5 stora sovrum, 3 badrum (1 badrum), 11 sovplatser, panoramautsikt, lugnt läge, gratis WIFI, Air Con (avgifter för luftkonditionering - 4 enheter i villa), satellit-TV, nära Moraira stad / strand / butiker bar och restauranger.

Pintor Rubens är en mycket rymlig villa som ligger i två våningar, belägen i ett lugnt bostadsområde i Moraira.

Utsidan har omfattande renoverats till pool- och terrassområdena 2015. Villan rymmer upp till 11 gäster i 5 sovrum med 3 badrum varav 1 är badrum. Faciliteterna inkluderar en privat 11m x 5m pool med olika terrasser, den nedre terrassen har ett täckt område. Det finns luftkonditionering (avgifter tillkommer), gratis wifi och privat gated parkering för flera bilar. Fastigheten ligger 2 km från staden Moraira och stranden, restauranger och barer.

På första våningen finns en stor öppen planlösning och matsal med panoramautsikt över området, inklusive Penon de Ifach (Calpe Rock). Loungen består av en stor bekväm soffa, platt-TV med satellitkanaler och en DVD-spelare. Matsalen med stort bord och stolar har en takfläkt (luftkonditionering på begäran) och altandörrar som leder till en täckt naya. Det finns ett separat modernt fullt utrustat kök med ett antal ögon- och basnivåer, med diskmaskin, kylskåp, 5 gasspis, mikrovågsugn och 2 enkla ugnar, kaffebryggare, takfläkt, det finns också ett frukostbord och stolar. På denna våning finns också 2 sovrum med dubbelsäng, ett med dubbelsäng (och luftkonditionering på begäran), den andra en dubbelsäng och ett separat badrum som består av wc, handfat och dusch.

I en intern trappa som leder till nedre våningen hittar du ett sovrum (luftkonditionering om så krävs) med eget badrum komplett med wc, tvättställ med handfat och dusch. Det finns ytterligare ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, två enkelsängar (luftkonditionering på begäran) och ett trippelrum med 3 enkelsängar, det finns ytterligare ett separat badrum, som består av wc, badkar och handfat. Det finns ett tvättstuga komplett med en tvättmaskin.

Du kan få tillgång till den stora trädgården, poolen och terrasserna från båda nivåerna i villan, marken och nedre våningen. Poolområdet är fullt utrustat med en utomhusdusch, solstolar, gratis badhanddukar, parasoller, olika bord och stolar för all din utomhusmatsal. Det finns en utomhuspoolbar med kylskåp och grill. Det finns steg som leder ner från poolterrassen till ett täckt område.

Overall, a great house. Nice outdoor area, but the experience could have been improved with some simple upgrades to the outdoor furniture. Indoors, the beds should be upgraded. We had some issues with the electricity, but they were resolved with help from the host. Very friendly homeowners. As for the location, we thought it was very nice. We can recommend the place.

Lovely villa

We stayed here for a few days and it was lovely! The villa is stunning and has absolutely everything needed for a family holiday. Would probably recommend a car but there are supermarkets and places for food in walking distance. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Third time here, always a pleasure to arrive and be greeted by Sharron and Kenny and a lovely welcome pack, villa is great for family holiday or group of friends, we love the area and have never had any issues with villa which we love, will be back.

Really lovely villa big and comfortable

The villa is a really good size we stayed with 3 adults and 5 kids didn't get on top of each other at all the area is really nice too supermarket and little shops just at the bottom of the hill and really nice beaches pubs and restaurants a short drive away...The agents who looks after the villa are really nice friendly and professional the villa was clean and welcoming would highly recommend

Great villa for groups of friends and families

We all had a very relaxing and fun stay at the villa. The pool area was ideal and the BBQ was great to have and put to good use on several occasions. The villa in a handy location for a number of supermarkets but a little too far from town for little legs to walk. The area of Moraira was really nice and more upmarket than the usual Spanish resorts.

A wonderfull house

My family stayed for one week at this beautiful house. The outdoor area is much nicer and lager than expected. The city of Moreira was also a present surprise with a small but nice Beach and many good restaurant. If you want a large house with many bedrooms,a nice pool and a large outdoor area - this is the house to rent

Excellent Holiday

We had a wonderful time staying at this villa. The facilities are just what you need, there is plenty of space both indoors and out. The rooms are comfortable and most have air conditioning, which really helped as it was very hot during our stay. The hosts are very helpful and on hand if you need any assistance. If was to be super critical, I would say that the villa is close to needing an update, and whilst there are no issues with anything, it’s just starting to look a little tired, but this in no way spoiled our enjoyment and we would certainly return.

