Välkommen till vårt hem hemifrån som jag skulle vilja dela med dig till din nästa semester. Tänk dig att kunna vakna och gå fram och tillbaka till stranden med lätthet. Njut av komforten i våra rymliga tre sovrum och två badrum, samt alla bekvämligheter som du behöver för att göra din vistelse till semester i dina drömmar. Några av dessa inkluderar mjuka, bekväma sängkläder och handdukar, fyra stora plattskärms-smarta TV-apparater med surroundljud, leksaker för barn, familjen brädspel, ett fullt utrustat kök för dem som älskar att laga mat, solstolar, paraplyer, en svalare, strandcyklar, stå upp paddle board, och mer.

Rum 1: Det här är sovrummet. Den har en king size-säng, eget badrum, klädkammare och en platt skärm på väggen.
Rum 2: Detta är stort sovrum med 1 queen size-säng, badrum direkt utanför dörren, en plattskärms-TV, en stor garderob och en privat dörr för att nå utomhus.
Rum 3: Det här är ett litet sovrum med tränare, en plattskärms-TV med surroundljud och en tvillingstor säng med en rulla. Barn kommer att älska sleepovers i detta rum.

Det finns ett bifogat garage som rymmer sedan medelstora fordon.
Vi har en stor cirkulär uppfart som passar flera fordon.

Comfortable

My husband and I enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The home was well furnished, clean, and had everything that we needed. The pool in the backyard was wonderful and relaxing. We enjoyed many nearby restaurants. Only downside was because my husband and I have a little difficulty walking the distance to the beach was beyond our easy reach. Thank you Aaron for your hospitality.

Great house and location

My family stayed at this house for Thanksgiving break and it did not disappoint! The location is perfect and is just a short walk to a private beach. When you are done with the beach you can relax in the heated pool (which my kids were obsessed with). On top of all of that - the house itself is very nice - open floor plan, plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. I can’t say enough good things about this house and also how great the owner was with communication for the booking. We really hope to stay again! Thank you Aaron!

Private beach house with private beach access

Pictures do not do this property justice, it is absolutely a beautiful, spacious property. Shopping center, restaurants, and grocery are all conveniently close by. Our family had a wonderful time during our stay and I highly recommend this property, will definitely stay again if we visit the area in the future! We travel quite a bit and this is hands down one of the best private properties we have had the pleasure of staying at! Aaron was amazing to work with, very informative and quickly responds to any and all questions. We greatly appreciated working with such a wonderful property owner!

5 stars across the board!

We loved this place and will definitely be back!!! It was perfect for our family vacation! It comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 kids, with plenty of room to spare. You can tell it was updated recently (beautiful and modern with a cozy beach vibe). Everything was clean, the pool area had cute hanging lights and the water illuminated at night, there were gorgeous palm trees for privacy, and it was a super easy walk to a private beach. It came equipped with beach chairs, a wagon and towels, etc. which was extremely helpful because its a pain to pack all that. There was even a mango tree out front with fresh mangos. Access to the property was easy with a circle drive and the communication with the owner Aaron was top notch. He was responsive, helpful and accommodative. I normally don't write reviews but this place was amazing and we definitely hope to be back!

Excellent location and great for families!

Location was great...easy walk to the beach and the house was very accommodating for families. My kids loved the bunkbeds and my wife and I appreciated the kids room for entertainment. House was very clean and the beach chairs, umbrella, etc. all came in handy versus having to rent at a public beach. Great value for the price.

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed to make our trip great. We were in town to just relax, catch a few baseball games and spend time at the beach. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The kids loved the fresh coconut and the TV options. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach vacation!

My family of four truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach is literally an easy five minute walk down the street to a private beach. Aaron responded quickly to any questions. I would rent this property again and would highly recommend it as well!

Beautiful house, great for families

The house was perfect for our needs, three adults and two children under 4. Even had a high chair which is not common. Although there is not a bath tub, the kitchen sink is clean and huge and we bathed our infant in it without a problem. Aaron was easy to reach and communicate with before and during our short stay.

