Egen ingång med 2: a våningen kök, matsal och vardagsrum komplett med TV, öppen spis och däck med utsikt över en professionellt anlagd gård med vidsträckt havsutsikt och en sluten dusch utanför. 2: a våningen tvåbäddsrum, badrum och veranda med grill mot en lugn tidvatten träsk och vackra solnedgångar. 3: e våningen sovrum med king size-säng, stort sittområde och privat däck med fantastisk utsikt över stranden och havet. TV och läshörna ligger intill tvåbäddsrum med utsikt över både hav och träsk, och badrum med dubbelt handfat och tvättmaskin och torktumlare med full kapacitet fullbordar 3: e våningen. Fritid, lugn och avkoppling väntar! Längre vistelser föredras.

My family and I have been coming to Maine for over 23 years. We have always stayed in Wells beach. Unfortunately the house we always had rented was recently sold. We had to find a new house in small amount of time. I came across this beautiful house right on the water. I never thought it was be available at the time we were looking to go but I emailed John anyway. They had the availably and we took it! I dont even know where to begin the house was perfect! Right on a private beach, very comfortable and super clean. The house looks exactly the same as it shows on this site, there were no surprises. We loved that we could sit up on the grass in comfortable adirondack chairs or on the beach right below the house. From the moment we booked, John and his daughter could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Check in and check out were also a breeze. We look so forward to another week there next summer!

Fantastic home and fantastic owner!

Just returning from a fabulous week in this beautiful home on the beach. We are new to the "vacation rental" experience, and didn't know what to expect. The owner and his family were extremely welcoming, helpful and accommodating, and the pictures of this home truly don't do it justice. Everything is brand new and spotless...top-notch construction throughout. We relaxed the moment we got there, and brought back such pleasant memories of the ocean sounds and smells. Thank you so much!

Friends who have been going to Wells for many years, recommended we rent the McIntyre's cottage. We went for the first time last summer and we booked for 2015 as soon as it was possible. The place is exceptional. All new, beautifully furnished and usefully equipped. Spacious and luminous, with 2 balconies where you can relax and watch, smell and listen to the ocean. A dream... We always had lots of space to sit on the private beach and could walk to the busier places if we wished. We enjoyed fresh lobster, cycling along the beach or inland and the casual yet classy atmosphere of Moody Beach.

Enjoy stunning sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean with a cup of coffee on the upper Master Bedroom deck, and toast another fantastic day as you watch the sun set over the marsh on the back deck. Spend your days relaxing on the beach, exploring the nearby shops and museums, or take advantage of many Maine attractions close by.

Moody Beach is a beautiful, private, white sand beach on the southern coast of Maine. High tide boasts soft, white sand perfect for lounging, and the hard-pack wet sand at low tide is perfect for Bocce Ball tournaments and long beach-combing walks to neighboring Ogunquit.
