The staff was very friendly and greeted us every time we walked in the area. The girl that sets up the beach chairs and umbrellas works her butt off. Every morning on the weekend when I was up for the sunrise, she was already working it. Not once would she stop to rest (unless someone stopped to talk to her) They put in long hours in the sun setting up and tearing down and making sure everyone is takin care of. Stunning Views for sure. Great place to sit and have my coffee. We would see dolphins every now and then. We didn't spend much time in the room. The AC unit was a bit loud/loud noise when it would kick on. The place was well furnished with the things needed. It was hard to leave.

The stay was perfect! The beach chairs in the room were amazing to sit in during the evenings. We also appreciated the beach chair service being part of the room. The pool was very clean. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great location to the beach. Carts for transporting our items to the condo was very nice. Staff were very helpful. View was amazing and appreciated the pickleball courts. The only con is the distance to restaurants (not walkable)

This property was everything!!!! It was well stocked with necessities! The view of the beach was the best. The checkin process was simple and communication from staff was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

HVAC ran the non stop. It seemed to be a setting issue. I didn’t deal with it as I was on vacation. The elevators had issues. They did always open. Sometimes they took us back to the original floor. Kind of scary

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a great experience and time. Room was clean and the view was spectacular. The AC had to be fixed during our stay but the resort communicated with everyone the entire time and there was no issues. We will be back to Destin and when we come back, we will be staying here. I do recommend booking directly through the resort and not a third party site such as VBRO. You will save money if you do!

It had everything we needed from cooking to outdoor cooking heated pool walk over the little bridge wright to the ocean and chair and umbrella set up every morning it was the best!!!

Weekend Getaway

We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The location was great for where we wanted to be. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. The condo has a beach access and we didn’t have to cross a street. My family enjoyed staying here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and clean! It had all the amenities we needed! The view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking, it was such an easy walk! The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were so nice, we have a 11 and 9 year old daughter, so with the beach toys we have to carry not having to worry about chairs and umbrella was spectacular! All in all we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!
