Välkommen till vårt hotell i Daytona Beach! Vi är belägna i det bästa läget i Daytona Beach. Det är ett vintagehotell som har varit här sedan ikoniska 50-talet. Det sägs att vår sammanslutning arbetar med att uppdatera och renovera byggnaden och gemensamma utrymmen. Vårt hem har nyligen renoverats och uppdaterats. Utsikten och tillgången till stranden från vårt hem kan inte bli beat!

Vårt hem är cirka 450 kvm med 2 queen size-sängar, 1 badrum och separat öppet vardagsrum / kök. Vi är 1 av 5 som har en veranda där du kan gå ut bakdörren till poolen eller stranden!

Vi är bredvid världens mest berömda strandavstånd från International Speedway Blvd. Mitt i åtgärden för cykelvecka, oktoberbikefest, Daytona 500 och många andra bra Daytona-evenemang.

Du har tillgång till hela vårt hem utom för ägarens garderob. Det finns fortfarande utrymme i garderoben för att du ska hänga dina kläder!

Jag är alltid tillgänglig för frågor via e-post, text och telefon.

Det bästa sättet att komma runt är med bil, Uber eller Lyft. Du har en parkeringsplats för din användning medan du är här och andra gäster kan betala för att parkera i närheten.

Bike Week 2025

My husband and I had a great time during Bike Week. The condo is within walking distance to Main Street. I really liked being on the first level with a view of the beach. The place was clean and communication with the owner was great. I would definitely recommend this location when visiting Daytona Beach.

Week away from the cold

We were looking for beachfront to escape the Wisconsin winter! This unit was perfect! Had everything we needed and was steps to the beach! Alicia was a perfect host! Very accomodating and responsive to everything I needed.

Great weekend getaway

We enjoyed everything about this condo. We visit the area 5-6 weeks a year. PERFECT location. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The outside of the building is a bit outdated but as soon as you walk into the unit that changes. You can tell it has been recently remodeled. The bed was very comfortable.The perfect spot for Just two people. We look forward to renting here again!

MASCAR Weekend

Attended the Daytona 500 with friends and stayed here. Arrived late in the evening, but check in was quick and easy. Beds were most comfortable and the unit was clean. Had one issue the next morning caused by user error, but solved by Alicia quickly. Had all the utensils needed for our stay. Great location on the beach, with a pool and poolside areas. Very nice. I would definitely recommend to others or stay here again myself.

Spring Break 2019

Thank you for a great week. The unit was nice and up-to-date. The actual resort is still under construction from hurricane Matthew, but the construction wasn't bothersome. The beach in front of the condo is nice, it is not nearly as crowded as other parts of the beach. Thank you Alicia for being available when questions when I had quesitons.

Enjoyed or stay!

The owner's description is very accurate. Alicia was very easy to work with. The condo unit is well located, has a great view from both the patio and the living room. The basic amenities are all there and the unit is clean. The beach is clean and in a no drive area. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance and any type of food is an easy drive. Beach Getaway

Very nice accommodations and very close to the pier/boardwalk. We were able to walk the beach to get to dinner. Made for a great evening! Alicia was very responsive with a couple questions we had. Will definitely be back!

Property review

The condo we said in was great except for the air conditioning. The property itself was a mess with construction work right outside our door. We could not get to our door without walking around a lot of stuff. The kiddie pool was dirty everyday with cigarettes in it. I know they are working on it from the hurricane but it looks pretty rough on the outside.

Good Value

Wonderful location right on the beach and walking distance to dining & shopping establishments. TV Cable was limited especially if your a big sports fan like myself. Overall good value for the $$$.

Clean and Perfectly Located with Beach just Steps away

My husband and I rented for bike week. This was the perfect spot to walk right out onto to beach and relax or just a short walk to Main Street for food and drinks. Condo was clean and as described.

a little gem in the centre of it all

I could easily repeat all the positive comments in other reviews but not to be repetitive I will only confirm those comments. The ongoing construction was not disruptive and the workers go out of their way to accommodate quests...the end result will be amazing. Also we were welcomed by other condo owners and appreciated their advice ie where to shop or dine out. As others noted, Alicia was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay as it would be hard to find a better location within walking distance to enjoy the "Daytona experience".

Winter Getaway

We spent a few days in Daytona Beach. Our stay at Alicia's was great. With prefect location and things to do so near, we could walk to everything. The condo was clean, comfortable and was supplied with everything we needed. We could walk right out to the ocean. The building was a little rough, but being worked on. There was some noise from neighbors at night. Other than that I would recommend this condo to friends.

Nice couples getaway

Very nice condo excellent location could walk to many things. Being able to open the back door and have the beach right there was fantastic. Alicia was so nice and answered any questions we had promptly.

Awesome place and a great time!

We had such a good beach trip thanks to Alicia and this place Right. On. The. Beach! We loved everything about it. There was a nice pool that we would go back and forth from the beach to the pool. Literally right next to the pier which had Joes crab shack, the boardwalk, and everything was right there. We never even needed our car, walk to starbucks in the morning, get supplies from the beach store in the very next parking lot over, everything was right there which we loved. Highly recommend this place to anyone! Have fun!
