This was a perfect place to lay our heads down at night. Very clean and even had extras like new toothbrushes and lotions in case we forgot our own. Location was great for all the site seeing and close enough to the pretty white sand beaches. It was great that we found a place that allowed our cat to come with since she is older and needs medication every 12 hours. We will definitely be staying here again on our next beach trip!

My husband & I stayed, 4 nights. This was a great experience! In a very quiet nice neighborhood, super clean. Close to everything ! So many really nice details to make you feel at home. Will highly recommend to friends & family.

Great home, awesome experience

Fantastic time everything was better than I expected!! Just a heads up, the siding was rotting to the right of the door on the exterior chase. This didn't affect my stay at all i just do not want water damage to ruin a lovely home

Home was exactly as advertised. Lovely, private backyard that was perfect for our dog. Many extras in the kitchen. Very clean and updated . Owner extremely responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Too Good to Share
 But Here We Are

We loved our getaway at the Grotto! It was the perfect hidden gem—peaceful, cozy, and surprisingly affordable, especially for how close it was to everything. Shops, restaurants, trails
 all right there, but somehow it still felt like our own little secret escape.And that’s the thing—we’re a little torn. Part of us wants to shout it from the rooftops and tell everyone we know to book it immediately. But the other part? Kinda wants to keep it all to ourselves. (Sorry not sorry.)Either way, we’ll definitely be back.

Off the beaten path

Very nice property. Great communication with owner. Everything was as advertised. Interior was clean and everything worked. The back yard was fenced and great for a dog. The only concern and it was minor was the immediate surroundings. There were tradesmen living in the little cul de sac and a house being built close by. However, very little noise generated by the construction. There are two really good casual pet friendly seafood restaurants close by, The Point and the Salty Pearl.

Amazing Place!

I really enjoyed this property more than any other place I’ve ever stayed. It was very convenient to the beach, restaurants, basically everywhere we visited while on our trip. I loved the fenced in back yard for my dog. It was very clean and inviting. Beautifully decorated. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Family Vacay 2024

Absolutely great property and vacation rental! It was the right amount of space for my husband and I and our 2 children. We were very close to the beach, which we visited daily. We were able to walk or run in the neighborhood, visit local restaurants like Hub Stacey's and Paul's pizza. This was a great property to stay at. Booking, check in, and check out were very easy. We highly recommend Grotto Getaway.

Cute, clean townhouse for a nice getaway

We had a wonderful experience renting the property from beginning to end. The booking process was easy as well as check-in. The property is exactly as described online. Perfect Location

The Grotto Family Getaway was the perfect place for us. It was close to everything, in a quiet neighborhood, and our sweet fur baby, Odie, got to tag along. The townhouse is beautifully decorated, the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything you need is there & the host, Gregg answered all of our questions. We enjoyed our stay & would recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a great beach trip to Perdido Key!
