Huset har alla bekvÀmligheter i ditt hem inklusive: central luftkonditionering (mÄnga hem i Petoskey har inte) stark wifi, disknÀt pÄ alla TV-apparater, smarta TV-apparater i familjerum / sovrum med netflixx / hbo go (redan inloggad ) / Cyklar pÄ plats (1 mÀns berg, 1 kryssare (uni-sex) och 1 kvinnlig mountainbike, dra bakom spÀdbarnsvagn, disk / krukor / kokkÀrl, strandstolar / handdukar och gÄngbar (eller cykelbar) till allt det petoskey erbjudanden. Vi har ocksÄ mycket rena sÀngklÀder, handdukar, tvÀtttvÀttar, toalettartiklar mm allt som tillhandahÄlls. Dessutom lagrar vi Cafe du Monde kaffe i skÄpet med socker och creamers i kylskÄp. Förutom den fulla och dubbla kudde sÀngar finns en infÀlld spjÀlsÀng (förvaras i gÀstskÄpet) och en sektionssofa för extra sovande tillsammans med extra filtar i bröstet under familjen rums-tv. We love Petoskey and location of this home is ideal. Everything was as described on the website and so much more. We've stayed at many vacation rentals and this was one of the nicest stays we've had.

Great spot

My family had a great stay here on our visit. Close and easy walk to town, comfortable and clean. We had one child on the couch and that was tricky, she wasn’t super comfortable there. But we were able to borrow an air matters from friends and there was plenty of room to set that up comfortably in the living room. Kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking meals. We would def stay again.

Wonderful

My husband and I stayed here in early June and the experience was wonderful. The location is ideal - just a couple of blocks from downtown Petoskey. It was clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. We did day trips to Harbor Springs, Elk Rapids, Charlevoix and Traverse City during our stay. Our dog, Lucy, enjoyed her stay as well. Thank you so much and we will return.

The location was close to downtown Petoskey. Rental was clean & comfortable. Our second time staying here was as enjoyable as first visit in 2022.Would recommend this home to anyone visiting Northern Michigan.

Great location to be able to walk downtown with safety and ease. All needed supplies were included and kitchen well stocked. Only crazy thing was the snow melt that leaked into the basement where the washer and drier are!

Great location and dog friendly!

We enjoyed a week in petoskey with this house as our home base. Fabulous location as we walked to coffee every morning and enjoyed the Petoskey NYE celebration. We were able to visit three ski mountains during this visit - all less than 30 mins away! So wonderful to have our dog with us. Would recommend to other families with dogs but make sure you read the listing so you know about the number of beds- I hadn’t done that and spent the week sleeping with my daughter!

Beautiful home

We loved our stay at Belle’s on Grove! It was so incredibly cozy and clean. We felt right at home with the decor and nice flowing colors all throughout the house. Our favorite part is how clean it was, it was impeccably spotless. Whoever cleans that place takes a lot of pride in their work. We have stayed at all kinds of places in many different locations around the world at all different price points from fancy resorts to quick hole in the wall last minute motels while on the road. Belles on Grove is hands down the cleanest and coziest stay we’ve ever had where my husband, myself and our 2 kids were extremely comfortable. We loved it and will absolutely look into booking here again for our next trip. The only disappointment we had was that it was not decorated for the holidays. We were traveling for a Christmas event and was bummed to find no kind of holiday decor or feeling inside the home. A small Christmas tree would really set this home over the top this time of year! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Very Nice Cottage & Close to Town

3 1/2 Blocks from town, very clean, and good accommodations. Check-in and check-out procedures very easy. Loved the beach chairs & toys, and bikes are available in the shed. Would recommend for couple or small family stay.

NICE PLACE

AS ADVERTISED. CLEAN AND CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN. WE HAD A CHANGE OF PLANS SO ONLY MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER STAYED AND THEY FELT SAFE AND SECURE. THEY WERE PLEASED AT THE LOCATION AS IT WAS A SHORT WALK TO THE DOWNTOWN AREA. THE BICYCLES WERE A NICE TOUCH AS THEY WENT FOR A LONG RIDE DOWN BY THE WATER. SORRY I MISSED THE WEEKEND BUT BY ALL ACCOUNTS A VERY NICE HOME.

Ski trip in Petoskey

The house was cozy and warm. The heat works fantastically. So nice to go to dinner in town just a few blocks away. The SmartTV is great and we watched a number of movies. The kitchen is really nice and modern for cooking has everything you could need.

Great in town family getaway

Lovely home for a quick holiday getaway for our family. This cozy home was perfect to share time with our kids and close enough to walk to town for food and shopping since the ski conditions were less than ideal A well stocked kitchen, comfy living room with televisions in every room. We appreciated having an upstairs bathroom, our kids shared the smaller room which although cozy was big enough for them. There was ample closets, towels, tissue, hand soap, and even noticed a care box of extra toothbrushes and band aids if needed. The hosts really do care about their guests and provide a clean and welcoming home. We loved the ease of walking to town and while being winter we couldn’t help but notice all the extras provided for summer guests which intrigued us for future stays. Thank you for sharing your place with us, all the best!

We currently live in Louisville, Kentucky and are both graduates of the University of Kentucky. Married for 11 years with a 7 year old Hamilton and a wild yellow lab. Our beloved dog Belle was with us for 13 wonderful years - she loved Petoskey! Despite our distance to our primary residence we spend a month in the home throughout the year keeping an attentive eye on every possible detail.

We discovered the Petoskey area years ago and found such great relief in the cooler weather, breathtaking sunsets, quaint restaurants, great beaches and wonderful amenities in northern coastal Michigan! During your stay you will notice many comforts of home we provide to our guests. This is also our vacation home and we aim to think of every possible convenience to make your stay pleasurable.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love our 'Belle's on Grove' because it is such a quick walk to everything we would need! The beautiful waterfront, marina and bike trail are minutes away! Great restaurants and shopping are simply a 5 minute walk down the hill - location, location, location! Lyfts/Uber sure can be spotty up north. This is also our family vacation house which translates into many comforts of home you may discover and find helpful.
