Vecko, mÄnatliga avgifter. Ingen rökning inne i lÀgenheten eller i hallar, trapphus eller hissar ... Det Àr en rökfri byggnad. Incheckning 02:00. Kolla in klockan 10.

Ditt hem hemifrÄn förutom att du Àr pÄ stranden. Den har allt du behöver: fullt utrustat kök, 3 plattskÀrms-TV, internet, blÄ ray DVD-skivor, solstolar. paraplyer, handdukar och strand tillbehör / leksaker sÄ att du har att fÄ allt det dÀr med dig. Dec 2018 köpte just ny king size-sÀng för frÀmre sovrummet och maj 2019 installerade Coastal trÀ porslin kakel pÄ lÀgenheten golv.

För att upprÀtthÄlla Sandy Shores skönhet, juni 2019, har vi precis avslutat en renovering pÄ 5 miljoner dollar.

Avbokning: NÀr bokningen Àr gjord vid avbokning mer Àn 60 dagar före ankomst, kommer den enda avgiften att vara $ 300. 00. Eventuell avbokning som mottas 60 dagar och fram till ankomst Àr den 100% Äterbetalas.

Efter 1 maj 2019 Àr inga husdjur tillÄtna. Byggereglerna förÀndrades. Ledsen, inte vad jag ville.

Föredrar om du vill boka lör-lör som de flesta gÀster bokar dÄ pÄ grund av deras semesterarbetsschema. Annars bryter du upp 2 veckor och balansen pÄ de tvÄ veckorna Àr svÄr att boka. Tack sÄ mycket för förstÄelsen.

Great Location

I was a stranded traveler due to another owner canceling on me 2 hours before check in. Crystal was amazing! She held on the phone with me while VRBO sat up a same day check in. Knowing I was stressed and had been sitting on the road for hours, she even told us to help ourselves to the beer and wine that was there. The property is quite comfortable and on the beach. The king bed was excellent and this property had one of the best stocked kitchens I have ever encountered. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

My family and I had the most amazing time staying at sandy shores in Crystals place. The location couldn't have been any more perfect- right on the beach and right across the street to all the food and shops your heart desires. The condo was more than sufficiently stocked with everything you could need, including all beach accessories and a ton of travel sized hygiene products. Being on the first floor also was fantastic as we had quick and easy access to downstairs. We will definitely be back!

Our stay here was fantastic. Right on the beach, close to St.Johns Pass and other shopping centers. Crystal, the owner was the sweetest person to talk to. We would definitely stay here again.

Love the Sandy Shores condo property, but our unit was disappointing. Floors were very dirty... needed mopping. Unit was outdated and furnishings were worn.

Enjoyed our stay right in the beach

Only problem we ran into was getting quarters to do laundry. Stores weren’t making change due to a change shortage- bring some quarters with.

Perfect vacation

Everything about this place was perfect! Location- across the street from John's Pass, pool right there & beach on the other side! The condo was perfect & Chrystal has everything there you'd want or need- beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards, cooler! She worked with us when our flights got changed & was so easy to communicate with! We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

We stayed for the first time at this condo. The condo was very nice, clean, filled with everything you need. The location is literally across from John's Pass, which makes it a prime local, the pool is fantastic, the beach is wonderful, and I loved everything about this place. I will definitely be rebooking here next time we stay.

Well Deserved Vaca

This property is well located across the street from John's Pass Village. You dont have to drive there, just walk under the bridge! The condo is very clean except for the folded up blanket in the master closet. It was unknowingly filled with beach sand. I had just showered, applied lotion, and covered myself with the blanket and was turned into a sugar cookie! Two comfortable double beds in one bedroom and king in the 2nd BR. The kitchen is fully stocked with the exception of paper towels - none, and one dish towel, dish rag for the week. I registered 4 adults but only me and my sister slept there. One set of towels per person per week so pack your own. It is wonderful to have a fully stocked kitchen. No ice maker, so buy a bag. There is no smoking on this property but I found smoked cigarette butts in the bottom of the kitchen waste bucket - outside of the plastic bag. I cleaned it and lysol sprayed the stinky pantry. I loved the condo. The pool water was HOT! I pool hopped all of these pools while in junior high and high school in the summer and the pools were cool and refreshing. I guess hotter summers affected the pool temps. The shower is delightfully cool. We will definitely book again. The owner is very easy to work with. One suggestion, elevator code, press digits THEN press the UP button. You won't have to call owner for instructions.

We had a great time walking the beach each morning, and swimming after lunch.

The property was good. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, which we did because of the Corona Virus. Our only complaint was the floor; it was so dirty that we had to wash our feet every night before going to bed.

Best location and pool area on Madeira Beach

The two best things about this property are it’s location, on the beach and directly across the street from John’s Pass, and its pool area, which is beautiful, capacious and has nice areas in the shade to eat. Plus clean, commercial grills.

LOCATION!!!! You are on the beach and directly across the street from John's Pass that offers everything you could want or need. Fishing, Boating, Shopping, Restaurants, bars, dancing, Jet skiing, Parasailing, music, gambling boat, site seeing cruises....... You can also catch the Beach/city bus right in front of the building takes you all along the beaches, to Downtown St Pete and the mall.

Gulf breezes massage the soul. Fire-tinged sunsets create lifelong memories. Welcome to Madeira Beach, where some say the term “paradise” was created. From historic John’s Pass Village where fantastic shopping, dining, and nightlife await, to our pristine 2-mile long stretch of sand, Madeira Beach is the perfect escape from, well, everything!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Paradise on the gulf, enjoying the pool/ barbeque area that faces and is on the beach/gulf. My condo is totally furnished so you don't have to lug as much in your car or on the plane. Past guests have said it is home away from home but on the beach.
