Denna fastighet innehåller både ett sovrum med två sovrum, 2-1 / 2 badrum och en stuga med 2 sovrum, 1 badrum. Båda husen finns att hyra antingen individuellt eller tillsammans, beroende på dina behov. Huset och stugan prissätts individuellt. Kontakta ägaren för priser och tillgänglighet för stugan. Huvudhuset har en king size-säng i sovrummet med ett bifogat badrum. Sovrum 2 innehåller en full storlek säng liksom sovrum 3, 4 och 5. Alla sovrum ligger på andra våningen. Huvudhuset har ett badrum på första våningen och ytterligare 1/2 bad på övervåningen.
Det finns ett loft på andra våningen med en rottingsoffa och stol och TV.

Very nice, comfortable property in an excellent location. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the large outdoor deck. Several restaurants (and ice cream stand!) just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at this property multiple times and recently were able to stay at one of the owner's other properties. Great location and good for friends' trip! Darlene and Bud are always communicative and available for questions!

Thanksgiving Fun!

We love staying here for Thanksgiving. It is a great getaway for our family as its just two hours away which allows some of us to come for the whole week and others for the long weekend. The well equipped kitchen makes holiday meal prep easy and the house is lovely any time of year. We look forward to spending more memory-making vacations in this great house.

FHSU Wrestling Loved It

This place was perfect for our collegiate wrestling team while we were in town for th U23 National Championships! Nothing could be coming back to the views and the hot tub/cold lake contrast after a long day of competition! The proximity to good restaurants was a plus for us coaches as well! We highly recommend this location!

Fabulous view and location!

This was my second stay at this property and found it greatly improved. There has been some interior updating, and the house was clean. The washer may be nearing its end and the outdoor grill needs a good cleaning, but overall we enjoyed this house and the gorgeous view. There is a good chance of a third vacation at this home. You will not be sorry you rented this house until you have to leave!

Hot tub great for kids. Two TV spaces helped with kids. Layout of upstairs bedrooms good for three couples and 2 kids. Kitchen well equiped. Appreciated pet friendly. Walking to park, public beach, local eateries enjoyable even in Dec. Upstairs shower drain clogged. Remote for deck lights missing. Cleaning under beds needed. Fun to be right on Lake Erie. Safe, quiet neighborhood.

This was my third year staying at this property, and it never disappoints. The house was very clean upon arrival. The view is spectacular and the house is located in a good neighborhood near William Vincent Winery. The washer/dryer were new from last year. The house is charming. My only suggestion would be to put a queen-sized bed in the room with the closet in the event of two couples staying. As always, leaving was difficult!

Great place to stay, plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Good access to the lake, bring water shoes, walkable to a playground and beach. Well equipped kitchen, patio had a nice hot tub and fire ring. Easy check in and check out.

Great weekend

We stayed for our Nephews wedding in Geneva, OH. It was perfect for all of and the pups. Very clean and comfortable, unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate , but we had a great time!

The House was very clean and the view of the the lake was outstanding!! The bedrooms were a nice size and beds comfortable! The jacuzzi tub was wonderful and the hot tub was really nice as well. I understand now why this property is always booked!! I will be looking to rebook hopefully next summer since there currently are no openings we highly recommend this rental property!!!

Another Perfect Holiday

This was our 2nd stay at this property. The house was immaculate. Absolutely the cleanest house we’ve rented. The view is magnificent. We had terrific weather so we utilized the spacious patios to enjoy wine and sun sets. New from last year is the Vincent William winery/restaurant that’s a short walk. Great food

No Beach Access

This was a very nice house but could have been a little better cleaned. We were here with 4 couples so the beds were doubles so that was a little hard for sleeping. Knew that from the site so wasn't a surprise. The one bedroom connected to the other one with no door so if we weren't all family that could have been interesting. We are all siblings. The 2nd full bathroom being off the kitchen downstairs was interesting. Would suggest bringing mirrors because they are only in bathrooms. Hardly any hooks to hang towels and suits. There isn't a lot of room to put clothes away in some of the bedrooms so be prepared to live out of your suitcase. No closets in most rooms to hang anything. The photo of the house has not been updated so don't plan on walking down to the beach. Actually the steps are dangerous for kids to be around. There is a park with beach very close just would have been nice to be able to walk down the steps to a beach. We loved the view and having fires every night was great. The deck is beautiful. The house would be great for a large family. Neighbors who own their houses on both sides are very friendly. Very reasonably priced for what you get.

Excellent Vacation

My husband and I wanted a vacation rental that would serve the interests of us, our adult children and their spouses. This house checked off all the boxes! From obvious needs like house cleanliness, hot water, filter water and deck space, to beaches, hot tub, restaurants and local activities - it was wonderful. Thank you - we will be staying here again.

We live in a suburb of Youngstown, Ohio. It is only a little over an hour away from home which makes it convenient when we want to get away and relax.

Varför värden valde detta boende

It has been a long time dream of ours to have a place in this area. A family member used to have a place in Madison and we always had a good time when we visited. We took many drives in the area over the years searching for a house right on the water and when we found this house we knew we had to have it.

As soon as you walk through the door you are met with views of Lake Erie. Sitting on the deck and watching the ships and the beautiful sunsets make you feel like you are at the ocean without having to travel that far.
