Great view of the ocean from private balcony! Pool was very comfortable with tiki hut right next to pool! No need to leave the pool area all day!

Condo and view is perfect plenty of things to get into.Host was wonderful.The one dislike was check out day a hotel worker came beat on door yelling check out was at ten. Everything else was wonderful

Laura is amazing Our pans were sticking so we bought new and she reimbursed for them. She always checks on us to make sure everything is going well during our stay.

AMAZING!!

We absolutely loved our room! Perfect view of the ocean. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfy too! Laura was awesome to work with. There was a little misunderstanding with the check in time but other than that it was a breeze! We will definitely be back. Definitely recommend renting the chairs and umbrella if you stay, worth it!

Amazing Location and Host!

We absolutely loved our vacation at Pelican Beach Resort! Ot was pur 6 year olds first trip to the beach and we soaked up the sun! She loved bouncing between the pools and the beach. She enjoyed the tiki hut and they knew her order everytime we walked up! We had a hiccup checking in, no fault to our host, in fact she called the resort and handled the situation for us immediately! The pools were clean and they staff cleaned them often, we loved the convenience of renting chairs for the beach ahead of time. The condo even had servers that would make rounds to see if anyone needed anything, pool side and beach side!Our condo had cable tv and smart tvs so bed time stayed a breeze. We were able to put on her favorite bedtime shows and our daughter would fall straight to sleep from the activities of the day.They have a cafe and the tiki hut which we hit up for breakfast and lunch, the only time we left the resort is if we wanted to try something different at a restaurant that we dont have at home.Great location, great resort, and beyond great hosts! Thank you so much for the memories we made!

Great stay!

The condo was very clean and updated. We couldn’t ask for a better experience for our first trip to Destin. The host made herself very available for any issue that we had. The staff at the resort was very kind and helpful. The pools were clean and very nice. The food was great at the cafe.

Great condo with beautiful views looking over ocean. Located near all that you will need. Covered parking, easy check inFront dest and employees at pool and ocean gret attitudes. Beautiful Gulf View

We had a lovely stay at this condo! The unit was very clean, cute, and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the water. It’s a peaceful, relaxing space with everything you need for a beach getaway. The only suggestion I’d make for future guests is to be sure to reserve beach chairs and umbrellas well in advance, as they book up quickly — especially the front rows. These are booked through August already, and my stay was in May. Overall, a great spot to enjoy the beach and unwind!

Relaxing Paradise

We had a blast! Best experience. We have been to other parts of Florida but Destin Florida was our first time. This condo is perfect, on the beach and the view was amazing! We would go catch ghost crabs at night and hangout at the beach during the day. The host, Laura was super awesome, if I could give her 10 stars I would. She was very responsive within seconds and answered all my questions. We had a outage one of the stays and when I texted her, she texted me back right away, found out the reasons and got right back to me. The only thing I would have to say was the elevators, there were 4 elevators but it gets so busy during the morning that it took us 45 mins. Other than that we loved everything.We will definitely go back!

Amazing place!

We were so happy with our stay in this condo. It was so nicely decorated, updated and, most importantly, clean! The property was easy to navigate with a toddler and we loved the variety of pools offered and proximity to the beach. This condo had everything that we were looking for and we plan to return!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo is exactly as advertised. The condo complex is also top notch. Loved the security at the gate and the security within the complex. The condo itself was perfect. No issues whatsoever. The owner is very available and really wants you to enjoy her home. We would highly recommend this condo and complex if you're bound for Destin!
