable toddler bed and pack n play for the baby. The view was pretty. Plenty of dolphin-watching.

Nice property. Living room furniture looks nothing like the picture and needs replaced, it’s worn and uncomfortable to sit on . Was disappointed that it wasn’t an ocean front as stated, you couldn’t see the sun rise or sun sets as the unit is too far back from the ocean front

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation was well needed, we were dissapointed with the condition of the beach. We always enjoyed our walks on the beach but due to the waves the beach was washed out in a number of spot. Otherwise the condo was OK at best. The furniture needed to be replaced, the couch was sagging and uncomfortable and the bed was very soft and uncomfortable. otherwise the condo was OK

Perfect Location / Perfect Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the 1 bedroom condo, Unit #519, and it was super clean, updated, beautiful views of the beach and the sunset (although it's block by other buildings to see sun set all the way down to the water), comfy bed. The condo was roomy except for the bathroom is very tight, but it was just me and my husband so ok for us. There is a Murphy bed (which we didn't need to use) so for a family w/1 or 2 kids it would work. And this is likely not important to people but it was to me...the kitchen was so organized...utensils, dishes, cups, etc. The entire property is clean and it's a very short and easy walk to the private beach w/2 beach chairs and umbrella (part of the condo cost) set up every day. All you have to is go out and put towels on 2 chairs to save them for the day. Also, everyone at the front desk was super nice and helpful. There is a pool, we never used it, but did dip our toe and and the water was super warm which was nice for end of April.

The staff was very friendly and greeted us every time we walked in the area. The girl that sets up the beach chairs and umbrellas works her butt off. Every morning on the weekend when I was up for the sunrise, she was already working it. Not once would she stop to rest (unless someone stopped to talk to her) They put in long hours in the sun setting up and tearing down and making sure everyone is takin care of. Stunning Views for sure. Great place to sit and have my coffee. We would see dolphins every now and then. We didn't spend much time in the room. The AC unit was a bit loud/loud noise when it would kick on. The place was well furnished with the things needed. It was hard to leave.

The stay was perfect! The beach chairs in the room were amazing to sit in during the evenings. We also appreciated the beach chair service being part of the room. The pool was very clean. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great location to the beach. Carts for transporting our items to the condo was very nice. Staff were very helpful. View was amazing and appreciated the pickleball courts. The only con is the distance to restaurants (not walkable)

This property was everything!!!! It was well stocked with necessities! The view of the beach was the best. The checkin process was simple and communication from staff was perfect. I would definitely stay again.