Fantastic Vacation

Our extended family of 6 adults and 2 children enjoyed 4 amazing nights at this rental. We found the house to be everything we expected and more. The proximity to the beach, beautiful drive into downtown Delray Beach, cleanliness of the home and all of the amenities made this rental outstanding. Also, the communication with Aaron was absolutely flawless. We can't say enough good things about the rental and look forward to a return to Ocean Ridge and Aaron's property!!! Beautiful home, great location!

Convenient location, close to the beach, also very close to shops, and dining. Comfortable and spacious living area and dining room, everything you need in the kitchen our Christmas dinner was fantastic! Smart TV’s in every room great to just relax at the end of a busy day. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and the private beach was wonderful! Owner was easy to reach if needed, easy to check in, good parking, overall a very lovely week!

Wonderful stay at Ocean Ridge

The house was clean and newly renovated, and had all the comforts of home. Walking distance to the beach, and short driving distances to everything you would need and would like to go. It truly was a home away from home! Thank you Aaron for making sure our stay was comfortable!

Perfect Location, Cute Beach House

We needed a place to stay for the Morikami museum's lantern festival and this beach house worked out great. It's cose to the beach, food, the zoo, and the museum. The house was clean and fit my family of 4 with room to spare. I appreciated the high tech TVs and wifi. We walked to the beach every day. My kids loved the coconut trees in the back yard! The owner is quick to answer questions and give suggestions about the area.

Great vacation home with everything you need

Detailed oriented

The house is magnificent condition. We stayed with our family and it was comfortable, spotless clean, amenable. Right close to the water and the neighbors are extremely nice. Very close to the highway and also to atlantic blvd for activities and nightlife. There is a kids room that came in handy, and the TV's in every room helped tons. Kitchen is spotless. Thank you!

Beautiful beachy house great for families

My family had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this home. Aaron was an excellent host, quickly answering all of my questions. He was extremely flexible and made sure we had a top notch stay. The house was very clean and had calm, relaxing beachy decor. The walk to the beach is extremely close; our 3 year old walked it with no trouble! In addition to the house being great, Aaron also provided beach towels, beach gear, kids beach toys... I highly recommend this home for your next vacation!!!

Completely remodeled and close to beach

Very nice home and owners! 5 minute walk to private beach area. All 3 bedrooms have Tv's with HULU, Netflix and Amazon prime. Plenty of towels and toiletries so less to pack. Nearby restaurants. Had a very relaxing time. Weather did not cooperate so unfortunately couldn't enjoy beach as much as we would have liked. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding property and top-notch hospitality

Recently stayed at the property for a few days, and everything was just as described and pictured. Charming property, walking distance to private beach, and plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The property owner was phenomenal to work with and very accommodating. We were very happy with our experience overall, and would definitely stay again. Thanks again!

WONDERFUL STAY

We are frequent VRBO renters, and we can truly say this was the BEST STAY we have ever had. The pictures don't do justice to the beautiful house. It was a plus that we could walk to the beach, and the neighbors we met were very friendly. We plan to rent it again the first chance we get. The owners were very nice and accommodating.

Aaron Stearns är värd

The adventures of the Stearns family began in 2002 when we met at a gym in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Two years later we married and lived in Aaron's home town of Greenwich, CT until we packed our bags for South Florida in 2007.

We immediately fell in love with the Ocean Ridge area and have been able to call the town home since 2009. It was an easy match for us, Ocean Ridge is quaint and allowed us to have a 'salt life.'

On the weekends we can usually be found at a park or on the beach. We especially enjoy parks in Delray Beach such as Lake Ida or Veterans Park where we can take a stroll on Atlantic Avenue afterwards and maybe grab an ice cream.

Summer is our favorite time of the year in South Florida because the area quiets down and we like to keep things low key in general. There is something special about the water and the beach in Ocean Ridge during the summer when we can truly call it our own little paradise.

Our family was completed with the birth of son Lucas and Lara who have made both of us better people.