Lovely Large Villa

Just returned from a lovely week. Sharron & Kenny were perfect hosts, making sure everything was prepared for our arrival. They both met us at the property and clearly explained everything we needed to know. We did have an issue with the electrics dropping out a few times on day one but Kenny and Sharron came over as soon as we informed them and after a quick fix we had no other problems until the final day. Sharron and Kenny were contactable, accommodating, and attentive. Our whole party of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fab hosts & lovely Villa

We had a fantastic stay here in Moreira. Sharron & Kenny were fantastic hosts. They kept in contact with us before & during our stay making sure everything was ok. They recommended some lovely local restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed. The villa itself was perfect for our needs. On the 2nd day we had an issue with hot water & immediately this was rectified by our hosts. The pool was a great size & we had enough loungers for our whole party. The villa had all the amenities we could need, including towels for the pool, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The walk down to the beach takes around 30-40 mins depending on your pace but is definitely doable. However next time we will definitely be hiring a car! There are several restaurants in walking distance. In particular the Mexy-Go & Casa Lili were fantastic. There was also an Italian but cannot remember the name. The best beach was by far La Portet - absolutely stunning! We would love to stay here again in the future & want to thank Sharron & Kenny for being such great hosts

Super mooi!!!

Mijn verblijf was geweldig, ook de ontvangst van sharron was fantastisch, ze is super vriendelijk en beleefd en gaf ons een rondleiding in het huis!!! We waren zeer tevreden, alleen als aanrader in een van kamer was het een plafondventilator die was net nog wat onvoldoende voor tegen de warmte in de nacht maar deze hebbben we een ventilator genomen van andere kamer en dan was het goed fris. Alles in het huis was proper en alles was aanwezig. Ook heel mooi uit zicht en 3 plaatsen om gezellig te zitten aan tafel. Ook genoeg ligstoelen en zwembas geweldig!!! Ons zie je zeker terug en je ben een aanrader!!!

Sharon and kenny couldn’t do enough for us including personalised touch to help us celebrate and extremely accommodating and helpful. Villa is clean , views amazing, walk to town is fine but of a hill but doable. Pool wasn’t too warm but other than that would highly recommend this villa,

Ideal para familias y amigos

Ideal para familias y/o amigos. Tranquilidad e intimidad. Zona exterior muy espaciosa y cómoda, con piscina y tumbonas y toallas para todos. Cocina completamente equipada. Aire acondicionado en 3 dormitorios y en el salón. A 5 minutos en coche de la playa de Moraira. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia y hemos pasado unas maravillosas vacaciones.

Séjour magnifique dans une superbe villa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Les hôtes Sharron and Kenny sont très accueillants et nous ont rendu le séjour agréable et très simple pour le check in et le check out. La villa est spacieuse et bien équipée. La piscine est grande, facile d'accès et adaptée aux enfants comme aux adultes. La villa est idéalement située. Nous retenons l'adresse pour les prochaines fois à Moraira! Un grand merci Sharron & Kenny!!! 😁🤗🤗🤗

Perfect family holiday

Just returned from a wonderful family holiday. The villa was perfect with excellent outdoor space. Lovely and clean and very spacious. Although once past the initial hill it is a flat walk into town, we did find it a little far for the little legs in the family and my parents who are both 70 and 71. Having said that it didn’t stop us as we walked into town on 4 different occasions we just would maybe consider a car next time. Sharron and Kenny throughout the whole process of first booking to then arriving and responding to any queries were nothing short of excellent. Nothing was too much bother for them and they made our stay in Moraira so comfortable and easy.

The house was amazing! It was so clean and comfortable. The views from the pool were awesome too. Sharron & Kenny are lovely landlords. They were at our disposal at any time, answering us very fast and nice.

Un alojamiento de lo más acogedor

Fuimos en septiembre a pasar 5 días a la casa de Sharron y durante toda la estancia hemos estado de fábula, la casa es muy grande y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Utensilios de cocina, aparatos electronicos y ademas caben 4 coches para aparcar dentro de la casa. Ademas, Sharron nos acogió de manera muy rapida y puntual y pudimos disfrutar de unas vacaciones de en sueño. Muchas gracias por tu amabilidad Sharron! Repetiriamos de casa y de anfitriona seguro.
