Location was great, went to Disney and SeaWorld. set up at house was very convenient for two families. Pool was clean and kids loved it. The neighborhood pool and complex was also super nice. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would rent again.

Great Home

Home is clean and set up was perfect for us. Love the set up for the game room. It was close to the parks, shopping and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked, home was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

First Class Home and Host

We stayed in this beautiful home while we were here for our daughter’s UDA competition. We had a group of 8, 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We had plenty of space and privacy. It was conveniently located, less than 10 miles from Disney parks and other popular Disney experiences like ESPN Wide World of Sports and Disney Springs. It’s only about a 25-30 minute drive to Universal studios (with traffic). There’s a well stocked Walmart within 2-3 miles. We felt very safe, thanks to it being in a gated community. It was also a great place to get a break from the crowds. The house itself was beautifully decorated and furnished and spotlessly clean. Jeff was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to my questions throughout our stay.

Large house good location

Plenty of room with four bedrooms. Professionally cleaned and well stocked with items. The area is gated residential but most things about ten minute drive away. Garage converted to a game room so park outside. Book early if interested.

The house was just as described in a great neighborhood close to everything including the parks. Plenty of room and amenities for a family to stay. I would absolutely stay here next time!

Great Property Less Than Thirty Minutes From Everything!

Chose this property due to it's relative close proximity to everything. Actioned Disney, Universal, Shopping and Dining all within less than 30 minutes from the property.Everything was clean and in good working order. John was a great host.Highly recommend.

Perfect for Orlando visit

The house had everything we needed for our 8-night stay. We have twin 8-year-old boys, and they absolutely loved the pool (we did pay extra to heat it, and it was worth it!). The only downside is that there is no view from the pool, only a wall to provide privacy for neighbours, but it seems that most of the houses in the community are like that. There’s a pool table in the games room, which allows extra space to hang out. The clubhouse facilities are also excellent. We used the pool, basketball court and tennis court. The bar was closed due to renovation during most of our stay, so can’t comment on that. Overall, the community is well-kept and perfect for access to Disney. Jeff was very quick to communicate and very helpful.

Our recent vacation at this charming home near Disney was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The owner was incredibly responsive, always available to answer our questions and provided helpful tips. His friendliness and kindness made us feel like valued guests rather than just renters. The home itself was beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. Every corner was thoughtfully designed, showcasing attention to detail and a keen sense of style. It was also impeccably clean, which added to our comfort during the stay. After long days at the parks, we were grateful for the perfect pool. It was the ideal spot to unwind and relax, allowing us to soak up the sun and enjoy some quality family time. Situated in a quiet family-friendly location, the home provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Disney. We appreciated being close enough to the excitement, yet far enough to escape into tranquility after a day of adventure. Overall, this vacation home exceeded our expectations. Home sweet home

We really enjoyed the property. Beautiful house . We had no issues. We had the feeling that we are home. Jeff was wonderful, answered in a timely manner at all my questions. Disney World very close , also all restaurants. My rating : exceed expectations.

Great graduation gift

I came with my family for my commencement ceremony celebrating my Master's degree. Jeff was extremely communicative and his response was always quick. My nephew liked the Mickey Mouse room and the game room. My sister, mother and I enjoyed the pool. It is minutes from the Disney Parks which was great for my parents who have mobility issues. I was able to leave the park when they were tired and ready to leave and drop them off at the house and return within an hour. The neighborhood is very safe and in close proximity to all the things you need. Warning: The Walmart is crazy. Go to Publix instead. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and very comfortable. Thank you Jeff!
