Well appointed & great beach view

The deck has a fantastic unobstructed view of the ocean. It’s an easy 1 minute walk to the beach even if you aren’t fit. The house had everything necessary. I loved that the towels were wrapped and there were more than enough! We will go back and use Cobb Real Estate again!

This was our family’s first beach vacation and it was great! The location of the house was perfect and we had a great time. We would definitely rent Miss Molly’s again!

Air Conditioning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is lovely, clean and a great view. Upon arrival it was unusually warm. We set air to 74 and it never kept up. Woke up to 80 degrees and reported. It was not repaired. We just headed out early due to the heat. It would have been nice to have received at least a small refund.

Miss Molly late Summer Long Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Miss Molly. She is a second row home with a beautiful view and great beach access. We had never stayed at this part of the beach before, it is on the Gilchrist side of Stingaree. I think it is a great area for families, there is less "wildlife". I thought the cabin looked blue in the pictures but brace yourself, it is really purple! :)

We love that you get the beach front views without the beach front prices. The house has a great floor plan, the kitchen / living room is great for cooking and entertaining. Yearly Beach Trip

They had the beaches cleaned up and the entrances cleared the next day! Miss Molly’s is a nice cabin and has a great view of the beach. We will stay there again.

Great stay at miss mollys!

Where to eat or shop they always have a suggestion. The home is beautiful and well kept. We love the how you can walk to the beack or just sit on the porch and watch the waves.

Quiet Time

House clean, however the extra charges for sheets/towels/insurance we found excessive! Front door hardware needs replacing, along with the toaster. Seems every time we rent from a VRBO house we find new charges are added, so next time we'll look harder at other sites.
