Expansiv planlösning för enkel Ätkomst till de flesta av huset pÄ huvudnivÄn, inklusive det stora rummet, sovrummet, 2 badrum, kök, matsal, dÀck och veranda utan att behöva gÄ upp eller ner nÄgra steg. Rec Room Àr ocksÄ bara 2 steg ner frÄn huvudnivÄn. Det finns en asfalterad gÄngvÀg till vattnet och bÄthuset krÀver bara att du gÄr ner till 2 gradvisa landningar.

Du kan inte hitta ett bÀttre hem pÄ Lake Anna .... frÄga bara nÄgra av vÄra tidigare gÀster och de kommer att meddela att vi strÀvar efter att behaga och vi tar stor hand om vÄrt hem sÄ att du kommer att kunna skapa stora familjemedlemmar.

Vi kommer att övervÀga smÄ bröllop med 50 eller fÀrre personer pÄ plats för ytterligare $ 1500 bröllopsavgift förutom alla andra bokförda och annonserade hyrespriser. Maximalt antal personer pÄ fastigheten för ett bröllop Àr 50 inklusive bröllopsfestet pÄ ceremoniens 1 dag mellan 11:00 och 20:00. Max 23 personer tillÄts inuti huset vid alla andra tillfÀllen.

This is our second year here and it was even better than the first. Our family and friends enjoyed the lovely home, fishing off of the dock, playing numerous games on the expansive flat yard (badminton, soccer, volleyball, frisbee, cornhole and racing). In the evenings we used the firepit and played indoor games on the two dining tables. The boathouse accommodated our fishing boat and a pontoon that we rented. What a relaxing getaway and Mark is a fantastic and attentive host. We will be back next year!

The location was perfect, and had everything we need. We loved the beautiful lake front views and the long flat yard for our yard games. We stayed with 2 families and had plenty of space. The house is well maintained and the owner is very responsive.

Wonderful Memorial Day weekend

The house is excellent. The massive window view of the lake is unparalleled. Everything about the set up is indulgent - multiple bars, well stocked kitchen, huge living room with very comfy furniture, huge deck, large gas grill, nice Adirondack chairs for relaxing and also tables and chairs for eating. The dock includes a screened in porch and swimming ladder, a kayak and a paddle board, plus a small sandy beach. The lawn includes a volleyball/badminton net. Mark was very communicative and responsive. We were fully warned that there would be no shampoo or soap for the shower, but found it onerous to bring for all 4 showers. We thought the place was completely clean but bath towels could have been fresher. Also keep in mind that the king bed on the first floor at the back of the house isn’t super convenient to a bathroom - put your younger people there!We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend with 11 of us in the house. We only wish we had much longer - we didn’t even get to try out the game room or fire pit.

Beautiful Property on Lake Anna

We (myself and 9 buddies) had an excellent stay at Libby's Landing. The house was great - plenty of room to spread out and 10 beds so everyone got their own space to sleep. The main indoor draw of the house is an awesome great room where we spent most of our time when not outside. It was huge and even with 10 guys, there was more than enough room. The kitchen also had everything you'd need to prepare big meals. The outside was great too. We spent a lot of time at the firepit since we were there mid-October, but the deck/dock/yard were all very inviting and just tons of space. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a low stress place to stay with an excellent property manager that communicated well and was accurate in the description of their propety.

Family Getaway

Libby’s Landing was the perfect getaway for my extended family despite the rainy weather. There were four generations, and we all enjoyed the beautiful home, grounds and boat house. We rented a pontoon and fished off the pier each day. The home was clean and tastefully decorated and the kitchen was extremely well stocked for all sorts of cooking. The game room was a hit with all the kids. Highly recommend this waterfront home and Mark is an excellent host.

Sibling Getaway

This is our second year at Libby’s Landing and we plan to come back next year. The house and property are beautiful. It is also clean and well stocked. The house, the lake and the owner Mark are all fantastic.

Family Celebrations

House was great. Able to have napping children and a loud card game going on at the same time. Sandy Beach front was good for the small kids and screened porch on dock was very convenient.

Great Property; Clear Communication

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. The owner left clear instructions and was easy to work with. I recommend this property and would stay here again. If you choose this property, be aware that you need to supply some of the basics like bath soap and shampoo, a detail of which I may have missed in the instructions.

Moms Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very accommodating for our needs and we especially loved the open floor plan. We all could be in the kitchen, dining and living room at the same time even with our large party. I would recommend this property to anyone. The house is beautiful!

Perfect Retreat

My friends and I wanted to celebrate 10 years of being together. There were 8 of us and this property was perfect. The house was beautiful and just as advertised. In fact, better than the pics. The large kitchen and 2 fridges were perfect for 8 ladies who enjoy cooking. The weather wasn't conducive to a lot of outdoor activities but we enjoyed just sitting around the fireplace and chatting. Beds were comfy and supplies were generous. One of the best appointed houses I've stayed in (plenty of dishes and good seating).

Lovely home

This is one of the best homes I've rented at Lake Anna. The home was lovely and in fabulous shape. It has a lovely view of the lake, great shore with sand, and flat access to the lake/dock from the house. The inside of the home is gorgeous as well, and well taken care of. We really appreciated that most rooms had multiple beds, which is ideal for larger groups. There was a lot of space to spread out, and a fun game room. We would definitely stay here again!

We are lifelong resident of Virginia. My wife and I had a dream to build a second home for family and friends but once our kids grew up and went away to college we found ourselves not going to the lake as often as we used to so we decided to offer it up to a few rentals to offset some of the expense. Little did we know that the floodgates would open and our home became a favorite for many families that want to come back for return vacations and getaways. It is our long term desire to be able to retire at our Lake Anna home within the next few years and enjoy it all to ourselves even though our home has become the MOST POPULAR HOME on Lake Anna year in and year out.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We built it from the ground up after seeing the 'Lot for Sale' signs while passing by on our boat when the community was first created. The views from the water were incredible when sitting in front of this lot and we could just imagine how beautiful the views would be from the house once we cleared all the forest away between the house and the waterfront. It took a few months to secure the land and ultimately get approval for our Luxury Log Home but we ended up being the first home to be built in this new upscale community even before the roads were put in. Our dream became reality after carefully choosing the home package from hundreds of log home companies. Every detail was custom as we imagined them. It is centrally located to all that makes Lake Anna great and before we could even move in we had people begging to buy it but we did not build it to sell .....we built it to enjoy our dreams! Never been disappointed for even one minute. Great neighborhood, Great People and Spectacular Home....what more could we ask for

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Luxury and Logs combined with incredible views that are second to none. Our property is situated within 1/2 mile of a sandbar peninsula that washes sand all across our part of the lake and created beautiful natural sandy waterfront beach and most unique is the sandy lake bottom so you never walk in mud. The water is crystal clear everywhere from our beach to our boathouse which is 250 feet out from the waters edge.
