Kom och bo i detta bekväma 3 sovrum, 2 badrum radhus. Det finns två enheter i denna duplex, alla med egen ingång med delat däck i ryggen. Det finns en stor trädgård med mycket utrymme att koppla av. Detta pittoreska gamla hem har totalrenoverats och har en liten utsikt över bukten! Gå till centrum för middag eller shopping. Vi ligger nära cykelleder, stränder, golf- och skidorter och mycket mer. Det ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde. Denna enhet rymmer 6 bekvämt.
Vi har fönsterluftkonditioneringsenheter: en på övervåningen och en på nedervåningen. Vi använder fönstret fans från gamla skolan också!

The duplex was clean and well-stocked, great for 2 teenagers and their parents. Neighborhood was quiet and the house in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Property manager/owner communicated clearly. Great experience!!

Cozy & Inviting Home Near Everything in Petoskey

This is our second time staying here and not our last. The host is very kind and helpful. We love the convenient location to everything downtown and appreciate the amenities. Love all the games available too. Everything is clean & comfortable. It's very cozy & charming. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Girls Weekend

Loved the condo, location and Colleen. The mattresses are tired. The Queen bedroom backs up to the UPS or Post Office. Very loud and bright. Thank God they weren't open on Sunday. I was able to sleep Saturday night. Winter may be better because windows are closed, and drapes drawn. Colleen was a wonderful host. Came right away when there was a problem with the sink. Having given my review, I would stay there again.

We looked for a place that was close to downtown ~ and to The Stafford Perry as we were visiting Petoskey for a wedding. The house totally met our expectations and we had a wonderful stay. Unbeknownst to us, our in-laws reserved the 'other half' of the house so it was even better to be so close during our stay. Thank you for your hospitality and restaurant suggestions~

Perfect up north getaway spot

Sister Trip

Celebrating Tina's 65th BD, and she wanted to check out Petoskey!! This property was PERFECT for our needs! The entire home was comfy; bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and the porches. We felt at home from the time we got there until the time we had to leave. The property is a few blocks from the awesome downtown area; we were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and The Bay! We also had a few nice drives to places close by; Mackinac City, Boyne City, Walloon Lake, Charlevoix, and Deadman's Hill!! It was all of our first times to the area, and it was lovely. We are so thankful to Colleen for sharing her beautiful home with us!!!

Fantastic location

This place has everything you need, books, games, cookware and plenty of space. There's a view of the water out the back and an easy short walk to downtown Petoskey. The street is quiet and check in and check out were a breeze. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

A lovely gateway

We loved Coleen’s townhouse! Communication with the host was excellent before and after checking in, she responded to all our requests in minutes. The house was perfect for the five of us, just a short walk to the marina and Petoskey’s shopping district.

Excellent location and excellent host!

We brought our family on our annual Petoskey vacation. We were very excited to be between Boyne Mountain and The Highlands, but also close to downtown Petoskey. The location did not disappoint! We walked to downtown and enjoyed all the amenities of the area. The house was charming and cozy. The kids loved having their own rooms, and my wife loved all the warm blankets and cozy furniture. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great Place

The place was clean, very close to town, and a great place to stay. Will definitely book this place again. My family had a great time at the house. We had 2 cars, so we parked down the street which was no big deal. This place is a must to stay at if you are looking to be close to town.

I am a school counselor and my husband a local architect. We have lived in Petoskey for 24 years and love sharing our home with you. We bought the duplex in 2013, gutted it and completely remodeled it. We lived in the unit for 3 years and then bought a home a few blocks away and are happy to now offer the unit as a rental for you and your family. We love this home and hope you do too.

Petoskey is beautiful in every season. The beaches are the best in the state! Golfing, hiking, skiing, shopping, and great day trips make this the perfect vacation spot. You will love visiting Petoskey and we are sure you will come back again!
